In My Opinion- flipping a low liquidity stock is vary risky. If you want to flip stocks you need to look at volume. The more Volume the liquidity, the more liquidity the more likely your flip strategy will fill the order.
In My Opinion- PKGM and other 0.000# stocks need a different approach. The Warren Buffett approach, where you look at the bones of the company, the premise it functions under, and consider holding it for years. When I get into these stocks I never put more than 2% of my total Portfolio Value in any 1 stock; diversification helps for greater odds of success.
