Help me remember; when has rsmi made a good deal for shareholders? Seems the Company has been in ICU on life support forever. Will someone just end things by pulling the plug. Chipwa1
Is the tapestry of the daydream weavers (riches for shareholders by Brad & Ray) beginning to disentangle before our eyes? Chipwa1
I guess I missed the Letter of Understanding that details the contractual arrangement with the German company. I think they (the German firm) must have asked for a free sample to evaluate, as they design their product. Now comes the chasm to find a way across to point of order; "shake, rattle and roll the product (in its usable form) shippable product, environmental tests and meets other parameters required by the purchasing company. Can RSMI ship in the required quantity? Well small company and limited market. Does the chip (whatever it is) meet European Standards? Does RSMI meet the financial stability requirements? Normally you try ro find a customer close to home, so you can support the customer early on. There must be an upside as RSMI looks across that wide chasm. Chipwa1
Didn't know RSMI had real "Finished Goods Inventory" they could ship for R&D? Is it a programmable device they purchase off-the-shelf and load? Inquiring minds want to know. Chipwa1
OT: I tried to get a card from the Ojibwa Tribal Council, but I still have to hear from them. My reason for doing this is that the Chippewa Tribe, which I believe had two square blocks in Baraga turned into a Reservation in Baraga and then built this gambling casino. So, I figure no oil, but a casino and I'm one half Chippewa. Well you get my drift. No Ojibwa retirement, no RSMI retirement, guess it'll have to be Social Security retirement, ugh! Chipwa1
goldrusher. OT: From the what its worth department. I believe you are near the Ojibwa Tribal Council area there in Canada. My father came from a tribe that belonged to the Ojibwa Nation. I think I told you some time back, we are from Keweenaw Bay in Upper Michigan. You seem to have no trouble find the internet from where you are in the wilderness. Chipwa1
This be another quiet period, this time regarding the vote on the 4 billion shares authorized. Chipwa1
RSMI Products (available for sale); Cupria 5101DSP, Cupria 5101A Line Card, rmCDS 6000 and Embedded VoIP. To date nothing has sold. Maybe "Revenue" is not the end game. Chipwa1
O.K., fess up who's the wise guy, or unwise lady who bought that 1,000 shares with their lunch money, again? Chipwa1
The "VOTE", where is the voting results? Is there a recount going on? Chipwa1
Shouldn't all effort and money be spent to ship something "honey"? Wouldn't that be what this stock needs? Why all this off in all directions stuff? Talk, talk talk!
Focus and do something dealing with revenue. Whatever happened to the 4 billion share vote? So many questions, so little time. Chipwa1
mahinui. I think you must live in Kalopa State Park on the old Gulch "RIM" Trail. No Wii and only communicate with the RIM office in Portland. Only one side of the story is your game. Chipwa1
And the results of yesterdays vote, "yes, or no"? I hope there isn't need for a recount? Chipwa1
"Who Dat" trying to panic me that "the train is leaving the station", by buying at the opening? Three big trades by 9:31 (6:31 PST) 1,000 shares each! I had my finger on the buy button (Enter), but procrastinated again. What on God's green earth is wrong with me? Chipwa1
Here is my input; It availed "everyone" the opportunity to join IPSL SIG. Just think, a population pool of six billion, could join. Sixty percent could receive one share each, wow. Chipwa1
I think most agree; two talking heads both with laundry bags for pockets. 99.9% talk and 00.1% substance. The moneys gone before the pockets go to the laundry. Chipwa1
P.S. The only reason for noise from stockholders is that they are despite to protect their investment. Why, I don't know, just sell and get over it. c.
