Not awful? Look at the chart. VPOR dumped hard for 2 consecutive days following the 10Q's release, breaking several technical supports in the process. Obviously, the majority of shareholders disagreed with your opinion.
Yes you can see dilution, that is another thing that comes with experience here.

Your idea of a great company is a stock with increasing sell pressure, millions in convertible notes, that is down 90%+ from it's high months ago? Explain how this is a good investment, please.

Share selling scams tend to not care about their shareholders and their hard earned money. In fact, they just use them to the line the pockets of the scammers.

The stock is depreciating in value on virtually a daily basis. That is a FACT that I have merely pointed out. It is up to you and your own dd if you want to cut your losses here or not.

The latest 10Q was AWFUL, and there has been aggressive bid selling via dilution and note holders. The technical indicators are some of the more bearish that I've seen in some time and the CEO has a questionable past. What is there to LIKE here?

The only people profiting here are shorts and those waiting for the quick flip on the pitiful bounce off of subpenny.

Honestly, nothing but dilution, note conversion, and months of downtrend here. It doesn't matter how good you think this pos is, all of this considered with shorting will kill the pps indefinitely. Take it from experience.

Even when this stock has "good" news, it goes up 1 day like 15% and then dumps right back.

Why buy here when its highly likely to go much lower?
