Well I wasn’t talking by June…I meant eventually…
We are talking about Kblb being a successful growing company…providing the holy grail product that so many different industries have always wanted…we are talking about contracts with huge corporations…
25 bucks sounds like a lot?…lol…it is quite likely peanuts under that scenario…
this is why people like webslinger are such a joke...hes a chicken little running around crying about another 5 mil shares being added on to the billion already outstanding...and he has absolutely no idea where it may have come from....but hes gonna scream that the sky is falling anyway....lmao
oh yea...thats going to tip the balance of absolutely nothing...
no one has any clue where the pps is going to go...it all depends on how kblb executes...if we mass produce, mass market and generate revenues and the product is well received, it really doesnt matter what the p/e or forward pe ratio is or goes...
the share price will likely be volatile but will rise....when a company first comes into it own, commercially, anything can happen...kblb could go to 50 cents or 25 bucks...eventually things will settle and the company will focus on growth...and the pps will reflect that potential for growth...
the PE will be whatever it will be...it will be quite a while before the PE will matter much with kblb...
if kblb mass produces, it will hit a buck and much more...the only question is when...not if...and how high it will go...
my guess is a buck by the end of June....and kblb doesnt even have to achieve tonnage to get there...100 kilos combined with other good news would do it...it has to be big news, but that has the possibility of coming from virtually all over the place...pharma, medical, fashion, military, aviation, automotive, and on and on...
we arent making a widget that can be used by carpenters...what we are making has almost limitless applications to just about every industry...
"Or, perhaps someone has exercised their warrant rights."
was just going to post the same thing but ran across yours first....there are plenty of warrants that are exercisable at these prices...and if the holders want to exercise them and sell, they certainly can...
“ The Douchebag CEO has sold over 100 MILLION shares over the past decade.”
Which NOTHING to do with this issue…
You said the “avg” notation in the trading indicated that kim was selling shares to fill his pockets…
Now you say it was dilution…guess that means you were WRONG AGAIN…
“ since he is breaking the law and doesn't file the required SEC Forms.”
In other words, you have no freakin clue if Kim is selling shares or not…but you are going to accuse him of breaking the law anyway with no justification for it whatsoever…
You are lying just like you claim kim does…
And you think they haven’t done this?…what do you think they have been doing for the last 3 months?…waiting?…for what?…
He’s just hoping Exxon signs fcel to some new deal, so he’s throwing this stupid prediction that no one gives a crap about…
If it happens, he will publicly pat himself on the back and declare himself a genius and arrogantly call everyone else peons…of course if it doesn’t happen, he won’t say anything and it will just be yet another bullshit prognostication that nobody will even remember…
Wait…I thought you said it was Kim selling his shares to fill his pockets?…
So you were DEAD WRONG yet again?…
Shocker….lol
after being at $1.27 in the beginning of this month and steadily dropping to below a buck, a little rise in the pps is not unusual...nothing drops straight down forever...there is always a bump up somewhere along the way.....when a stock gets a bit oversold, there is always a correction...
or as you like to say....a dead cat bounce...
this should not be confused with strength when there is really nothing fundamentaly to justify the move up...
agreed...if exxon wanted to proceed forward without fcel, they would simply hire away whomever they want from the ranks of fcel's employees...assuming they wanted to hire anyone from fcel at all..
but if they did, what current fcel employee would choose to stay with a floundering mismanaged small company that has one foot in the OTC and the other on a banana peel?.......as opposed to working for one of the biggest and best energy companies in the world...
tough choice...lol
I will refer you to EOT's reply to you on tuesday...that says it all...there are several other pr's where kim refers to currently ramping up production etc...kim has not mentioned anything about amounts...but then, he never does...even in the picture where hes holding a bunch of silk, he doesnt state the weight...
Clint Eastwood also said “a man’s got to know his limitations”…
Think about it…
They can kick fcel to the curb, wait for the pps to drop to .25 then buy them for .35 per share…
Fcel could counter that plan by making themselves more valuable…but they seem unable to do that…in fact they are hoping Exxon will take them by the hand and lead them to profits…
Like Cinderella asking the big bad wolf to take her to grandmas house…
Fcel will sell to Exxon who will turn around and sell it to someone else?…
Why wouldn’t fcel simply sell it to whomever Exxon would sell it to?….
This is a perfect example of Exxon bending over fcel…they will want fcel product cheap so they can make the big money…
"They want to negotiate a commercialization plan or even potentially a buy out."
i think they want to bend fcel over...fcel really has no choice but to accept whatever exxon wants...if fcel walks away from exxon, the pps will be .25 within a few days...and it wont recover anytime soon...
a buyout at $11 to $22 per share???....LMAO!...22 times the current share price??....
fcel should fall to its knees and kiss the feet of exxon if they offer $1.50 per share in a buyout...MAX
“… finalizing agreements with private and governmental entities.”
i sure hope its something involving money that kim can put in kblb's coffers...but i think kim could be signing agreements with gov entities regarding investment and enterprise registration certificates...the private parties could be contractors signing on like GSS did...these are great progress and bodes well for the future, but some cash would be nice...i really think its time for the Vietnamese Gov to step up and kick in some cash to support what will be a benefit to their country and people...
“I don't know.”
You don’t know if production trials has anything to do with production?…
That was the only issue…
So you don’t think that picture shows 25 kilos of silk?…
So then, what is it showing?…
“They haven't even created samples or a limited run yet.”
Why would YOU be in a hurry…you already stated you have never owned a share of Kblb….
Yet here you are daily clutching your pearls over every negative issue you can conjure up and fretting over timelines that mean nothing to you…
You are a joke…
My reply was to a post that suggested they wouldn’t be in PRODUCTION until the end of June…
I highlighted the part in the recent pr that stated : “the launch of spring PRODUCTION trials begin this week”…
Of course it won’t begin with tonnage…but there will be PRODUCTION…
"That’s a concise statement of my timeline. BAM 1 won’t be ready for production until late Q2. "
from the last pr: "senior management members will travel to Vietnam this week to oversee the launch of the spring production trials"
the launch of spring production trials begin this week...
SMGDH
and thats for Bam1....which has nothing to do with production that has been on-going...
“This is basically a way for 90% of the people to be subsidizing the 10% of the population that owns electric cars, because the EVs require huge amounts of electricity.”
Lol….no…in Calif, millions of homes have solar panels…for a while now, every new home built is required to have solar panels…
That’s means utility companies are losing more and more money….and they have been begging Calif officials to do something about all that lost income…
The state of Calif has decided that it is unfair for those who can afford solar or buy a new home to have cheap electricity while the poor still have to pay high prices for theirs…
So now they want people to pay for their solar panels and STILL pay high prices for electricity that they are not even using…
“It is the same old same old from the Douchebag CEO. ALL of those statements are forward-looking BS. ”
Unfortunately for you, that has nothing to do with your denial that kim states 2024 is the year…
the fact is the ceo IS CLEARLY saying 2024 IS the year….
“"<< The CEO has said 2024 is going to be the year. >> ”
lol...kind of a stupid caption for what the article is really saying...
"U.S. EV sales were a record 1.2 million units last year, representing 7.6% of the overall national market, Cox Automotive estimates. That share is expected to increase to between 30% and 39% by the end of the decade, according to analyst forecasts."
so theres going to be tremendous growth in the EV sector...its just not as fast as the outrageous amount they anticipated...
oh dear...lol
from company pr's:
"we plan to make 2024 the greatest year yet for Kraig Labs and the commercialization of spider silk."
"shares an update on near-term commercial applications and opportunities for recombinant spider silk as the Company prepares for expanding production in 2024"
" Our goal now is to meet the challenge of expanding spider silk production to commercial scale in 2024.”
"Kraig Labs also reports that it is working aggressively to expand its production capacities and footprint in the first quarter of 2024. "
"This new hybrid produces more useable silk per cocoon than previous hybrid pairings and is expected to make the transition from development into operations in the first and second quarters of 2024."
"The Company selected this facility and is opening this new operations center to support the significant expansion of silk production scheduled for spring 2024."
"We are prepared for 2024 to be a breakthrough year for the commercialization of spider silk."
" I am looking forward to a very exciting year for Kraig Labs and the commercial launch of our revolutionary spider silk technology."
"The Company’s management intends to remain aggressive in the execution of its business plan for the production of recombinant spider silk in 2024."
"<< The CEO has said 2024 is going to be the year. >>
No, he didn't. You need to reread what he said."
kim clearly thinks 2024 IS the year AND HE SAID SO....
you want to laugh at something?...how about this post of yours from this morning...
"How far will the share price drop today?"
freakin hilarious...
this was in there as well...
"Management has undertaken steps as part of a plan to improve operations with the goal of sustaining our operations for the next twelve months and beyond. These steps include (a) raising additional capital and/or obtaining financing; (b) controlling overhead and expenses; and (c) executing material sales or research contracts."
when kblb wasnt progressing, dilution was a concern...although it is still a possibility, it is not that much of a concern anymore...we are in a better position to recieve reasonable financing...WHEN NEEDED....it is not yet needed...
there is no question that at some point, we will need money to grow...that can come from financing, revenues, upfront money in deals, licensing, partnerships, investors and yes, from dilution...but at a much higher pps where it is far more palatable...
pretending that dilution is, currently, the only source of money is disingenuous....it is once again, looking into the past and pretending we have not progressed...
