Court doc tell a part of the story.
COURT DOCS tell another story
Exactly who are they selling for?
they re not deemed an employee of the company
Are you sure?
No One is Fooled
What con?
DEBT IS PAID OFF TO PLAINTIFF SATISFACTION!
SHAREHOLDERS SHARES STILL HAVE VALUE!
COMPANY IS FULLY REPORTING
TAXES PAID TO DATE
HIRING NEW PEOPLE
Do you even know what a con is?
What nerve, judge made a comment with out knowing all the facts big deal
the court docs sure have hit a nerve
Valuation now that is an interesting concept.
Is a free baseball card one got free with a pack of gum back in the 50's now selling for millions over valued?
Is Tesla over valued at 590 billion with only doing 24 billion in revenue?
Market value is what someone believes something is worth not what something is actually is worth and right now buyers believe a FAIR Market Value for IFUS is 8.24 cents a share .
Trust an interesting concept
It I put my trust (my money) in Walther would I be further ahead or further behind today.?
April 2013 average stock price was around 0.006 cents a share 2/12/24 8.24 cents a 1000 dollar investment then is now worth $41,200 today.
If I put my trust in Aborbezz LLC (my money) would I be further ahead or further behind today?
I believe on 2/12/24 Aborbezz LLC is out of business.
That my friend is the only trust that matters in investing.
LMAO! What actions are they ?
- paying off his and the company's debts
- increasing shareholder value
- building a customer base
- searching out new partnerships
- actually producing product
- having customer satisfaction with the product
- building brand recognition
Are they the actions you are referring too?
Must suck to be you following a stock closely for what 10 years and missing turning sub- pennies to a nearly a dime.
For a couple of thousand down ,you could have made enough to quit your day and night job.
Oh you mean the others that have already made back 400% on their investment, those others.
And he did not pay one single nickel of the judgment himself. he conned others into doing that.
The debt listed in those Court documents are satisfied. Period!
It certainly appears that the judge made an erroneous statement against a gentlemen that paid off his obligation doesn't it?
BTW
Since you brought up that court document.
Did you know Adelstein withheld pertinent information from that Judge.(which I believe is a crime)
He never disclosed to the Judge that him and Scivoletto were partners, and together copied IFUS products and stole IFUS customers to start a clone business of IFUS.
I wonder if the Judge had that information if he would have changed his opinion about Walther.
ABSORBEZZ.LLC, is well documented too.
Mr. Adelstein is a founder of Ecolivegreen Corp., the originator of the filing of patents of Eco. Over the last five years, Mr. Adelstein has primarily focused on Eco and Absorbezz LLC, as the Manager of this livestock nutritional product. (interesting how two directors of Supreme Energy leave the company and start a new company Absorbezz LLC and sell there product under Energy Supreme which were almost the same products as Supreme Energy and stoled Supreme Energy Customers and the Judge called Walthers a criminal LMAO!)
You must be a novice to investing.
In any event w/ a market cap over $40mill and gross fiscal sales barely breaking $20k and the first Q released with $4,2xx in sales,
It not that that he is doubting words you write as being factual, what he is doubting is the factual words you seem to conveniently leave out.
Every word about Walter is factual.
I don't see where Schaef’s family is upset with their investment in IFUS, do you?
Sounds like the $394k was paid by Schaef’s $400k investment.
You bring up an interesting point.
Just the kind of person you want to invest with, huh
Do you know for fact that Holray Solar shipment was not ordered though Sun Pacific Power then sent directly to Holray Solar?
I don't .
Based on this contact information for GEP New Energy USA on there website, if I wanted to order panels directly from GEP New Engergy USA I would be contracting Sun Pacific Power.
https://gep-energy.com/pages/contact-us-9
GEP New Energy USA Distribution.
Sun Pacific Power Corp
Phone: +1 (888) 845-0242
Email: info@sunpacificpower.com
I don't see any other contract information other than Sun Pacific Power to reach GEP New Energy USA directly, Do you?
You know what is interesting
I went to the shipping page for GEP New Energy USA.
https://www.importyeti.com/company/gep-new-energy-usa
I clicked on the website link www.oakscargo.com and that didn't work.
