It's a four step process....parry....thrust....touché....scram
Re:
I hear the SEC has a pet mongoose.
Thank you for the information, and the unnecessary commentary.
Was there an actual snake farm? I thought that was proven to not exist?
They are always trying to push it down. Look at the after hours. open and close. Not necessarily today, but as a pattern.
Works for me too.

All those crazy theories originated by SEC investigations.
The duty of care is a fiduciary duty requiring directors and/or officers of a corporation to make decisions that pursue the corporation's interests with reasonable diligence and prudence. This fiduciary duty is owed by directors and officers to the corporation, not the corporation's stakeholders or broader society.* duty of care | Wex

Nutra Bid now .0003
Play into your strengths...Mine is certainly not accounting. I think the phrase goes something like, "Hope that helps".
A company with ZERO sales is now going to dictate how the retailer is going to display their product.
Looks to me like they don't want to sell product... probably because she doesn't have any product to sell...or, it's too much bother to produce and ship product. Makes one say Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

She was convicted of Perjury in a case relating to QEDN.
By way of example: Man says he shot a woman in the head. Police charge him with homicide. He objects and says, Yeah, I shot her in the head, but I ain't admittin' to no homicide.
The reason for the dialect is an example of the lack of thought process that goes into that dumb statement. Hope that helps.
So; based on the Judges Findings and Orders, in this case, it's the Judge that has wild theories and is pushing an agenda. Oh, my, my.
Re:
Let's assume that some of Ric's criminal actions are excluded by tolling of the statute, and even go further, by disallowing them as prejudicial "Bad Acts"; Enter them, not as separate acts, but as an overall continuation of criminal acts.
The actions most often invoked by RICO plaintiffs are mail fraud, wire fraud, and fraud in the sale of securities.
Completely agree. Posting intentions or progress may help PPS right now, but at what price? The final outcome is the only important factor in PPS.
Please direct me to the specific start date of the criminal investigation by the DOJ
Sociopaths don't care what anyone thinks
Why don't you post your proof that the SEC is disappointed.
Thanks for the research. Actually, I posted that information as an, "Also ran". Your other alternates are much more likely.

I think it's time to stop playing with .0006, .0005 and .0004 Bids, and concentrate on .001 before they go away. I'm still short of where I was a few months back. .
Here's the VESL I had discovered and was tracking months ago. Your find looks more plausible and has a huge upside.

I agree, but my issue is that it refers to an event that happened more than a year ago, making it old news. This brings up several questions.
Is the U.S. facility in operation right now?
Is there a current updated Agreement/Contract in place as of today's date?
If not, when is the anticipated date of the signing of the updated ntract/Agreement
What is the production timeline? In weeks, not years.
Is the shipment to the catalog warehouse coming from the U.S. or Columbia?
Why would a shipment be going to the catalog warehouse which was never mentioned as part of the Contract described in the Tweeter announcement?
These are all simple logistics questions, and should be answerable immediately.
Re: GMSacha Inchi $QEDN finalized its joint venture with Interamerican Foods to process its products in an FDA-approved factory. This isn't "news"... This is dated March 23, 2021.
I thought that VESL leased their software through licensing agreements (similar to franchising, but different). Would that account for the various locations popping up? I'm too busy (lazy) right now to do searches.
