He's just salty because he dumped this to double up on PCTL. Which is turning out badly.
You would need a shell with almost $1M on the balance sheet to pay off the noteholders.
Only one OTC shell I can think of that currently has that kind of cash on the balance sheet. And it ain't that one.
We're all just messing with you. Keep doing your thing!
Not selling. If you want my shares, break out the checkbook.
I'm glad longface is back. He can tell us he's all out again at $0.40
I bet Jody is huddled under his desk with a suitcase full of cash and a load of executed sell orders at $0.04. also googling countries that don't have extradition agreements with the US.
Sad how this ended.

Just a lucky coincidence that the number of shares issued to the directors (and later sold to Costello) took Steve's ownership percentage under 10%, from 25%.
I kind of want to pay the $40 to buy this company
I don't know what this is, but if it's a P&D, it's the worst run P&D of all time.
Total clown show here!
Volume was nice. Price down here is trash. Not selling down here. Sorry.
Upside with news is just too big here.
Steven Ross is the key figure here.
Always has been.
He's either involved with the pump, or the luckiest con man alive.
His old P&G turd gets bought, and suddenly his 25 million worthless shares are worth $18M?
Yeah, no.
Long Face showed up to tell us we're screwed.
Lol. See you guys at $0.40 next week.
I'm watching Gangs of New York intro on loop getting ready for tomorrow's trading session.
If this dude is still around manipulating when I'm tipsy in the afternoon, he will lose all of his shares.
I don't have hope. I have cash. Wall comes down tomorrow.
The only people selling down here are the elderly and the bed ridden
On vacation. Closed out a few trades today. Might have to knock back a few beers and take out an ask wall tomorrow.
Welcome back volume!!!!
Nice little run. Kind of like when your kid first learns how to ride a bicycle.
I'm not selling one sing share down here though.
Added at $0.164. expected some early morning shenanigans.
Thanks for the shares.
Nice try. Not selling.
Needs to get over a dollar to uplist on the NASDAQ no?
Sure. But Jody signed a bunch of convertible notes, all at the same time with similar trigger periods and all with different lenders.
That structure IMO, is what led to the massive share price reduction in June. There had to be other ways to obtain financing, but Jody chose the one that tanked the price and gave a massive windfall to the note holders.
I don't trust the management team here. Just an opinion.
But I do think there is money to be made. I also think that some sort of deal has to be made eventually. PCTL has very little cash and needs financing to keep the lights on.
Willing to take a small bet that the price will gap up when/if a deal is finally announced.
Agree with you here. My company (private) was recently acquired, and cleaning up any outstanding outside agreements was the last step post diligence.
I really don't trust the management team here, but I'm going to pick up a handful of shares early this morning.
You longs who have held the last few weeks have balls of steel.
We live in the perverse world of the OTC, where paid pumping and toxic debt fueled dilution are actually valued because they increase volatility which leads to more profit opportunities for day traders.
I think this ticker has the MMs confused because it's acting like an actual stock.
Every person on this management team could pull down $300K - $500K in total annual compensation at a major company. Unlike most mouth breathing CEO's here, they have almost zero incentive to P&D a few million shares at $0.01.
This venture only makes financial sense for them at a much higher valuation. Which is why they are working their butts off to bring in new business.
Still comes with your standard OTC risk, but in this case I don't think the management team is actively trying to screw shareholders.
Just my opinion though. This is the OTC - anything can happen!
I'm probably going to blow the cash on alcohol and loose women. The rest I'll waste.
Tomorrow should be interesting. Have been bouncing off $.0141/$.0142 for days.
One of us might just have to put on our big boy pants and buy out the ask wall!
This is quite possibly the worst OTC ticker. Which would make it the worst ticker on Earth.
And given that we haven't proven that life exists on other planets, that would make this the worst ticker in the universe.
Impressive in it's own way.
Agreed. Let the rest of ihub Chase bloated note selling schemes.
Just can't believe something this BIG is sneaking in under the radar.
Is $1,000 per share realistic for this ticker?
How is this not one of the top boards?
Why would you sell down here?
What can he talk about? Dcgd is a shell. If he's merging something in, he can't discuss it until an 8K is filed.
None of those things will move the stock. What will move the price are wash trades by the insiders. The kind that have whipsawed the stock from day one of this pump.
And one of the MOMO pumpers insinuated that DCGD could be worth 660 billion dollars (he threw out a $3,250/share estimate). NOTHING I type could be as dumb as what the pumpers are now spewing.
Good luck longs. Hoping you guys get some positive news this week!
Also, every time it hits $.0141, a huge ask wall shows up at $.0142. the fact that it doesn't chase down leads me to believe that the MMs want to keep this in a pretty tight band.
But who the heck knows
Slapped AGAIN
Why? Costello hasn't provided proof for any of his BS.
Goose, gander.
I slapped the ask multiple times yesterday. This is one of two OTC tickers that I've thrown all my trading rules out the window for.
Breath of fresh air getting to buy something with actual upside potential, and not just trying to ride the wave on some bloated share selling scheme.
Yep. This is a no BS board. I don't think anyone here is taking out a second mortgage to invest in an OTC stock (no matter how attractive it is).
But the upside potential here is pretty big. I also like owning something that in some ways mimics a venture capital fund. Makes me feel like a real mover and shaker.
Very interesting company.
