Neal, I think your confusing using a market cap indicator as a value of stock... or buy back or something.
A pps does not just magically change on the market because a company reverses the amount. My one share does not automatically sell for 10 bucks. The market does not care how many times I reverse the stock... I don't get a automatic multiplier from otcbb.....

all the woulda, coulda, shouda speculation IF the pps changes doesn't mean a thing if it don't.

Not only have most of my reverse splits happened on a Friday before a Monday holiday 2:50 pm announcement, the name change was effected the same day of a announcement as well and people with their shares in street (as most of us minor shareholders have) had almost no chance to trade them away.
Sometimes people can make plays with name changes or splits and still make money.

I'll make this statement again --> when a SHELL SUB-PENNY COMPANY on the pink/otcbb does a reverse split, nothing is done for the common shareholder, and we almost always are decimated.

Plus, 10,000 to 1 is the split of choice these days...

R/S's don't always come back with any kind of jump. I've seen a crazy jump but it was associated with the scam cmkx and sggm. Any increase in pps after a r/s has historically shown an almost matching DROP back in price to same or less pps as before reverse.
You questioned my speculation, not the math. Had me going for awhile.

Well I admit math is not my strong point, but I thought that 20 billion is 20,000,000,000. Isn't a billion a digit plus 9 zero's. Please show where my math is off. I'm serious. My calculator only goes to 999,000,000,000. so I kept the numbers smaller. It must be some thing so obvious I can't see it.

You know, when you have the persons nic recognized, why not just skip over the name and let them talk to themselves. That drives most people nuts when no one pays attention... then they just go away.

As far as when folks leave an example of a post that may need deletion or action on this thread and then I try to look at the example ... IT"S ALREADY DELETED!.. and I have no clue whats being shown...

as per earlier posts about r/s... lemn is basing his statements on past experiences being involved in reversed penny stocks. So am I. And the landscape isn't improving. Penny reversals are not in the same category as macro stocks... Macro's reduce 10's of millions, shell companies reduce BILLIONS/TRILIONS (caps for effect) ... A quick math lesson will illustrate the immediate loses to the small (under 10 million held) common shareholders.
Company A has 10 billion o/s - @.0005
shareholder S1 has 10 million @ .0005 = 5000.00 pre r/s
CA announces 1 for 1000 reverse split - no name change.**(a)
CA now has 10 million o/s day of split @.0005
S1 now has 10k held @ .0005 = 5 dollars
The immediate damage to S1 is apparent and the pps would need to climb to .50 to recoup what profit before r/s. That kind of percent gain is highly improbable.
**(a) the real fun part is when a name change is performed and your original stock is deemed worthless... that's real fun for us.

I've been consistent in my declarations that TFN is a real deal, just as I have been steadfast in bringing facts and links concerning Winicks past and present modes of operations. It is up to the reader to add their perception of positive or negativity to a post. I have also worked hard to not make personal comments on a subject as well as not to judge and personally comment on the poster so as to stay viable on a tough thread. It's not always easy. I don't believe in the Ihub ignore feature as people have valuable input with other posters so if I iggy them I may lose out on topical information, and that would be self centered ignorance on my part.

Due to my research and studies of the assorted buy back programs in the shell arena, I don't believe the bkmp buy back is anything but a blip in the overall pps picture and share structure. Buying back roughly 7.2 % of your outstanding usually won't effect the pps.
To me it's mostly lip service. Something to keep shareholders off your neck results.
Plus, having unlimited opportunities to issue shares may make this so called buy out just a roadside shell game profiting corporate officers only.

Neal, I was under the impression that the total preferred count was closer to 170 trillion. That number was posted early on soon after the divy.
I don't know where the 136 trillion came from. It's all convoluted anyways.

Venus is huge and high in my western sky here in Michigan. I should be able to see it in the daytime as well. Have to contrast it to some clouds or haze though.

(2) I have NEVER received anything from Winick in the way of a letter, email, carrier pideon or drive by shooting... ever!

(3) Winick stated the divs were FREE GIFT dividends that we have to do nothing for... and will trade within 25 days of issue. As of this day, Scottrade does not recognize Bkmpp as a settled stock issue in my account. It only shows up as a token icon in my holdings account.. It is explained by Scottrade that were the preferred to be sent to Scottrade the token would be replaced with bkmpp in active status. This has not happened.

(4) If pps falls to .0002 or lower you can buy a million bkmp at the market and NOT restricted for a unknown time frame.

(5) What kind of imaginary potential are YOU creating?

To think that there was shareholder concern out of any of this mess seems delusional to me.

