Lot of happy campers in Siriusville. 2 Sirius holdings, one up 35% the other 95%. can't imagine the feeling from those that bought and held anywhere near $.06. the coup of a lifetime. those peeps rock for holding!

2011 would be short term. Mel knows he has a cash cow by the horns and will not let go until he has it whipped into the shape that will leave another legacy for him. This will take more than 18 months. when this does get bought out it will be for much much more than the current sp.

Right now I think shorts are in the stronger position. Long term I think longs will do great.

I should also add that the dow rose significantly fortifying the rise of other stocks like bidu.

dead cat enhanced by an upgrade and a raised target price. Once the effects of those wore off it was back to business as usual. If the market goes down 100 or 200 points bidu may go into free fall. Really good time to load up after that imho.

I'm thinking Tabak's clients just do not want to pay too much more for the shares they are accumulating and this is an effort to halt the rise while they do just that.

Level II just went nuts for about a minute with millions of shares added on both bid and ask then taken out, happened several times. up to 18 million shares. weird

Looking for an entry point but those gaps are worrisome when considering entering at today's levels.

with 17m on the bid and 6.5 on the ask It would seem logical that Institutions are still actively accumulating.

Just throwing something out there: What if Sanswire hits a home run, stock goes up. Do the 3 have the voting power to take it private, and what happens to shareholders if it is taken private?

Appears the posts referencing the #'s have been deleted. Can't say who posted them but I am sure others here read the same thing.

mide it just seemed they would be barking up the wrong tree to call shareholders who are accumulating. They're looking for sellers or those who would turn over for later sale not accumulators. Kind of a moot point though, just trying to make sense of it like everyone else.

So is it permissible for a financial institution to call shareholders and lie to them? Telling shareholders they expect institutions to be buyers at 1$ to $2 soon as the reason they want the shares? The shorting angle could always be a possibility I suppose, but shorting a penny stock just doesn't make sense to me. Especially after the buying today.
In any case, this certainly has been an interesting development.
I would still like to hear if any shareholders who have been accumulating have received a call. I have not.
