Correctomundo. They dont want people google earthing the their diggs, at least for now I imagine while in the renovation period. Paying for security is a overhead I think they prefer to wait on.

Laws are changing as we speak.
I think a delivery service is preferred by local authorities in southern CA. Clubs were shut down hard a couple years ago. With clubs re emerging slowly and cautiously; the delivery service provides a way for the community to not have to take on the "face" of a dispensary in their local community, but patients can still get their medicine.

Marijuana at the very least is about a 2 and a half month cycle, and that is with sea of green techniques, that COLORADO allows. The amount of marijuana in a warehouse can be insane. 3 to 5 harvests a year for the entire space at the price per pound will result in Millions of dollars, maybe not 20 ;) like they project, but it is POSSIBLE. plus the BUZZZZZ that can catch off the name " Bear Pot" media campaign ( sexy little ladies in tight little t shirts with a bear paw tearing through their cleavage and the name BEAR POT on the Back)
a nice thing about indoor cultivation, is that it can be duplicated much easier and more efficiently than a good ol outdoor farm. Which Colorado is not the most suitable for anyhow.

Plenty of profit takers at the sub penny range, but a strong base is building. And with a steady climb, the profit taking will only e possible at higher numbers. Thus I see much promise for BAYP to climb
I am not concerned about the new shares. PHOT added 2 billion shares, and it did not dilute the shareholder price. And PMCM has Southridge ready to buy big.

Grower collectives would very much PREFER to lease space through a organization who has already had a "GREEN" light in the sanctioned space deemed permitable to grow in. The collectives feel SAFE due to a "GREEN" light space to grow.
A centralized system of collective nursery spaces is good for the earth and good for the cost of production for the businesses leasing space. Locating the nurseries next to each other will save on resources in a BIG WAY.
