MRIB has 105 million dollars in contracts now and that does not include US distribution. We submitted the first 2 70 million dollars in contracts to FINRA. I like that! Just stating that is awesome and reassuring! We are distributing in CA and 25 other states now and we have the 4 new licenses so we can also expand to wines and beer ahead.

From what I heard the company is applying for a license in 49(?) states (California & Florida already done).

I was informed that a marketing plan is in place, and that Marani Vodka will soon pop up everywhere.

Many great events have been sponsored by Marani over the past several months.

The company has trademarks in 22 other countries.

Julius Baer (Gam holding) holds 21,7M shares at about $0.25.

The company rewarded it's shareholders with a stock dividend.

Much more updates in the works from what I hear.

From a chart perspective, we are consolidation imo. However, a the past few days a TON of shares were absorbed at or around 0.03. It won't be long before an upward correction starts, as I believe this is being held down for a reason.

Those trying to flip it down here, might (and probably will) end up chasing.

Know what you own and don't let anyone talk you out of your shares. That's a decision you need to make for your own, based on your own DD & gut feeling.

Conclusion, let the company do their job. They've done everything they said they would do so far and even more. Dan Senters is a great new asset with the right connections for Domestic distribution.

Buy, add, hold and tuck away.

$MRIB IS JUST ADDICTING. I KEEP PUTTING MORE MONEY IN THIS. HALF MY PAYCHECK is going to pick up more shares I'm almost at half a Million and started in the 008s. Like warren buffet, I'm putting all my eggs in one basket, I am that confident. Also money tv emailed me saying they have coverage with marani for 3 months. Which they also said they will be making regular appearances. So I am expecting atleast 1 a week for 3 months. IMO. You can email money tv at db@moneytv.net . 2014 share price estimates based on current production capacity ... (will increase as new PR is put out by the company, this is just the beginning !)

Current Production Capacity (Cases): 20,000 cases per month
Current Production Capacity (Containers): 10.5 containers per month (126 containers per year)

Revenue per bottle $17.54
Bottles per case = 6
Price per case = $105.24
1 container = $200,000 revenue
Cases per container = 1900 (minimum order size posted on Alibaba.com)

Production Revenue @ 20,000 cases per month = $2,104,800
Production Revenue @ 240,000 cases per year = $25,257,600

Estimated rationale for current production being set at 10.5 containers per month is due to the current contracts we know about, plus the USA specualation:

30 million / 5 years = 6 million per year
40 million / 5 years = 8 million per year
=========================================
Total 14 million per year @ $200,000 per container = 70 containers, accounting for 7 months of "current" production capacity.

That leaves a remaining 56 containers to be used for initial USA distribution. Due to the likely "ramp-up" period for Brazil/DR increasing the container delivery from the initial 1 container per month, there should be product available for other countries as new contracts are established. At that time, the production will likely increase to meet the contract averages.

At 20% profit margin, the estimated Net Income at current production levels is $5,051,520. (P/E 40 = 0.48 share price)

However, due to their size and business model, I would estimate Marani can operate at a much lower cost than normal industry average.

30% profit margin: $7,577,280 (P/E 40 = 0.72 share price)

40% profit margin: $10,103,040 (P/E 40 = 0.97 share price)

It only gets better from here :)
