facts reveal increase

New shares will be distributed to Southridge around the 28th of March.

If you read the sec filing pertaining to this transaction; it indicates that the trade of stock equity will be based off of price 18 days prior to sale.

So get ready for news soon. My guess, right around the corner, followed up by permits being granted at the beginning of the month. The higher the stock price is 18 days prior to sale the less shares have to be converted
