Yes unless the company could possibly get other funding to pay those off as they did last march ( below). I believe it was their plan all along to pay the current note off that is hitting us over the head. Unfortunately with all the trouble leading up to the note being due, CC not launching, CEO leaving, share price falling,re structuring, they got stuck. I am sure they have been/ will be doing everything in their power to get investment money to pay these notes off and buy a great deal of time. Whether successful or not we will see.... So far not
RTG Ventures Pre-Pays Note Due in Full

I am hardly a pro at filings. My take is someone has dug in their pocket much deeper than $80K. Considering Aderra joint pr'd and blogged the last PR I would say its at minimal reassuring RTG is closing in on executing with them. I don't find their total debt massive perhaps their accumulated loss is but that is a tax write off on the books moving forward.
I agree the note that has been quite obviously been thrashing us is the issue and needs to be addressed

In February, 2011 an officer of the Company made contributions of $95,000 to assist with various professional fees. These contributed funds are considered paid in capital.
In November, 2011 an officer of the Company made contributions of $80,500 to assist with various professional fees. These contributed funds are considered paid in capital, of which $50,000 was cash and $30,500 relates to a prior year loan which was assumes by an officer of the company and simultaneously contributed to capital.
The Ibox has been overhauled
1 year ago the OS was 167,202,219 its now near 240M as of 01/13/12. We still need to know the status of that note
Current market cap just under $240K
Considering the SS and the potential this can be fixed to a full recovery imo. Management has to come through on all aspects.
Looking forward to what 2012 may bring
My point was not to suggest anyone rather have the TA closed. It was to point out FD regulation is obviously causing some transfer agents to reconcider offering updated OS counts for their clients. It could be a change that spreads.
Good idea to read regulation FD and understand the reach FINRA has. Actually the TA quotes that
I think you will find most fortune 500 companies/many major market stocks do not have an open TA. Looks like a change taking place with many transfer agents. Of course not getting a current TA report from a major market stock is no biggie. Traders in pennies like to have that info. Therefore the ones that call get an advantage and I belive therein lies the cause for change
I asked the same question was told after the Q they will address this to shareholders. When they do that I expect their would be no guessing. Q do very soon now
Best of luck
Good to see you here
Yes I seen the action. Not pleased at the dumping from what obviously is the note. Certainly glad retail is stepping up and taking them. Hoping the note gets cleaned up and we can start to recover soon

About
The Pussycat Dolls, Usher, 50 Cent, Destiny’s Child, Pink and Snoop Dogg are just a handful of the top-selling artists that Grammy Award-winner Steven “Steve B” Baughman has worked with.
A California native, Steve B. graduated from California State University, Chico in 1995 with a BA in Music, Recording Arts. He then made his way to the heart of the music industry, Los Angeles. Starting his career at the prestigious Larrabee Studios, Steve B., worked with a wide variety of artists, producers, writers and music executives over a five-year period. This opportunity, straight out of college, allowed him to learn the music business from the bottom up. Armed with this knowledge and experience, Steve B. went off on his own in 2000 as an independent recording engineer.
Working for Death Row Records, Interscope Records, Sony Records, Capitol Records and many others, he was able to form relationships with some of the biggest moguls in the music business, including but not limited to, Dr. Dre, Eminem, Michael Jackson, Jimmy Iovine, and 50 Cent. Since then, Steve B. has worked on innumerable platinum records like Eminem’s 2002 “Eminem Show”, which was nominated for multiple Grammy’s and won in the category of Best Rap Album. In 2004, Baughman opened his own personal recording studio, servicing multi-platinum artists and up-and-coming talent.
As a writer/producer/mixer/engineer, he has been able to provide these clients with a complete start to finish album experience. Due to this success, in 2007, Baughman was hired by multi-billionaire Dr. Henry Nicholas to help form a new record label. As a staff A&R/producer/mixer, he was responsible for handling existing talent and bringing new talent into the system. Steve B continues his musical entrepreneurial drive and now has a new production/management imprint that includes country artist, Megan Moreaux. In addition he continues to mix and produce the biggest names in the music business.

Nice DD threeflight
It is my understanding that since the company has no registered shares to sell you indeed would not have to file anything if you were to become a 5% owner or better. Always check for yourself don't rely on my info.
I am working on the ibox trying to update it . Its a work in progress right now but will finish as time allows
Like I said before I delivered shaeholder concerns specifically the note. They said they will address this to all shareholders shortly after the Q is out.
I am on the road working so can not copy paste an email. When I get to a desktop
I will copy Reggies potent mail on the topic
Wow I can say Reggie was quite angry his name appeared on this site in a mis leading way. I expect he will have a statement to make.
Dom just posted here but it was deleted probably because there was a rule break in the post. Bottom line Reggie is not and never was affiliated with this company. He did not even know they were using his bio. I suggest he re post with no attacks on posters here. I don't think this company has the skills in digital technology and reggies bio gave them that credibility. Dom claimed he was going to give business to DC rtg that they could not handle
I bet DC is ahead of many that will be attending that show. They already partnered with a company that has a client list of top billboard artists. Something many attendees will be trying to achieve. Great show though shows where everything is heading

Reggie has progressed quickly with Aderra. Something the company has not been able to do in a year. I am very excited about where this partnership may lead the two companies this year.
As far as the recent news about the App goes. Keep this in mind A-List Artists are already working with Aderra collaboratively, there have been discussions re the app hence the partnership between Aderra and RTG. Reggie brings additional social media dimensions and analytics which enhance the proposition.
I think most will not be going to go it alone.
If I understand this correctly Aderra/ RTG will be piggy-backing on existing relationships already in the music business. They are not "selling" a new approach.

