If outstanding shares are not going up as whatarush12 says then how is it that there is massive dilution at VDRM?
Does it make sense for Dr. Otiko to dilute us all the way down to trips soon? We could have had a run around a week ago. We could be sitting at $0.005 instead of at 0.0017 at this moment perhaps if the 85 million weren’t dumped.
Dr. Otiko owns hundreds of millions of common shares himself. A person would reasonably assume that Dr. Otiko would want the value of his shares and the value of his company to go up instead of down.
When there is positive news that is especially not a time to sell massively but rather to hold onto shares if you want a run up in stock price to occur.
The point that I am making is that it seems to me as if Dr. Otiko is acting against his own selfish interests.
This is my humble opinion. I do not wish to offend anyone.
What sort of market in dollar terms might Tlando have per year a few years from now? Can Claris go after LPCN over intellectual property rights? Thanks.
If a person had level 2 quotes would they have been able to see that it was Dr. Otiko doing the selling on the 85 million share day. There are only 4 or 5 market makers for VDRM when I had a sample subscription. Would Dr. Otiko be selling through only one market maker?
What other competitors might also have a Covid-19 antibody test to sell? Can somebody list the competitors and what sort of prospects they have.
Having an antibody test seems like powerful positive news but it seems to me that the competition needs to be looked at before making a judgement to buy AXIM.
The voting results were going to be 48 hours after the online meeting. Is this still the case. The results would be coming around now. Is it required to stop trading in the stock for the news release? Or is after 4pm ET the best time to release? Or is voting still open?
Is Vyleesi totally worthless? Women are not interested in having sex nearly as much as men are interested in increasing the feeling of desire for sex. Vyleesi should be a product for men while allowing women to use it if they so desire.
Women have no real demands on them to perform adequately during sex. Men to the contrary have a requirement to attain a firm erection or the whole sexual enterprise could be an embarrassment and a loss of time , money and self esteem.
With women just a little KY lubricant gets the job done. I do believe that Vyleesi for men would be a success.
VDRM had a volume of 84 million shares a few days ago on good news that Vitastem is being evaluated by hospitals. That is all well and good. My question is who was selling the 82 million shares? With good news the average investor would be inclined to buy shares and not sell shares.
It was not all or none. On the OTC there may not be the protections afforded traders on NYSE or Nasdaq. It’s no big deal but strange.
The market cap of CTABF is $17 million. Nobody trades this company. OWCP has a market cap of $4 million but gets over one hundred trades in a single day.
I mentioned OWCP before here and got ridiculed for the mention. Milo are you now positive on OWCP? Are you still positive on CannTab?
Do you trust the management for CTABF?
The market cap for GERN at this time is $524 million. If imetelstat were to gain approval by the FDA what sort of market cap for would be a reasonable value?
When at the earliest might FDA approval be achieved for imetelstat for any indication?
What are the betting odds that the testosterone oral treatment gets approved this time by the FDA?
How many chances does a company have to resubmit the same drug for approval?
What sorts of things does the SEC need to approve about a business plan before that business plan can legally be disclosed to the shareholders?
The spread was 0.0016 by 0.0018 for a long period of time. A trade goes through for 500,000 shares at 0.001576. I was trying to buy 400,000 shares at a limit price of 0.0017. My order was in place both before and after this 0.001576 trade went through.
If market makers were interested in making maximum money wouldn’t they prefer to sell their shares to me at a higher price?
GM says they are trying to generate volume. They should take my trade as well to generate the most volume. I never got a fill all day. It just seems curious to me.
If a shareholder bought shares on the OTC in the USA could those shares be sold on the Canadian exchange? Perhaps a higher volume north of the border makes for more efficient trading in Canada.
If they show us the business plan the price might rise. Maybe they should try that idea out first of all. A spike up in price would change the situation that we are in.
Which shareholders would vote yes on the reverse split. Isn’t it common knowledge that reverse splits are not in the interest of shareholders?
Can anybody present a few examples where a reverse split worked out in favor of the shareholders?
If the choice is reverse split or death for the company, then perhaps a reverse split is indeed in the shareholder interest.
If the product really works better than other topical medicines it is possible that people will notice this serendipitously somehow and purchase products despite no marketing. Clinical journals might want professionals to know about VitaStem and other upcoming topical medications so clinicians can best help their patients.
Dr. Otiko is a podiatrist. VitaStem can avoid morbidities and even save lives perhaps. Just on humanitarian grounds alone better methods for treatments to better help patients should be made available.
But then who am I to have an opinion, being just another purportedly duped bag holder deluded by needing to have some sort of psychological comfort provided by maintaining hope.
Has anyone watched a Jack Brewer infomercial? What does he sell? Could we be seeing a VitaStem or BWell tetracycline infomercial in the near future?
How much did we pay the pumpers? Is that a good use of company capital? Where would the stock price be if they were never hired?
Are the 4 share trades some sort of glitch? What could be the purpose? Are small share numbers some sort of code or message? It does increase the number of trades executed in a day. I assume these trades are market makers. Do they trade for free?
Up 2,300% today. How many other stocks can say that.
Our Market cap is around $1.6 million. How much money did we agree to pay to BudCars for 40%. Who owns the other 60%? If BudCars is so great why did he want to sell us 40%? Why does SGMD PR the BudCar performance as if it were SGMD performance?
How much is paid already and how much is owed? We have the option to gain a 60% controlling interest in BudCars. How is that valued?
