"Management believes the company can generate $20 billion in sales by 2030, which would be one phenomenal growth rate considering the company reported $891 million in full-year sales in 2023."
this is a positive?...hopes and dreams of $20 bil in sales that would require a next to impossible phenomenal growth rate??...
"Plug Power is in the midst of expanding its green hydrogen network. Among other things, this involves improving the efficiency of its supply chain, increasing prices across its product and service portfolio, and meaningfully improving its margins."
so the plan is to get much bigger, raise prices on the things that they cant now sell, just generally somehow do better and they will make lots of dollars...
yup...great plan...sounds like it was written by a ten yr old on a take your kid to work day....
lol...is this a joke?...trailer park gas stations?...

"The following article mentions Plug Power (PLUG), but I believe the same also applies to FCEL."
unfortunately, you may be right...
the article said that plug was a "supercharged growth stock" whose " future is highly uncertain."...they went to say that plug has been "a cash-burning machine since its inception and has regularly turned to share offerings in order to keep the lights on. Last week, Plug announced a $200 million share offering that was priced well below where its stock had closed the previous day. With operating losses expected to continue for years to come, more share offerings seem likely.
the article also mentioned that a couple of big investors bought plug stock in the first quarter...which means they are now down about 30-40%...
i dont really see anything good in the article...

starving an animal and then feeding it has NOTHING to do with Pavlovian conditioning...thats simply a survival instinct...SMGDH
and you think this makes you look smart or clever?....what a joke...
wondering if anyone sees what i see..
pull up a 3 year chart...is that an ugly cup and handle im looking at?...that took a heck of a long time forming...and is that the handle we are now in the process of forming?...from $2 to $16?...thats a hell of a move coming...
"We would like to add another 20,000 shares, before it turns around, going into 2025"
how about waiting until its done dropping and waiting until it DOES turn around?...wait for this 4 yr long downtrend to turn postive?..
look at a 4 year chart...there were some nice ups and downs in the first 2 years that were good for traders, but the trend was down....the last 2 years were pretty much just down, with the last year virtually nothing but down...
you were probably trying to catch a bottom when you bought 30k shares under $4...now you want to try to catch the bottom with 20k more shares...
a bottom is generally very elusive whereas a turnaround is often times, fairly obvious...
as i have said many times...its best to exercise patience BEFORE you buy...not after...
“Do you really think the United States wants to fall behind on hydrogen to Asia.”
I don’t think they give a crap…why would they?…
"The past couple of years I had a fear that the run to $29.00 was a hype run similar to the tech bubble we had years back."
Biden was promising trillions of dollars for alt energy and the infrastructure when he was running for president...everyone was salivating over all that money he was promising...
and then he won the election and everyone started investing...and then prior to taking office, he started telling everyone that he was going to go full steam ahead and start making it rain cash on everyone...and when he took office he started getting people into place to issue welfare checks to everyone and anyone who said they had a plan...and the alt energy stock tooks off...
i made a lot of money at that time...but i also posted that there would be NO money in anyone's pocket for YEARS...you dont raise and then spend trillions at the drop of a hat...it just doesnt happen that quick...first, politicians have to figure out how they can feed at the trough...cause no gets anything without them getting theirs first...
in other words, you are right...it was just BS campaign promises that were NEVER going happen as quickly as Biden said it would and he already knew that very well...
before the rise in pps, fcel was at about 3 or 4 bucks...it has fallen far lower than where it started from....and since the rise happened on fluff and BS, the idea that the pps was going to $100 was utterly ridiculous...the idea that investors should keep buying the stock all the way down was also ridiculous...
you could see posters here calling for hundreds of millions of dollars coming from S.K. or Exxon or the FED Gov or the tooth fairy and whoever else....many listened because some spoke with such arrogance claiming to have followed fcel for 20 years and knowing all there is to know about fcel and the sector...they said anyone who didnt think the way they did were ignorant or shorts \ bashers...
hopester has been dead on with his analysis and predictions of fcel's stock price...but no one wanted wanted to listen...they instead relied on the arrogant posters who, has it turns out, didnt know jack shit...
"First off, I never mentioned this Saturday or any other Saturday. That is your weak attempt at deflection."
you started off with "another day"...today is saturday...kind of dumb to expect something to have occurred on a saturday...you should have made a change instead of just cutting and pasting the same old tired message...dont blame anyone else for your laziness...
"Second, there hasn't been anything new from KBLB over 15+ years."
stupid comment...of course there has been...what else has kept you here so long...
"There is a new hybrid every year or three, there is a new location every year or three, there are new hires every year or three, there are new "partners" every year or three, there is ramping and doubling all of the time"
that will always be the case...and with luck, those thing will happen even MORE often...
" It's an ugly pig with new lipstick."
stop looking in the mirror if you dont like what you see...
I didn’t read past this quote:
“global demand for hydrogen as a fuel has surged threefold since 1975,”
“Surged” 3 fold in 50 years???…
That is unbelievably pathetic…keep googling but I think you’ve run out of dumb articles to post…
i will also add that they seem to have a huge wish list of projects they want to fund, that $12 bil wont cover...i cant see them doing even HALF those projects without going back and asking for more money from the FED Gov...has anyone EVER seen any large projects get built without going massively over budget?...
the calif high speed rail was voted on and the cost estimate was $40 bil....now they need an ADDITIONAL $100 bil to complete it...and THAT will grow much bigger if it is ever completed...
that $12 bil estimate for what they want to do is a joke...
"Read closely both links"
i did...
this is what you said:
"Construction to begin immediately,, July 2024!"
this is what i read:
"Planning and development activities
Phase 1 Timeline:
Up to 18 months"
where did you see "construction begins immediately?....
"Well, not as exciting as I thought 126M shares traded would be."
no...you keep insisting that fcel only goes higher on huge volume...i hope you stop repeating that utter nonsense...
"Have to consider market activities the past 2 days though, as NASDAQ was down almost 4% and Dow down over 500 today."
didnt seem to affect plug, be, or bldp near as bad...whats the explanantion there?...lets face it, fcel crapped the bed...they went way down...made yet ANOTHER new multi year low on HUGE volume...that isnt the result of the dow or nasdaq dropping...and it isnt the result of manipulation either...unless you think someone out there used $76 mil to manipulate a penny stock for some unknown reason...
"Although, on an optimistic note, they may have sold to have enough cash to make a big deal feasible."
a "big deal" would mean big money...which means big shareholder dilution...thats "optimistic"?...lol
"Can't very well contribute $20M to a big project, let's say like a California Hydrogen Hub without the consortium knowing you have the financial ability."
they DONT have the financial ability!...maybe this penny stock should reconsider toning down the big ideas they have until they can actually afford them...you know...like all the other REAL alt energy companies are finally realizing thats what they have to do...
"Should be a damn good reason for selling shares at $.60."
yea..like cashing in on all those authorized shares, then reverse spliting back down to something manageabale while raising the pps and then cashing in AGAIN...
"I still have faith they know what's best in the big picture"
like keeping their pockets filled with cash?...
" but unfortunately will resort to that regardless of what the short term effect might be."
who says the effect will be short term?..
chips stocks fell so the alternative energy stocks fell also?....hmmmm... i dont know bout that...
dow up pretty good...BE up nicely...why didnt alt energy follow them?...
"does it matter the type of business"
yes...and it also matters why...like i said replacing old equipment that fcel sold to SK many years ago isnt the same as doing NEW business with them...and SK having to choose fcel to do the replacements because they were legally obligated to, isnt much of a vote of confidence...
"they are heavily weighted to SK business"
im sure they want to be...they certainly were...but that was before the lawsuit several years ago...as far as i know, fcel has done zero business with anyone in SK since...
"and with their new Executive for SK in place expect more to come"
i said when, when fcel won that lawsuit, that it would be years before SK did any further business with them...many here were convinced that the whole of SK and s/e asia were now wide open to fcel.......how much business has fcel done in SK and se asia since the lawsuit?...i cant think of anything...and im not convinced enough time has passed yet...we shall see...
fcel won the battle (lawsuit) but they lost the war...if SK isnt over the loss of face, then a new exec for SK is meaningless...we shall see how it goes...time will tell...fcel definately needs the money...i hope that new exec shows up in SK with his hat in his hand showing proper humility and deference...i hope Few had the brains to send someone who is familiar with SK, the people and the culture...
"Will be interesting to see how US nuclear policy changes if the administration changes as well; that is the market for FCEL"
agreed...and i think trump would be all for nuclear...and ive always said that nuclear is where fcel should be trying to hang their hat...in the next few years, nuclear is going to be big...fcel needs to quit screwing around with carbon capture, trigeneration etc...
"but they are well placed to deliver in Europe first."
well, Europe would be the easiest and quickest...but i dont know how well placed fcel is to deliver...they always have a hell of a time delivering on anything...thats why the pps is 60 cents...i cant help but think of fcel like the keystone cops...they have the uniform, the badge and the gun...but they are always running around stumbling all over themselves...
for the last few years they were making NO money and were hiring personnel like they were a Fed Agency with a no limit budget...i kept asking what the hell all these new employees were doing since there was no new business...finally i read where fcel was laying off personnel....
smh
isnt that recent SK contract just about replacing old fuel cells and servicing them...and wasnt that a requirement as a result of the lawsuit?...has SK done any real NEW business with fcel?...
"If Adidas invested in a significant chunk of KBLB stock, they could ask for a seat on the BoD. What better way to ensure collaboration?"
if adidas pays top dollar for DS silk they will get DS silk...cause kblb is in the business of selling DS silk...adidas doesnt have to invest money in kblb or get a seat on the BOD or otherwise force kblb to do business with them...kim would fall all over himself trying to get adidas' business...smh
"With an infusion of cash, KBLB could ramp up production in about 6 months time. That additional production could be earmarked for Adidas."
sure...infusion of cash in the form of free cash or debt for future considerations such as some type of exclusivity, first in line for product, customizations, etc etc...not cash in the form of share buying or seats on the board...that is ridiculous...i think a buyout by adidas is ridiculous...
"Adidas is unwilling to invest in a JV with KBLB and be forced to wait 6 months for silk deliveries to begin"
they want to buy DS silk not JV with a penny stock company...
"so they are going to wait 4 years before the contract with Kings plays out."
did we just sign another deal with the kings group yesterday?...cause the original contract has about 6 months left...not 4 years...
"They are unwilling to purchase shares in KBLB, which would allow them to buy a seat on the BoD AND would be a great investment that would pay off handsomely because they are in a snit over the contract Kings has with KBLB."
something tells me that adidas isnt in the habit of infusing millions of dollars or investing in 13 cent companies...neither does IBM, warren buffet, aapl or any other major company...and the idea that you think it would make a wonderful investment for them probably isnt gonna change their minds...lol
talk about senseless...
"Especially the 6 thing"
i cant recall exactly what the question was that Wee replied with a 6...but i do recall thinking that the 6 he gave was rather generous...i remember feeling that if i was being honest, i would have answered with a 2...
kblb signed a big contract with the kings group and it was kblb that failed to deliver...for YEARS now...if Wee is hesitant to sing kblb's praises until delivery is ASSURED, i cant say i really blame him...
i actually cant believe that Wee is still willing to move forward with kblb...and if he is, we owe it to him to uphold our end of the agreement...
Every time you posted links about all the Mirai’s that Toyota was importing and selling, I always asked one simple question….where are they going to fuel up those cars?…there’s literally NO WHERE to fuel up those cars…I never got an answer from anyone…but the links to the wonderful sales of mirai’s never stopped…
Now we see the lunacy of the Mirai clearly…it was utterly stupid for Toyota to sell cars that could not be fueled and it was just as stupid for anyone to buy the car when they had nowhere to refuel…
Toyotas solution was to offer $15k in credit for fueling a car that had no place to refuel???….
NOTHING in this Mirai debacle EVER made sense….
hydrogen may have it uses in certain conditions...but most are trying to make it the only real logical solution...
but like the woman said, is using dirty electricity to make hydrogen in order to make clean electricity, a real solution?...
until we can power all these industries with green hydrogen, hydrogen is not the solution...we should be spending the money on clean energy that can be used now and developed further....im not worried about the size of megapack batteries...given time, they will be reduced to a much more manageable size and with a little more time will probably be reduced to the size of a sugar cube...
"Hydrogen can be deployed quicker than electric solutions."
not sure this is true...but this is marathon not a 100 meter dash...we want the best solution now and for the future...
"Added total of over 8,300 shares since February for average of $.904 per share! I'm extremely excited about that."
i cant imagine why...the shares you bought in the last 6 months have you at a 27% loss...i sure wouldnt be thrilled about that...but i guess the shares you have bought over the years have you at enormous losses, so only being 27% down on recent purchases seem pretty good?...lol
"That puts $0 value on IP, $0 value on Backlog, $0 value on relationship with Exxonmobil"
yup...thats how bad things have gotten...what should one do?...according to you, buy more shares...thats always been your solution...and it has yet to work out...
" $0 value on quickly growing popularity and business in S Korea and no recognition of the global growth, "
yes...that is correct also...
" I'll happily sit and wait, and buy anything under $1 whenever I have money."
and that why you are down so much...
"Kind of hard to sit at my office desk and trade in-and-out of stocks all day long."
yea, thats what everyone says...but you dont have to "trade in-and-out of stocks all day long."...ill give you one...SMR...its not everyday but it happens a lot...the stock will drop early on and then rise shortly there after...today it dropped to 13.25 then rose to slightly above 14...this occurred between about 7:20 and 7:40 this morning...happens plenty of times....fcel did this for a long time...plenty other stocks do this...it doesnt last forever...but they are out there...just look at them in the morning, see which ones are doing what you want...make a little money then go to work...
i vary how much money i use depending on the risk...and you are going to lose now and then...but you should make a profit overall...but i would suggest you learn a little about technical analysis as well...
you can also swing trade...it doesnt have to be only day trading...and i dont want to make it sound easy as pie...it isnt...there will be a learning curve...but its better than what you are doing with fcel right now...
fcel may have its day...eventually...but im waiting to see a turnaround first...a reversal of the long term down trend...thats when i will buy and hold for awhile...im not looking for a bottom or trying to guess a reversal...it cant be done...and theres really no need to do that...plenty of money can be made between the bottom and the top...
and since i dont own shares, i can wait for the reversal or if it never comes, im fine since i dont hold the shares...
your quote:
"FCEL is my biggest holding/investment. I have less than 9,000 shares."
"How do you know he pr even I don’t have a greater percentage of our wealth invested in this company than you do?"
wealth?....lol...if 9000 shares of a 60 cent stock represents a large percentage of your "wealth", you are in bad shape...
i made a ton of money on this stock the last time it ran to $29...i have traded it ever since....and done very well...if you only owned one share, you would have more than me...this is not a stock to own...right now...it is a stock to trade...
you wanna make money?...learn to trade...especially if you are starting out with such a small amount of money...
"I knew from day 1 of the win against Posco S Korea would be very good for Fuelcell"
and i said from day one that the win was bad and it would take years to get any new business there...and as far as i know, they STILL havent gotten any new business there...SK just happens to find themselves in a position where they need to replace old stuff...and i believe they were required, by the lawsuit, to utilize fcel for the replacements...
its been a long time so i dont know for sure if that contract stipulation has already been fulfilled or still needs to be...
and are you here posting a bunch of times a day spending the better part of your day researching this stock, company, other companies, and pretty anything even remotely related , worldwide?...
THAT was my point...the amount of effort vs the investment...
its nuts...no matter how you slice it...
"You did just see that a few of the BEV delivery vehicle went up in flames due to heat did you not?"
they speculated that it may be heat related but very clearly stated they did not know the cause...a few vehicles did burn...but there are 15,000 currently in use for the last 2 years...doesnt sound like that big of a deal...
im sure some vans also just died on the road for one reason or another and had to be replaced...or some were just lemons...these things happen...when you have 15k vehs on the road, stuff is just going to happen to some of them...when you are dealing with 17000 charging stations, some wont perform perfectly and stuff will happen...if catching fire was happening to a few hundred of them, THAT would be a concern...but a few here and there, to me, sounds just like the price of doing business...
i didnt realize you were investing money you made from picking up cans and bottles...
with all the time you spend searching for articles, googling everything with the words "fuel cells" and all the time you spend here fretting about your investment, i cant believe its all over the few bucks you have in this stock...smh
"my opinion appears validated."
well of course...you ALWAYS manage to think your opinions of a rise in the pps are validated by one thing or another...from $29 all the way down to 60 cents...
"anything under $2 still presents a wonderful buying opportunity for long term investors with 12 months plus time horizon. "
50 cents is under 2 bucks...still a great buy opportunity?...how about a dime?...is there any point where fcel ISNT a great buy?...is there any point where you would suggest new investors wait and see?...
" And to go a step further, the current 52 week high is $2"
the 52 week high is $2.54
"And this doesn't mean we need to wait until 2025, it could be next Month."
sure...toss that line out there...you might catch a few suckers...
you need to stop playing the stock market like its some kind of game and team effort and cheerleading will get you profits...it wont...it isnt a game...if you want answers or advice, why would you ask someone who has been dead wrong, for YEARS, instead of someone who has been consistently accurate?...is it because you think hopester is a meanie?...lol...gimme a break...
if you want to make money, you need to ask the right questions and seek the answers from entities that have been consistently accurate...regardless of who they are...and why would you ask AFTER you have already bought instead of before?...
and use some common sense...45v isnt going to cure fcel's problems...they wont profit that much from 45v itself....the idea is that other larger companies will benefit from it and will move forward with large projects and hopefully will utilize some smaller companies in their projects...
but will they want to utilize a poorly managed small company whose stock price has been dropping like a rock for years and is now 60 cents?...think they might see that as a risky proposition?...Few aint no genius but he might have figured it would behoove him to do something about that problem...sooner rather than later...
a r/s raises the share price and subsequent dilution could put a pot of gold in their bank account...cause $300 mil wont cut it...he could move forward from there with big companies or with their own projects...or Few can do what hes been doing...just sitting around hoping the Fed Gov will approve welfare checks for major companies and hope it will trickle down...or pray for good news from somewhere that will raise all boats...
and theres no guarantee that 45v will be what everyone hopes it will be...nor how long it will last...i suspect that big oil can make hydrogen work without the tax breaks...but they will screw taxpayers as much as possible...if they are allowed too...and if they cant make hydrogen work, then we should let hydrogen die a quick death and concentrate on what can and does work...
for many years now, the US has been spending hundreds of billions of dollars that we DONT HAVE....and i dont think the solution is to double down and start spending trillions we DONT HAVE....
You complain about posters attacking, with a post where your first words are:
“I wasn't talking about myself you idiot.”
LMAO!….you are a f**king IDIOT…
"Even if those things did happen your valuation was ridiculous"
since you really dont know, i dont really care what you think about it...
well since you only have 10 post in 17 years, i dont really give a shit what you think...
"Idiots aren’t smart enough to know that by not responding the other person is taking the high road."
meaning what?...you never fail to respond so what the hell does it matter?..
"Funny how I’ve never seen you not respond to an insult"
ok...and?...you know what else you've never seen me do?...claim to be taking the high road...
"I guess you were too lazy to research my investment strategy"
if you are too much of a coward to answer whether or not you own shares, i will just leave you with your fears...
"so you just resort making up shit like the rest of your juvenile buddies"
if that bothers you so much, answer the damn question or stfu about it...
"How’s that $1/share by end of June prediction doing?"
was hoping for a number of things to happen to cause that pps...they didnt happen so the pps didnt happen...what about it?..
"the average American buys 2.8 T-shirts per year and spends $15.60 (not per shirt, the total for their 2.8 T-shirts)"
all they did was determine how much money was spent on t-shirts and then divided that by the entire population of the US...men, women and children...in other words its bs...
"Nearly all T-shirts sold in the country are priced at less than $6."
DEAD WRONG
" A small fraction are sold at $25+."
DEAD WRONG
here is just one fact...there are 64 mil members of gyms or health clubs in the US...i dont know the last time you were ever in a gym but i guarantee you the vast majority aint wearing $4 t-shirts...and the women are spending a hell of a lot more for their gym clothes...
next time you are out in public, check out the t-shirts men are wearing...you will find that you are the only one walking around in a 4 buck t-shirt...even in the ghetto, they wouldnt be caught dead in a 4 buck t-shirt...
the only thing that statista.com said that made sense was:
"The United States is currently experiencing a surge in demand for sustainable and ethically-made t-shirts, reflecting a growing consumer consciousness towards environmental and social responsibility."
"I have yet to not be personally attacked by bringing up actual facts about the company."
yea...thats the reason...cue eyeroll...
" I will defend myself."
then dont pretend you are taking the high road and are here to only discuss the stock when your posting history clearly shows otherwise...just be honest...
"You mean you actually thought I was trying to win an argument with you guys?"
here we go...the Pee Wee Herman defense...lol
"I am not like you who changes their stripes when they are in or out of the stock."
when kblb was floundering, i didnt own it and suggested it should only be traded...once kim got his hands on millions and started to turn things around, i said holding shares might be a smart thing thing to do and i followed my own advice....and now that things are REALLY starting to progress quickly, i am quite happy to own a ton of shares...
im not sure why this all confounds you...when kblb was doing well, i didnt own shares...now that they are doing well, i own shares...you apparently did exactly the opposite...good luck with that strategy...
" having a hydrogen tank instead of an identically sized gas tank enables a longer range."
and the cost for a tank of hydrogen vs gasoline?...
" I’m here to discuss the stock, not other posters."
heres a few of your recent quotes...
"Spouting your mouth off again on something you know absolutely nothing about."
"Jealousy is so unbecoming of you. You can do better than that."
"Wouldn’t be the first or last thing that you’re wrong about. But go on and keep spouting your crap. Would hate for you to lose your King title."
"Well you’re the entitled asshole King so you should know."
now explain to me how you see yourself taking the high road and are only here to discuss the stock?...you actualy have far more posts talking about other posters thna you do the stock...
HONESTY....try using some of that...and when someone asks you if you own kblb, be HONEST and answer the question...its a legitimate and reasonable question...dont duck and hide from the question...only a coward does that...
LMAO!….
Oh you read it alright…you just don’t want to answer it…because you know the answer ain’t good…and you are all about trying to revive this dying stock…not honesty..
