If they show us the business plan the price might rise. Maybe they should try that idea out first of all. A spike up in price would change the situation that we are in.

Which shareholders would vote yes on the reverse split. Isn’t it common knowledge that reverse splits are not in the interest of shareholders?

Can anybody present a few examples where a reverse split worked out in favor of the shareholders?

If the choice is reverse split or death for the company, then perhaps a reverse split is indeed in the shareholder interest.