Stand by for the mother of all delusion events. Why would someone buy now, when as these 4 billion shares are released into the A/S pile (the share price will go up)? Not! Chipwa1
The past is the best guide to the future. Shillish defense. Chipwa1
e*trade capital markets llc just bid 0.015 when the ask was 0.011,wow. Chipwa1
I harbor no "sour grapes", just believe in a reasonable man doctrine and whats going on is no where near reasonable. Chipwa1
How can RSMI keep finding the mother of all technology; the best in class; breakthrough technology, then buying it for a song and a dance? While the rest of telecommunications world flounders? When it comes to talking they are right every time, yet when it comes to delivery, well that is another story. Chipwa1
"STAND AND DELIVER" That is all both sides want to see. Stop all the cheap talk and ship something and stop flapping your lips, RSMI/Brad. Chipwa1
Wouldn't the test results for nearly a dozen telco's be a ringing endorsement for RSMI's technology? Just one telco test results would garner a lot of attention. All we see are big announcements and then defining silence. How much of that 4 billion share nest egg will be tucked away into warm pockets for salaries? May 10, 2008, a red letter day! Chipwa1
I have this liquid crystal glasses patent that will revive the 3-D product. Hold on tight we're going to go full circle with RSMI. Back to the good old days again. Chipwa1
News. Dated 19 April 2008. Material Definative Agreement between RSMI and Professional Opportunity Fund/ Generation make a $400K, now due 10 May 2008. Sounds a little ominous doesn't it. Source: www.stockmarketenews.com. Chipwa1
Whatever happened to that Fukuoka, Japan distributor that was going to do big things for RSMI? Chipwa1
Bashing is such a horrible word! May I respectfully suggest "assistance to those who are investment challenged"! Chipwa1
Did the moose have the numbers 9715 written in big white numbers on his right and left side? We're missing one in Upper Michigan with big brown eyes. Glad you were in a gmc mobel home and not a ford Focus! Hope the trip goes smooth from now on. Chipwa1
lycus of yore. You are correct in stating that the Lucent validation testing was limited. The test board assembly was short of parts that were required to test the board completely. Those parts simply didn't arrive in time for the validation testing. Also, if I remember correctly, there was a technical problem with one parameter, "noise". I believe this could have been corrected in short order. What needs to be remembered is that at the time Ray was receiving pressure from the bigger investors to show-and-tell. This about the time Allan Blevins took on Ivan and soon New Wheel's was history. I've done my best to state things as they happened and "YES" its time to drop the subject. Chipwa1
Lycus of Yore on the subject of Cu@Ocx and at this point in time, it really doesn't matter, does it? To much dung has oozed under the bridge. Yet, I still contend that the technology did in fact work at the speed and distance stated at the time by Alan and Michael. I was directly connected to the development, alas, now it is but a snails crawl in today's world. Chipwa1
This is the way I understand it; Alan verbally jumped all over Ivan. Also, Michael and Alan were non-degreed which, Dr. Propp had a big problem with that issue. I have my own hunch; where it was Ivan and the good Dr. P. doing a deal to bail Adaptive out of their debt and to take the old CIA powerline technology off the shelf (where it went after the standard committee shot it down). But, in the end who really knows. Chipwa1
thecoastman. To be perfectly honest; I've made a little early on, then I hung around to defend my two friend's (Alan and Michael). Now I'm just a talker and not an investor. And thats the whole truth. Chipwa1
IMHO, no Milan at this time, there is a freeze on spending. They need enough money to meet a payroll of the two employees. Chipwa1
thecoastman. You can blog with Chris Hansen @ dateline.msnbc.com. Or go to the NBC site Dateline and find Contact @ the bottom. Or go to nbc and find dateline click on Chris Hansen name and his e:Mail address may come up. Good luck. Chipwa1
When you buy shares of RSMI your putting the money directly into the pockets of a couple of people (IMHO), then you get to roll the dice, but only with one (dice) cube. If the SEC, or a lawyer steps in to depose any insider, or the products stumbles, the house of cards will come down quickly. Chipwa1
mahinui. At some point in time, someone is going to have to repair the Balance Sheet to stay in business. This will be a monumental task as big as getting a marketable product out to the market. Chipwa1
Doesn't anyone have just a little concern because of RSMI's Current Liabilities as of January 2008? Accounts Payable; $1,063,000.00; Short Term Debt; $696,000.00; Other Current Liabilities; $6,066,000.00? Current Ratio; 1:85, when 2:1 is normal and goo? Wake up this isn't something a company can recover from and RSMI isn't a "Going Concern". This shouldn't give investors a warm and fuzzy feeling to buy more shares. Chipwa1
Did the RSMI/Eliza story die while being written? Chipwa1
Public Record says 1081 and "if" the Company says 10,000; This is normal, a ten times diference. Chipwa1
shareholder count from www.pinksheets.com, sorry not to give my source in the first place. Chipwa1
