ya i dont know about that. the way i understood it was its a deal for releasing the one title exclusively. i doubt tdgi given their size would corner themselves in to inking a contract that would only allow them to market through Regal.

its a one film deal i would be fairly certain. that being said for them to get that deal was certainly momentus. for a couple of reasons. 1 being that producers and or film companys can look to tdgi to be a source of getting their material out to the masses, and 2 being as it is tdgi its likely that the cost to filmakers would be more lucrative to them in regards to the terms.

regardless if its a one film deal or not it sets precedent that these cats can make deals on the highest level and get their products marketed.

look at the market cap at that.. 12 mil? thats just retarded low. it cost 11 mil just to make AFIL.

TDGI is a distributor. they didnt pay to make the films, they make agreements to put films in theatres and get a percentage of the gross. what did they pay 500 grand for the distribution rights? dont have the dd on that handy. but i fail to see where you think they arent gonna make money on the film..

the ceo didnt make the claim of 100,000 a theatre. he speculated based on an exlusive release in another box office chain. its a wait and see really but im pretty sure theyll be ok on it. i wouldnt go to the thetre and watch the film, but if netflix had it i certainly would.

dude.. just get out when you can while you can and get something that at least reports.

let me prove something to you.. go look at sdrg. that stock has 300,000,000 shares trades at .05/6 on volume a fraction the size this one does. look at the volitility there in correlation to volume. and imagine what would happen if 50% hell even 5 % of the float traded on good news. if 10 million shares were to move the stock would move exponentially upward not down. not to mention the stock is literally 50x the price.

i cant agree on a float figure with you cuz i dont know. is 266 small yes i could agree with that. the problem is you cant speculate what their intentions are with an unreporting co like this.. they can and will do wahtever it takes to get the capital they want.

i am convinced they diluted and i am convinced that i was right in regards to the stock plummeting ever since October 21st 2011.

if you read the PR it says they are going to explore. i dont want anyone to trade this stock cuz i saw what they were doing. when this company shows some records that indicate they have capital and exploration expenditures it might be worth buying, right now the stock is trading at a very generous price if you ask me. the company is worthless til proven otherwise.

as far as dilution. i dont know man. but look at the chart. you cant have a stock trade 100% of its float on good news and have the stock down. my opinion however, is that the float likely has at least doubled, but yer not gonna know that til you see some sort of filing, and you have no idea when that is going to be. so my guess in all actuality is just as good as yours.

however i am extremely certain that it has happened and that you have experienced extensive dilution to the retail base. they have no money and they gotta get it from somewhere, that means you the investor.

i dont believe you can reach those lofty goals but your more than welcome to have that attitude towards the stock.

to me this stock is not a buy at all, but theres a possibility that the stock is finally seeing relief from dilution. although i see a possible profitable move, this stock presents too much risk for me to endorse purchasing it. i do however think it may happen. and i wish you all the best of luck.

the goal of .002 seems like a very hard fought battle to me. you not only have the dilution factor but now you've got very disgruntled shareholders that are going to fight that move to get their money back. on its best day you might test 0015, but i cant or wouldnt put my money on it. this stock would move purely on techs, which is not going to present a sustainable move in the stock price and would be good for flip purposes only in my opinion. dont get greedy, get out. this is my stance.

barring news, you are looking at volume levels 5 times todays current sell off.

this is a very small fraction of what ive been thinking could happen.. when and if the real selling starts barring news, 500k at .007 is the least of your worries.