“ The fact that you didn't have to insult, to get your point across, was duly noted and appreciated.”
Personally, I don’t really give a shit what you appreciate…and
KMA
"The post that is being discussed quoted statements by KBLB from 22 Nov 2023. That is only a few months ago, and it is the most recent SEC data available."
this was in there as well...

"Are you saying that if someone lies for a decade and a half in PRs"
i am saying that he has not lied for decades...that is your cross to bear...
“It's not idiotic at all.”
Yea, it really is…being stuck in a time warp where all you can do is point to years past and repeat your own particular brand of negative BS 12 times a day everyday IS idiotic…
Never looking forward or acknowledging what has taken place recently that has made enormous improvements, IS idiotic…
When was the last time ANYONE has produced 25 kilos of spider silk?…the proof with pictures that he has been asking for for years has been provided…but what does he say?…”how do we know it is not just normal worm silk. Kim could be lying”…and then back he goes into 2013 to rant about what happened then…
Yes…it IS idiotic to ignore what is occurring in front of your eyes RIGHT NOW…
"Is it a coincidence that shorts are covering as the ATM is rolling out?"
dilution generally drives the pps down...thats what shorts want...why would they cover before before the pps drops?...
hes a loose cannon...he screwed around acting like he wanted to buy twitter...got himself locked in and wanted to back out...twitter forced him to do the buyout because he had offered far more than it was worth....he eventually paid $44 bil for the company...and $20 bil of it came from stock he sold in tsla....he himself claims the company is only worth half what he paid for it...
tsla stock dropped from around $400 per share to $200 per share...then a few months later, it dropped to $100...tsla shareholders were mighty unhappy...
the guy is a genius and a fruitcake at the same time...he is also reported to be an drug addict...the guy is a trainwreck waiting to happen...hes barely coherent half the time...whenever he gets interviewed, he looks like he has 3 voices in his head all talking at the same time while hes trying to talk to the interviewer...it looks that way because i think thats exactly what is going on....his drug use is just trying to quiet the voices...
"Not near as many improvements or as fast as some on here are trying to suggest."
but far more than you are insinuating...and speed is not an issue...its already been accomplished...
many many things have changed since then...many improvements have been made...
"Don’t know why it’s so hard for people to figure that out."
"makes me think of St Francis."
he reminds me of adam sandler in Waterboy...i can see him riding his lawn mower to the boiler room then back to his mom's basement...lol
“One big difference is that I'm not stuffing my pockets full of your (and other shareholder's) money.”
So the answer is yes, you are doing the exact same thing that you just berated Kim for doing…lol
“The other is that I am posting what will likely happen in the coming weeks and months.
And then you proceed to do it again…lmao…
Coming from someone who has been so dead wrong so often, it’s more LIKELY that your opinion is, once again, DEAD WRONG…
“Are we heading to 6 cents again?”
Aren’t you doing what you just berated Kim for doing?…being non committal and leaving room for doubt?…
Posting a question, SUGGESTING that something will happen?…so that if it doesn’t, you can claim you never SAID it would…but you will certainly claim to have “called it” if it does…
Crawl back under the porch ya useless mutt and quit yer yapping…
sounds good...so many lucrative ways to go with spider silk...i say, lets do all of them...lol
"WOW, what an article. Great info."
it was all greek to me...
"I don’t know if Bolt represents any threat to KBLB or not."
i do...and the answer is, they dont...
"But until KBLB actually starts making enough silk to sell, KBLB’s biggest threat is their inability to ‘scale and sale.’ If they can’t do that, it will be game over for KBLB."
here you go again...clutching your pearls like a blue haired old lady, fretting about bolt, spiber, china and the boogeyman...lol
"People ask questions about KBLB"
people ask questions because thats what you do if you want to know something...sometimes you get answers and sometimes you dont...
"the company has been evasive in the past "
gee... no kidding...is that supposed to be all that unusual?......EVERY company will be evasive when its in their best interest...just like you...
"and has worked hard to cover over their failures."
wow...no kidding?...i cant think of any company or individual who hasnt...SMGDH...
" They lost a lot of trust."
there should never have been any trust...i dont "trust" any company or ceo...this is the stock market...anyone talking about trust is a fool...
"If KBLB actually manages to produce sustained commercial-scale quantities of silk, we will find out more about who wants to buy their silk and how much revenue KBLB can earn."
no shit sherlock...when contracts are signed we will know with who and for how much...
"You don’t have to care about those issues either."
investors dont have to care if kblb makes money?...how stupid are you?..
" Investors certainly have the right to be interested in such matters, because they speak to the value of our investments."
gee... no kidding..
"Thompson is acting like he is certain that KBLB is on the cusp of commercial-scale production."
well isnt that interesting...no wonder you are clutching your pearls so tightly...