I explained to you those domains were lost/attacked shortly after the CEO left. He did not take it down. At the same time Audigist went down. The team at DC recovered all the data and quite quickly got the site back up under a new domain. Since CC is only a landing page nothing was lost
Thanks DannyM. Trust me I understand blowing up in the forums. At times I am the harshest critic but I am afforded a more private way to voice. Reggie's Twitter is an important platform in gaining and supporting clients. Its also the reason he won't speak of RTGV there much as its geared to his specific business. Surely if/when he brings Pulse Station to market and develops the App with Aderra that would be worthy info to put to his network
Have to give you your props on this post. Its well stated. Glad your still interested enough to post and keep an eye on things. I know you don't post just to bash, You were one of the best supporters here and losing that was a great loss. As well as others you know who you are
I do think we do have some time. Not another year or anything like that but we have a little time to do this right.
LLouis CK's I think we agreed Pulse station can actually benefit him. Analytics is needed here too. It is evidence that Reggies view of what was taking place with CC needed to be re directed. It has been re directed into Pulse Station. I could not agree more all efforts need to be geared to getting Pulse Station out there and think they are. Still a tough task when you need $$$$$. As far as hope goes I hope that aspect doesn't do us in.
The artist fan app you posted about is excellent topic for discussion. I have been asking Reggie to put together a short blog explaining the app Aderra and RTG are working on.
My take is its not just another app and could have an important place in the growth of social media. I think it could provide access through an A-Z roster of A-List artists and leverage to the industry so not an artist developing his/her own as a one-off. More importantly how this will result in revenues. There are companies whose entire businesses are leveraging fans. It is a big business,
Just caught up on all the recent news. Have to admit its compelling
ohh ok Thank you sir
Always I respect your posting but don't always agree with you. That being said I think I have agreed with you most of the time
You want everyone to throw in the towel now at this cheap price? You don't think making efforts to bring new money into the stock is going to help. Such as going to conferences and seeking new investors?
Granted if there is clearly no hope left why continue to beat a dead horse. That's just it there is tons of hope left and from talking to shareholders a majority still feels that way. Could it continue to fail and no execution takes place on all the things mentioned in Reggies blog and PR? absolutely is the answer. Can the very same things start to come to fruition and we bring in solid partners and clients like the ones Aderra has? Absolutely is the answer
Reggie was left a mess which I know you alluded to yourself many times. It takes time to clean up a mess put the pieces together and grow.
"in the past five months: silence, regime change, more silence, more silence, an interview about some sort of launching at end of january, and one PR about a letter of intent."
In the past 3.5 months ( the time since the ball fell and Reggie assumed control) there have been three blogs loaded with info for shareholders and a interview. So far he has kept what he said in blogs. Making the trip to the US going to NYC and LA to meet people very influential in the industry as well as potential investors. Will the rest come to fruition? Such as the launch of the Pulse station platform with partners. We will have to wait and see. Additionally the company filed a 10K in this time and sent an auditor to DC in London. Now they have to get a Q out. All costs a great deal of money and imo separates them from the many pinkies out there that are not fully reporting. Must have been a difficult 10K to put together in the midst of the CEO resigning and re shuffling your business direction
The PR may have been a letter of intent but the company its with has a very good name. They are connected to some of the sexiest clients a company can have and RTG for the first time seems to be getting close to that prospect themselves. Why close? Aderra did a joint PR and the CEO of Aderra blogged about it. Something that never took place before. You want us to quit now? No thank you
No offense to be taken here but tweeting Reggie 5 times in a forum that his clients and perspective clients go to read what he has to say is not helping us. I would hate to see us lose new business over the distractions.
I think all shareholders that have money they want to see return and make money can understand this. Just my take on it. I am primarily a large shareholder with my own money in this. I still see great potential here or would not be here.I also realize the risks in this arena. When you go long on a penny you make make huge money if they are a success or lose all. I still have plenty of hope at this juncture
Trading very strongly the past couple days
The Auditor visited DC in London in preparation of the 10K
No doubt in my mind you are correct otterman. I would never suggest such a move at this juncture with so much potential on the table. I want my money back and I want everyone to get their money back. Perhaps if we all as part owners in this company try getting behind Reggie and giving him a couple months or so of solid support and faith we may get somewhere. Or we can just doubt, criticize, and bash them and make the hard road ahead even more difficult