Regarding Bkmp and conversions.
I doubt that the april 30th is an indicator of any events to happen. Winick issued an impossible dividend, maybe he was watching another stock CEO running his pps up illegally and thought he try it. Maybe Winick knew from the start that he could squeeze some cash for nothing by charging for a conversion or he figured out along the way. Regardless, the divy was never something we shareholders could cash in on. Winick made a false statement when he said the preferred would trade. This is fact.
Winick has simply given a worthless gift and withdrawing it. Done commonly by shell companies. In the bigger picture IMO, this divy has no impact on bkmp and even less impact on the pps or TFN.
SPEC:: I fully expect Winick to R/S the commons in the near future.
I don't have a date or prediction, I just think it will be sooner than later.

TIP:: Was having issues with firefox and found a possible solution.
Concerning error 'firefox caused invalid module msvcrt.dll'

On microsoft site look up the error 'invalid module msvcrt.dll' and MS will instruct you to download a newer version group. It appears that newer apps, ex: Firefox, don't play well with an older library versions of files.

As a footnote, this error has turned up with Memory stick failures as well.

I had both.

F.F. I'm not sure if you saw my musings over on Gzfx a few days ago... my point is anyone seriously pushing the biz would've advertised on the scooby doo mystery machine bus AND had even cheap TV ads nationally.
I even showed a link to the Windoze media player 'estore' service that is reasonably cheap. What's sad is JF's hooks went into a legitimate service product and is sucking it dry. I'm seeing that more and more these days where a crook CEO will find a real product and leech off of it. Penny stock technique of 'other peoples money'... buy a company just to sell it, no matter what happens to real people involved. Glom on to anything that looks real, pump it and trash it.

To Tina and Admin. My troubleshooting technique is to eliminate obvious items. Checking weather the exact event happens on different browsers at the exact time would suggest not browser specific but move the focus to computer systems and ISP issues, as well as Ihub impact.
A quick test would be to go to another non related site at the problem time and see what happens. Just a few suggestions, as this kind of stuff drives me nuts too.
And Admin: Is it just me or has Ihub dropped the QT ads at this time?

Are you using the same browser on all systems? Try a different browser somewhere and at least you may be able to eliminate specific browsers as a problem. Sometimes eliminating larger processes under our control can drill down to real problem.

Having great trouble maintaining my firefox functionality while engaged with Ihub/adfvn site. I'm starting to believe adfvn is sabotaging us non subs.
What's interesting is, I have been able to remain attached to the web site longer between crashes, but noted that I haven't seen any Quicktime crap ads... could Ihub have received many PM about wonky QT crap?
I've done everything I could think of at my end... removed java and reinstalled update... removed firefox and installed update....
Stopped just short of a total Windows reinstall. One thing that may be out of my hands is weather Ihub/adfvn is optimizing for XP only now, or even prepping for Vista. I know of many sites that have left us old dial ups in the lurch because we can't handle all of the wiz bang extra plug in stuff.
I'm just venting here though, because I really think it has something to do with optimization to newer OS's, and progress doesn't wait for us past adapters.

Just a quickie comment here. I just finished watching a fight league called World Contact League. It seems to be promoted by Chuck Conners. It is straight up full contact kick boxing, brings me back to my roots of martial arts with a half hearted attempt at kick boxing competitions. No grappling allowed and no stalling. I'm not sure where this league will go, It gave me the impression I was watching a elaborate infocommercial. Chuck was pushing his total gym between rounds. This is the first time I saw this, so it was sort of weird.
Wonder if anyone else seen WCL.

Serf.. It is also known that penny stocks that trade in a narrow continuing range are candidates for reverse splits..... historical data does support this as well.
Aways remember, don't confuse sub-penny stocks with real reporting company stock. Not the same animal.
Although, many solid, reporting companies are in the otcbb and pinks too. But they usually aren't below 2 cents.

Logging... It should be clarified about that Winick statement... I believe that it may have allegedly come from a person on this board personal email to them from Winick, thus NOT a PR from bkmp/Winick.
I'm sure someone will remember that post and correct peoples perspective on that subject. If I'm correct, it is important to note that there may be no proof to that data and keeps taking us off track of what is really happening here.
Speculation is all we can do as Winick/Bkmp has intentionally kept us shareholders in the dark from the start.
There is truly no reason to have vague and confusing PR's and statements concerning a company business. A high school english student could do the job.

Barney.... apparently you haven't gone back too far and read the ibox or this thread... Winick has reversed the preferred, it's in the form of a 1 billion to 1 million reverse conversion with a 150.00 fee paid to Winick directly. (through a TD, but still to him)... and the divy is to be deemed null and void after or on April 30th as per bkmp PR.
There is no choice at this time.. convert or die.
Still, as of today... my Scottrade account does not recognize bkmpp as a finalized share issue. I only have a token name and can not invoke any action or data on that ticker. So, as far as I'm concerned, I've never owned them officially. How other people have claimed to have a certificate is extremely troubling and confusing. I haven't been able to link to any data to prove of conversions as well.
People's comments of conversion without a positive link to data should remain as face value at this time.
At least for me it will.
