Due to my research and studies of the assorted buy back programs in the shell arena, I don't believe the bkmp buy back is anything but a blip in the overall pps picture and share structure. Buying back roughly 7.2 % of your outstanding usually won't effect the pps.
To me it's mostly lip service. Something to keep shareholders off your neck results.
Plus, having unlimited opportunities to issue shares may make this so called buy out just a roadside shell game profiting corporate officers only.