Could the deal all fall apart like the hydroponic sales companies, BudLife, Hemp farming in Kentucky, Sirachi Stix,
$10 million in PPP orders, and others that I do not recall?
Does the owner of BudCars ever have anything to say?
If the BudCars business were to get a fair valuation with the current sales and gross margins what would be the value?
10 to 20 million dollars per location per year revenue perhaps. Growing to perhaps a dozen cities. That might be up to perhaps $200 million in revenue at 50% gross margins. My guess is a valuation at 3X sales which is $600 million. Am I off on that?
OK Thanks HT. I guess that June 23 disclosure got us from 0.0016 to 0.0023. I would have expected more than that. Also getting current did not mean a lot yet to the stock price.
Then the profit takers (Sloppyman?)or dilution takes us back down here to 0.0017.
If sales were to increase dramatically maybe that could cause the stock price to go up?
What is the Middle Eastern sales prospect about?
The 15ml and the 55ml are no longer out of stock. Is the pain medication also a product with VDRM transdermal technology?
If these products are for sale isn’t this a material event that warrants a public disclosure? Would that be an 8K report?
Viaderma does not get credited on any of these product descriptions at Brewer Health now, but Viaderma was credited a month ago on the sales website.
Does it seem odd not to announce this product channel to the shareholders? Positive news should be a good thing.
Is it good for the shareholders to dilute ourselves into oblivion?
Who is it that is rinsing and repeating? Did Sloppyman sell at 0.0023? $4,000 went into that sell, but it took the VDRM market cap down by around 25%.
Jack Brewer news has not officially been PRed yet. Actual positive news that is believable would be a catalyst to take this higher. It has to be real news and not just unattainable goals that are hoped for in the future but that never actually occur.
OOF is out of office I think. Have fun abazaba.
We seem to be holding over 0.002. Jack Brewer Health products news has not formally hit yet. The evidence seems to show that the antibiotic is VitaStem as a white label product. Who does the manufacturing for VDRM? What are the gross margins on this product?
I think Jack Brewer could buy VDRM for pocket change. The new product description online at Brewer Health does not mention Viaderma as it did a month ago. It must be our product though I think. It says sold out. In reality perhaps they have not yet sold any and do not yet have inventory.
What sort of intellectual property protects the transdermal technology that VDRM has that offers superior transdermal drug delivery? Is there a patent that is pending?
Thanks.
Could they have told us that there is an NDA (nondisclosure agreement) and that is why they could not discuss it. That little bit of information would have gone a long way toward making the BPAX initial investors from feeling left out in the dark.
If this goes through 0.002 there is little resistance until 0.007 technically.
PTN got a patent for treatment of diabetes and obesity, divestment of Vyleesi from AMAG is due any day, solid financials and no buyer interest whatsoever. There must be some sort of negativity that is not being discussed enough. It must be a management that takes away the money that shareholders deserve for company successes and manages to move that money into high salaries and bonuses and other perks for themselves.
The price per share is too low except if there was a reason that relates to a shareholder loss of faith in management. Otherwise the stock would be higher.
I also think that more PR activity and shareholder letters would help support the stock price. Investor relations could be improved in my opinion.
Is Libigel certifiably dead? Did this company (ANIP) ever formally discuss with the shareholders the strategy for Libigel after they bought BPAX? There is a large market in compounding testosterone for women. After all these years has anyone figured out what has happened or not happened with Libigel and why that was? The product actually works or why else would there be so much compounding going on for women?
Thanks RpK6. I do think that getting current is a positive signal for creating some goodwill or perhaps less disbelief.
How much cash would it take to pay off Discovery Funds Group? The procedure to go dark might have saved OWCP from significant levels of dilution. I might seem dishonest to go dark, but it might have been actually smart given the floor-less toxic convertible debt.
The skin diseases patent reads very broad and so we would need to consider numerous other markets other than just psoriasis. Skin disease trials should not be that difficult or patients hard to find to participate.
I thought that Phase 1 for safety was already done and was successful in Israel. It was phase 2 that never got started to my knowledge.
Disclaimer: This could also be a scam and I could be wrong about the size of the medical cannabis marketplace.
Did Dr. Otiko do the financials by himself? I did not notice that. Thanks GM. How unusual are unaudited financials at this level of stinky pinky?
Is it true that SGMD’s Jimmy Chan will be on Cramer’s Mad Money tonight? I saw it in a post below.
If imetelstat were to gain approval for humanitarian reasons on an expedited basis what sort of market cap would GERN be worth? What are the betting odds for approval?
Is this still on the grey market or back to pink?
74 to 52 in one week. A 30% loss in one week going into a annual meeting of shareholders where management is asking shareholders to vote for dilution and bonuses to management for screwing over the shareholders.
Over 2 again. Can it hold?
How much actual revenue are we now looking at for SGMD over the next 12 months? Remember that ownership % of BudCars is only 40% while the PRs are talking about 10 million in yearly revenue for BudCars per location with a very high gross margin.
We now have 2 location with one more on the planning. So maybe 30 million times 40% equals $12 million. The growth rate is worth a certain multiple of revenues. A fair current market cap of SGMD might be in the tens of millions.
The problem is that these revenues are not yet achieved and an investor cannot be assured that what he is being told is from a truthful person.
Jimmy Chan who is the CEO of SGMD could be making money for himself by selling shares and promising a rosy outlook that is in reality a distortion or a clever deception. This might be stating the obvious.