Under that was a search link for name. I clicked on that and it brought me to a google search page and the first link shown was
GEP-Solar Manufacturing link
I clicked on that link and GEP website came up
I clicked on contact and this came up
GEP New Energy USA Distribution.
Sun Pacific Power Corp
Phone: +1 (888) 845-0242

Now, I have no proof that SPP will ever sell one solar panel for GEP , but based on GEP having SPP contract information on more then one website it is apparent GEP believes SPP will be selling panels for them in the USA in the future if they haven't begun doing so already.
A question to ponder on
It is logical for the two equipment suppliers (SC Solar & Autowell) to do a site visit to layout and design a US solar panel and battery manufacturing facility, but why was Sun Group there?
You might be right , I don't know!
But t what I do know is the parent company of GEP, Sun Group list GEP New Energy USA Distributor this way on it's Global directory.
https://gep-energy.com/pages/contact-us-9
GEP New Energy USA Distribution.
Sun Pacific Power Corp
Phone: +1 (888) 845-0242
Email: info@sunpacificpower.com
and
GEP New Energy Vietnam list Sun Pacific Power Corp as its US partner, listing SPP contract information as a way to contact GEP New Energy Vietnam.
https://www.gep-newenergy.com/contact.html
So I guess we are going to have to wait for the first quarter filing to see what's what won't we?
The purpose of investing is to make money. Right?
So it is not important in the immediate future whether or not SNPW is or can be competitive with other US supplies or China.
The stock price today is 0.004.
The stock after SNPW secures a site will be higher then 0.004 .
The stock price will be higher than that as progress is shown of the retro fit? True or Not?
Once SNPW proves it is actually producing product the stock price will be even higher.
The US government may be throwing good money on a bad Idea , but it doesn't change the fact they are throwing money on the idea of US solar panel manufacturing independent. It is not a guess or an assumption it is reality.
As an investor there is going to be an opportunity to make a lot of money before one has to worry whether a US solar panel manufacturing facility can be competitive with the Chines, Mexico or South America.
So why your concerns may have merit they do not matter to an SNPW in the short term.
Layers my friends layers
So what is the win strategy- price?
Is Florida International University a good school?
FIU is among the top 20 universities in the nation in Washington Monthly's annual College Guide and Rankings, which recognize universities for both research excellence and their efforts to ensure the success of students of all backgrounds.

The development of the Company’s SatennaTM technology is being performed under a sponsored research agreement with Florida International University, funded by Digital Locations. The Company has exclusive rights to license and commercialize the IP and technology that result from this project.
You ever wonder why Dr. James Shapiro who works with the molecule, knows the potential of the molecule, know the real value of the molecule but doesn't own at least 5% of the company?
One would think he could have brought in at a very very low private offering rate, since the company is relying on his work to move forward.
Food for thought.
That is your opinion and you might be right.
If you are you suggesting a renewable facility in the US can compete with one in Mexico, Chile, Southeast Asia, China etc I doubt it.
Tarriffs A possible by pass of raw material Tariffs
China's Tsingshan plans $233m investment in Chilean lithium plant. Due to be commissioned in 2025, the proposed plant will have the capacity to produce 120,000 tonnes of lithium iron phosphate (LFP). Tsingshan's proposed plant will produce LFP, which is used to power electric vehicles.
The U.S.-Chile Free Trade Agreement (FTA) entered into force on January 1, 2004, and was fully implemented on January 1, 2015. Chile has negotiated 33 trade agreements, covering 65 economies, representing 88 percent of the world's GDP.
The quickest way to get from Chile to United States by ship will take about 13 days 18h and departs from San Antonio (CLSAI) and arrives into Savannah (USSAV).
At around 30-40 days for a door to door shipment from China to the USA, sea freight has the longest lead time.
Raw material to be imported, local labor is expensive, tax rate is high, finance charges are high etc etc etc. These are very competitive markets. Can a US manufacturing facility compete with Southeast Asia, Mexico, South America. Etc.
