Ok THANKS, Cal...Very much appreciated!
C
I respect your opinion! Do you think that this stock has the horsepower behind it to reach a dollar or more over the next twelve to eighteen months?
Just curious,
C
Financials never seem to move the needle with bulletin board stocks like this...What's really needed--as always--is verified contracts signed with industry giants who enjoy name recognition with the general public....Until we get that (and I sure hope that we DO since I'm heavily invested) I don't expect much from DVLP just yet...
Hope I'm wrong though...
C
May God---or any other Deity--hasten that day...
C
There are some individuals who won't be persuaded no matter how cogent the evidence may be that you're dead right
C
America supports Ukraine because we're in favor of grafting them into NATO which would then allow us to officially install multiple military bases there and further encircle Russia. Right now we only have an Air Force base located roughly 8 kilometers northwest of Poltava, UK...
C
Tell me where a US-based investor can do so and I will...
Disgusted,

What we're missing is some official word on how much debt is this company shouldering? I looked high and low for a figure on last year's November's 8K filing and may have missed it...It would also be helpful to know if a reverse split is a likelihood or if the CEO has ever mentioned it---versus growing the company organically and not resorting to one...Other than that, the subterranean stock price is puzzling if the company is as undervalued as you contend...Unless it's the usual pink sheet dilemna of shorters working overtime to keep the stock price low--in which case an uplist (and a reverse split) may be the only viable solution?
Can you offer any SPECIFIC insight?
Perplexed and Leery,
C
This article's been floating around for a few weeks now. Don't get me wrong; $5.6 million dollars in sales for a pink sheet company in a quarter is nothing to sneeze at. But it doesn't necessarily translate into profits. I'm new to this company so I don't know how much...But I looked at the most recent 8K filing on OTCmarkets.com dated 11\15\2022 and maybe I missed it somehow, but I didn't see any entries specifying how much of a debt load this company is carrying...
Thoughts?
C
Do you have proof that the SEC and OTC higher ups, respectively, have been alerted or notified?
If so, please provide proof of that...As a shareholder I want to know so I have ample fodder to shut the bears up whenever they bellow...
C
Just who is Sam Aker anyway??
But do they really need to? Boeing, Lockheed, General Dynamics, and other aerospace titans could choose from a number of drone purveyors if they wanted to...Does Cyberlux offer drone capabilities unique from industry peers?
Just curious,
C
What great news? I haven't checked this board in quite a while...

Calvin I still find it hard to get my hopes up over stock in the cannabis sector of the market. That's because, from what I last heard, marijuana remains classified as a Schedule 1 drug, which is the most restrictive drug classification under federal law. Unfortunately, federal legalization stalled in 2022...Congress once again failed to pass meaningful cannabis reform — and federal legalization remains unlikely in 2023 from what I understand.
Also, I looked for their total outstanding share count on OTC Markets and couldn't find any data in that category. When I went to Market Watch it said DVLP has 1.27 Billion shares O\S. Do you have the most current figures on this? Ordinarily when the number gets that high for a pink sheet stock the odds of a reverse split at some point are pretty high...Has there been any talk from the CEO about that possibility?
All of that remarked, I still took out a small position in DVLP--fewer than 300,000 shares--based on financials.
Fingers and toes crossed that it continues to grow organically...
C
Is that supposed to be favorable??
From what I understand an RSI above 70 indicates that a stock is overbought (and due for a reduction in price), but a reading of 30 or less means that a stock is oversold--and therefore undervalued. So I don't see an RSI of 50 as any cause to celebrate unless it was a lot higher than that previously...
Was it??
Just curious,
C
All right then... Fingers and toes remain crossed that DVLP will eventually score in the larger investment community the way Hyman, Draisaitl, McDavid and Nugent-Hopkins do in the NHL...
We'll see...
C
Not much to get excited about until the 6's are cents--or dollars better yet...
