Possible BuyOut?
There are roomers of restructuring between USMJ & PURA. There are roomers of Debt restructuring. There are roomers of of a Hostile BuyOut.
In My Opinion - this action sounds like all the Dept is moving into one company Either PURA or USMJ, WHILE The credit is being moved into the other. The one holding the bag files for Chapter 11, the other gets scooped up as the prize that gets bought out, & the creditor is left holding the bag.
The thing I do not understand is; why is the OBV & ADL climbing year after year. To me I interpret the indicators as in someone(s) bullying a stockpile of USMJ, & I am pretty sure it is not to short.

Does anyone have any creditable theories about what is happening with USMJ? Please no Pumpers or Dumpers, I get an eye full of you guys / gals on a regular basis.