Buy America has a nice ring to it but when American consumers spend their money they buy on price. Look no further than to Amazon, Walmart, Costco etc. Japan is different, they buy based on country first. Would you pay double the price for a tv because it was made in America?
According to the report, companies that choose to move production state-side will experience reputational gains with American consumers. In fact, around two-thirds of survey respondents said they regularly sought out products that were “Made in America” during the last year.Jul 19, 2023
It's a good idea because the US government wants them and is throwing money at companies that try and put them up.
Somebody needs to explain why they think a US Solar Panel and Battery Manufacturing facility is a good idea.
Raw material to be imported, local labor is expensive, tax rate is high, finance charges are high etc etc etc. These are very competitive markets. Can a US manufacturing facility compete with Southeast Asia, Mexico, South America. Etc.
Partnerships are already in place that have the means and expertise if they choose to help with financing, securing a facility, offer knowledge of the business, and designing products to offer.
-Tsingshan Group (raw materials) China
- FoxEss (solar Battery and inverters) China
- Pt.IDN Solar Tech (Solar cells) Indonesia
- Sun Group (Solar Panels) China
- SC Solar (supplier of Solar Panel manufacturing equipment) China
- WIXI Autowell (supplier of solar battery equipment) China
Based on January 12 to 14 a Site visit accompanied by Sun Group, Sc Solar and Autowell to design and layout a US Solar Panel and Battery Manufacturing facility if appears a site may have been actually secured and funding has been obtained to at least pay SC Solar and Autowell for their sevices,.
Holding nearly 4 million SHMN in a Roth, I am content.
OT
While we wait, take a look at this another speculative play and let me know what you think. (not a recommendation just a look see)
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/digital-locations-announces-satenna-satellite-080100755.html
Just so no one is confused the following is just fun speculation, not a claim it is happening or going to happen.
Sun Pacific Holding Corp
@SunPacificPower
1GW Solar manufacturing plant for an existing building as per suppliers $SNPW
? Equipment Delivery: 100 days after down payment received
? Shipment & customs clearance to project site: 50 days(expected)
? Installation: 30-45days
? Commissioning: 45-60days
? Ramp up: 30days.
My bad
out August 15th, 45 days after the period ends
Q2 filings
If they are up and running by end of March they should show sales in the 2nd quarter.
And new investors will not be coming in until there is actual proof they are growing.
until SHMN attracts new investors this scenario will play itself over and over, lets hope ABBIE provides that some day.
Feb 11 2021 High of the day 0.045 cents source yahoo finance
ROFLMAO!
You answered your own question.
The reason you don't see him in the Sun Pacific Holding filings is because he is the CEO/COO of Sun Pacific Power Corp not Sun Pacific holding company
If you wanted to see his name in an SEC document all you had to do is look for a SEC Sun Pacific Power document.

BTW
Frank Capria serves as SPP CEO/COO Pro-Bono
Making the following assumption based on the December tweets and the order in which they were presented.
It appears that Tsingshan Group, FoxEss, Sun Group, SC Solar and Autowell are in concert to help SNPW and its PT.IDN Solar Tech project manager build a US facility.
I know Tsingshan Group pulled a real boner in the nickel market a few years back (so we know they are not perfect) but apparently they believe they see something worth while in helping SNPW build a US solar manufacturing facility.
And I can not imagine it is to lose money..
Not at all, you jumped to that conclusion.
I just responded to
"they aren't selling stock..."
I don't believe they raised the AS just to look at it,
Speculative scenario
Is it not possible that a potential capital investor wanted pictures of real progress before doing a private placement?
Expansion cost money does it not?
To bet or not to bet that is the question?
Even with out a phone company contract if remotely possible these guys will jump in to help.
USDA is committed to making sure that people, no matter where they live, have access to high-speed internet. That's how you grow the economy – not just in rural communities, but across the nation.” The $40 million in grants comes from the fourth funding round of the ReConnect Program.Apr 3, 2023
Gee they increased the AS just for fun good to know.
Question remains are their responding to SOHM Product customers or SOHM stock customers {MP}.(Sorry can't help myself).
Either way at least they are now listening and responding, MHO a major step forward.
I know that person has some real issues.
