until the ceo is charged with anything, its just a wild theory made up for the sole purpose of pushing an agenda.

So, logical conclusions and reasonable inferences are simply wild theories until proven? I'd say, "Hope this helps"; but I don't think anything is going to help correct that way of perverse thinking.