C
I'm a bit confused...When I clicked "View Level II Details" and "View DVLP..." I just get an enlarged screen showing me a bunch of ticker symbols for other companies but nothing for DVLP....
I don't understand what the info in either link is telling me...What am I doing wrong?
Thx,
C
What is Level 2?
Is this good or bad??
From the looks of it, seems like it would take a lot to propel this stock to a nickel, let alone a dime or more...
Hope I'm wrong, though
C
I'm afraid there's no link to an interview there--just a string of eight comments by shareholders that don't reference an interview...Also what looks like a copy of a filing from November of last year
DPLS????????????????????????????????????????
Who is the merger with?
I'm new to this company and have it on my watch list...
Good Lord, I think I'd slit my wrists and die
So growing this company organically implies no dreaded Reverse Split on the horizon? Has the CEO specifically addressed this possibility in the recent past?
Just Curious...
PS And yes, I'd appreciate some links to those interviews if you can provide them...I'd like to review his remarks before sinking money into this stock
Thx,
Cash
Ok thanks Gator; I appreciate it!
C
I originally bought into ILUS for its unique misting tech that's supposed to save billions of gallons of water nationwide over the course of a quarter in firefighting operations. But--as opposed to Vira Drones and other company ventures since then, I've heard precious little about our Maxi A-I nozzle (or progress, if any) related to it...
Any thoughts?
C
I'll give it another three to five months...If the Yield sign and CE designations haven't been removed by then it will be Panic City--(if it isn't already...)
Since the statement about drone sales was first made, the stock price continues to drop incrementally anyway, so what difference does it make?
Until this company is SEC reporting and independently audited I'm afraid that the larger investment community really doesn't give a rip what Mark Schmidt says about current or (prospective) deals...at least not thus far from what I've seen...
Hope that changes--and soon, or else...
C
Your lips\God's ears...
Do you--or does anyone on this board--know much about CEO Stavros Triant? I've considered investing a little in DVLP, but before I did anything I decided to look up some of his past dealings...The posts I found on Facebook about him weren't flattering at all--they referred to him as a scammer...They all had a date stamp of 2019, for whatever that may be worth...Do you think there's anything to it or should I chalk it up as typical troll garbage?
Thx,
C
Give it a couple of hours...
C
Provide a link, PLEASE
Right Said, Fred! Amen...
Who or what is BW, please?
(I'm new to this stock)
C
Good...hopefully
Notice that I said Yield\CE--or if I didn't, I should have since I think the Yield caution actually preceded the Caveat by several weeks if memory serves. If I recall, this mess began five or six months ago (early last Fall?) regardless of the specific OTC investor warning. However you slice it, in my opinion it's already been far too long. There's absolutely no reason in my mind why the CEO can't state (even in bland terms) what the current hold up is instead of recycling the same empty "updates" that don't impart anything substantial....
Is that any clearer?
Reticence about behind-the-scenes negotiations with major federal investment targets like the Pentagon is understandable...But what reason can be offered for the deafening silence from our CEO as to what, exactly, is holding up the change in Yield\CE status that's been festering for more than six months, and which predates the hiring of the new attorneys by a considerable amount of time? Is he not allowed to divulge that legally either?
Also, regarding potential defense industry contacts, is the military the only pipeline for CYBL's products? When I first began pouring money into Cyberlux two years ago it seemed to me that our lighting technology--among other commercial solutions--would have wider applications that aren't limited to any single sector... Am I wrong--and if any exist, why are there no updates about them? Should we conclude that our sole--(or main)--customer base going forward will be the munitions industry to the exclusion of most others? With a heavy financial stake in the eventual outcome of all this I'm all ears if anyone here knows...
Thx,
C
Agreed...
Until SEC reporting via audited financials are a regular occurrence with this company it will remain a so-called story stock with rumored connections to huge defense contractors in the military industrial complex that no one can actually verify
That noted, I'm still heavily invested and holding long until further notice
