In My Opinion this company is in cheep & only going to get more expensive. If the CEO is interested in uplisting they can only do a 1:25 reverse split. Not that bad in my opinion.

Neil Kleinman is President of both PixelMags and Solaris Power Cells. It would be financial less profitable to start a new ticker for a subsidiary than to convert your current ticker. Converting your ticker is free and takes 10 business days. Starting a new ticker costs hundreds of thousands to millions in fees and months of processing. I believe that the original 8k that specified that SPCL will be acting as a holding company until restructuring and ticker change occurs, is what has been happening and will continue to roll out. As far as the marketing PR, why would they push their ticker on a group that they are advertising their services? If you want to scare people off you should use facts, they are more effective than the fiction your spewing.

In My Opinion- flipping a low liquidity stock is vary risky. If you want to flip stocks you need to look at volume. The more Volume the liquidity, the more liquidity the more likely your flip strategy will fill the order.
In My Opinion- PKGM and other 0.000# stocks need a different approach. The Warren Buffett approach, where you look at the bones of the company, the premise it functions under, and consider holding it for years. When I get into these stocks I never put more than 2% of my total Portfolio Value in any 1 stock; diversification helps for greater odds of success.

If you calculate using the Amazon egsample, and you do not include Android users ... par would be little over $0.18 per share ... in 3 months, afterAndroid has been fully adopted at the same rate stated in the Amazon example... Par would be a little over $1.09 per share.

PixelMags gets a minimum of $4 per user times 64 Million users ... a low ball estimate would be $256 Million a month times 12 months in a year ... that’s about 3 Billion a year. Can any company (Apple, Google, Amazon) afford to buy SPCL out? Apple might have the free capital, but the price tag would be monstrous. In My Opinion

The reverse split was reconsidered and decided against. It in the website investor / news sections. D news... the question is how is the Blockchain data center shaping up???

Industry standard for app adoption is 3 months, 1Q is not a long time to wait for financials. If financials come out before 1Q from now, there will be movement from previous filings getting up to date. Then a boost from quarterly reports. Quarterly reports and end of year filings must occur for SPCL to move out of the OTC. Some of us are here for that move some of us are fine at a penny. I am here for the move up, you play the game as you see fit, because ultimately you will be living with the consequences of your decisions.

There was the estimate ($0.25 to $0.35) of future share price a while back. Was the estimation based on iOS revenue or iOS & Android revenue? If it did not include Android; after 3 months of full Android and iOS services, the projected stock value should be revised upward 582% ($1.45 to $2.03) ... assuming the same amount of utilization in Android as iOS.

I am a little curious about the algorithm you utilized to project stock price after financials are released. I read enough fluff to know when someone is crunching the numbers.

What it sounds like to me is you would prefer if PixelMags would have a advertisement option if people did not want to pay a subscription (standard TV) verses paying a subscription to remove the advertisements (premium TV). Similar structure to Spotify or Pandora with music?

From what I understand the advertisement is integrated into the content of the magazine content providers. If I am wrong please correct me.

Agreed, the PR pump of news coming out every day to entice a businesses. Then an announcement of a third party moving for a hostile buyout. Now radio silence. Something is happening in My Opinion ... hopefully it is big.

In My Opinion-
The way we uptake information has changed exponentially; hand stamped into clay, to hand written, to block print, to digital display ... but the story has evolved as well. Each progressive generation building on the last. Have you ever read the brothers grim version of beauty and the beast, have you ever seen Disney’s version. Worlds apart! The problem is not that things are changing. The apprehensive feelings you/I have is the inability to predict the value system of others. The value system determines what is constructed, nurtured, what is continues or gets left to rust into dust. Focus on what all people value as a collective and the path will become clear. People threw out about $50 Million at a charging station company. When Whole Foods owned by Amazon placed an order. When SPCL will rocket up out of Penny Stock range it will be with people throwing Millions at our stock, not thousands. SPCL is just puttering along until Financials are released, then we will see hundreds of thousands. After a buy out from the BIG 3 is released there will be Tens of Millions thrown out at SPCL.

Until the second event takes place I will be holding on to my shares. After the pricing apex’s I will not consider selling.

For argument sake, let’s say SPCL is a shell. The only thing of verified value the PESA technology (40 Million), all dept consolidation into shares (8.5 Billion) that should put the par value of SPCL stock around $0.0048. This tainted ticker has a long way to go before it hits Par of Solaris Power Cells, let alone PixelMags. I choose not to let bashing to deprive me of my shares.

There are roomers of restructuring between USMJ & PURA. There are roomers of Debt restructuring. There are roomers of of a Hostile BuyOut.
In My Opinion - this action sounds like all the Dept is moving into one company Either PURA or USMJ, WHILE The credit is being moved into the other. The one holding the bag files for Chapter 11, the other gets scooped up as the prize that gets bought out, & the creditor is left holding the bag.
The thing I do not understand is; why is the OBV & ADL climbing year after year. To me I interpret the indicators as in someone(s) bullying a stockpile of USMJ, & I am pretty sure it is not to short.

Too me it looks like the Gaming end of the business is in stasis, while the Blockchain end of the business is being created. Once the Blockchain is setup, the gaming end of the business will most likely ramp up. This is a risky bet made riskier because of the term it will need to be held to see the 0.30 prediction from GS. Changing directions due to a changing industry is a good sign. It is better than doing the same old thing and expecting things to change.
