I agree that there has not been any facts listed behind the method or amount of shares increased.
Nor has there been facts that show the company has no control of releasing them at 0001. I would imagine it would be at market value. The shares given out in the past were based off of market value.
Can someone please show the a link to where the indication that the shares must go at 0001???
