So 7,000 cases of Bellissima were sold in the last eight weeks of 2016, but ICNB didn't acquire Bellissima Spirits, LLC until December 13, 2016. How, if at all, does that affect the percent of Bellissima's 2016 revenues to which ICNB is entitled? (This has undoubtedly been hashed out already, but I somehow missed it.)
I've come across Skinny brand Prosecco in several stores in New England recently. It's "low sugar" rather than "sugar free," containing 6+ grams of sugar/liter as opposed to to Bellissima's "Zero Sugar" at 0-2 grams of sugar/liter. Where I have seen it, it has been priced at $19.99, roughly the same price point as Bellissima. I haven't tried it yet.

Yes, I am well aware that prosecco is a sparkling wine as is champagne. But no wine that meets the requirements to be classified as a champagne would ever choose to call itself a sparkling wine instead.
Prosecco is a wine whose popularity is soaring by all accounts, so if the "Zero Sugar" qualified to call itself that, I'm pretty sure it would. I was inquiring if anyone knew the reason that it doesn't. I will ask IR to see if I can get an answer.
Good idea. I will ask. I used to think that the low sugar content somehow precluded the prosecco designation but have since come across a "Skinny" brand prosecco that has roughly the same sugar content.

Skinny Prosecco, which is also near sugar free, has 98 calories per five fl. oz., so I assume that the Bellissima Sugar Free has roughly the same.

They have done a lot of things right. No question about it. But on some of the smaller things, not so much. The locations map is frozen in time. If I lived in Illinois, South Carolina or Florida, I would think that Bellissima was not available in my state. That's just not smart.
It inventories remain so stretched that they can't keep their "home page online supplier" well stocked, that could certainly explain (or at least partially explain) why the phase two rollout is behind schedule. They can't rollout what they don't have.
And I don't know if they're cash strapped, but they appear to need manpower. Some of this is looking amateurish.
Some sticky info for anyone interested: When moderators leave or are removed, their stickies are removed also. That is Ihub policy and it's automatic. I think that the official number remains at 10. "Bellissima is currently available in 10 states, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Florida, Texas, Nevada, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and Illinois." (The map only shows seven.) There is anecdotal information that it is available in several additional states.
The fact is that in the 1/4/17 p.r., Rich Decisso chose to include a firm rollout date for phase two of the launch program. He wasn't forced to under duress. Had he chosen to use the phrase "before the end of the first quarter" rather than the very specific "no later than February 15" people might be less anxious.
Does he owe us an update? No, I don't think so. On the OTC, you pay your money and take your chances.
But I don't think it is at all unreasonable for uneasy shareholders to express that they wished he would.

ICBN acquired its 51% interest in Bellissima from Bellissima Spirits LLC. Bellissima Spirits LLC is not Christie Brinkley. My recollection is that it is a company controlled by Richard Decicco and Roseann Faltings.

I agree. According to the 1/4/17 p.r., Florida, Illinois and South Carolina were among the first 10 states. Six weeks later, they still show no locations on the Bellissima map.
We're in 30 states? They might want to p.r. that.
I think it was the old time broadcaster Arthur Godfrey who said that he was proud to pay his taxes, but he could be just as proud for half the money. That's how I feel about Brinkley's 10 percent.
Actually, she gets 10 percent of the gross. From the 1/5/17 Quarterly:
"Pursuant to the License Agreement with the Bellissima Licensor (see note 9b. above), Bellissima is obligated to pay the Bellissima Licensor a Royalty Fee equal to 10% of monthly gross sales of Bellissima Brand products payable monthly."

That's not my point. My point is that if someone sees Christie Brinkley and goes to the Bellissima website, there is no indication that the brand is a property of any public company, let alone ICNB.

I see that, but the Annual Report itself states clearly that the numbers are not audited, and as you point out in a separate post, there is no attorney letter. (Under OTC guidelines an Audit Letter is required "if the financial statements are audited.") We can simply agree to disagree on this one.
Are you referring to the Annual Report published on February 3 (for the period ending 10/31/16)? If so, the Financial Statements state clearly that they are Unaudited. Look near the top of pages 12-14. Here's page 12:
