Google Nortel Networks Bankruptcy. The Trustee should be listed somewhere in the documents.

So Cambrian is somehow mixed in with Nortel exiting BK or Nortel being completely liquidated. Seriously, contact the Trustee to discover why Nortel acquired all of Cambrian's outstanding shares and to see if the CAMS public shareholders are included in any Court Ordered dispensation.

FWIW, I have never owned CAMS stock. I am simply interested in why Nortel acquired CAMS stock, and of course hoping CAMS shareholders get something from yesterdays actions.

Ah yes, and I see that Nortel's stock registration was revoked in 2015, so why the heck would Nortel want Cambrian's outstanding shares when Nortel no longer trades publicly? Part of the bankruptcy? Scratchin' my head on this oddity.

The FINRA notation is that Nortel Networks owns all of the outstanding shares of Cambrian Systems. Obviously Nortel cannot own the shares of the public shareholders so you should try to contact Nortel Networks or Cambrian to see if retail shareholders were included in the merger.

Other than the one trade for 3 million at 5th digit a few days ago, this stock isn't trading for at least a year.
Might be time to cut your loses.
Call your broker and ask how to do it, usually they'll buy it for a penny.

Much worse. Essentially it means that no broker or market maker can trade the stock electronically, which in turn means anybody unlucky enough to be holding SCAM - sorry, I mean CAMS - is stuck.

And given that CAMS was a screamingly obvious criminal conspiracy from the word go, I can't see that ever changing.
