Ugh yes they did...they just called it non controlling interest in subs instead of minority interest
I understand it, the question wasn't about what happens in the event of a buyout...the question was about what % of revs is reported by ICNB
I agree with you...I don't know what people think but sales are solid for a brand new product...growth of 20% to 30% quarter to quarter is very good...that puts you near 100% growth quarter over quarter which is significant growth...this product is just starting to gain traction...this will really be rolling by end of 2018...who has the time to wait one more year??? Gonna be a rocky road getting there but this product is doing well for still being less than a year old
But it's not true...Rich was well aware of this and the consolidated financials have 100% of the revs in them
Revs is at 100%...ICNB issues consolidated financial statements...GAAP requires consolidated financials when "control" is demonstrated, indicated by 51% ownership...see non controlling interest line on both the balance sheet and income statement for the 49% attributable to the privately held piece of Bellissima and BiVi
Maybe that's why Circadian was fired
Thats not how it works...100% of the revenues, expenses and balance sheet of Bellissima are shown on ICNB, not 51%
Umm no
I understand that and I dont disagree with you, but the fact of the matter is we don't KNOW how much of the selling is related to the toxic debt...is it 10% daily volume as PR'd by Rich or has it been more??? Honestly, everyone can speculate, but we DO NOT KNOW affirmatively if all of the selling pressure is related to dilution or not, we just dont know...many longs have been growing impatient with Rich as well over the past few months...they're adding to the pressure to recoup as much of their initial investment as they can
yup, I dont quite understand it either...the PR's arent able to generate any real buying activity...people are staying away from this for now, most likely until they see the ramp up in sales per the quarterly filings...until then we wait, but it's a been a real bloodbath
I agree
I sure hope so, but I'm not optimistic they will...yet
I think we have at least another quarter to go see the real ramp up in sales that everyone is expecting to see in Q2
agreed...I dont believe Rich is diluting for his own personal benefit here as many believe he is based on my many personal discussions with him over the past 7 months...he could very well be diluting to grow the brand, that I can agree with, but I dont believe he's "scamming" investors...the fact that we cant differentiate between shares issued for the debt settlement agreement and the possibility shares are being issued for the funding of the expansion is a bit concerning to me, however, I am still comfortable knowing that fully diluted at 2 billion shares this still has a market cap of $20 mil at .01 and valuing the entire brand at $40 mil, high based on what we currently know for today's sales, yes, but I think in the long run assuming no reverse splits or increases to authorized shares until a buyout then ICNB can run much higher as early as mid 2018...as long as there's no reverse splits (again Rich says he has zero intention of doing so) then I dont see a problem with dilution in lieu of toxic debt to finance the rollout...
much is unknown but as the story plays out we will know a lot more before the end of the year...
Chart reading shouldnt be done exclusively on its own, but it's a good tool when used with fundamental information, and is everything from minute charts to annual charts, so it depends on your investment horizon...basic supply and demand principles...stock is finite (at least when the outstanding isnt growing) meaning the supply is fixed...whats variable is the demand...when a stock hits a certain price, there will be buying or selling based on the sentiment of the market at specific point in time based on the information available or lack of information available and speculation involced...charts are good for giving you an indicator of buy/sell opportunities, but shouldnt be done absent of other information...

(Unaudited)
The $250,000 liability at December 31, 2016 is included in “Accounts Payable and Accrued
Expenses” on the Consolidated Balance Sheet at December 31, 2016.
Rich isnt getting PAID a salary...his salary remains ACCRUED
Yea I'm not going anywhere...I believe Rich is working with the resources he has to grow the brand not support his lifestyle and make his "buddy's" money...if the stock is a failure it's because the product was not successful, not because we were scammed
It didn't bounce on LCBO news and people exited their positions...it's not a mystery like some are making it out to be...a lot of people were expecting a bounce back to .015, it didn't happen and they exited because they don't want to hold this to next year
Timing is everything...there's still plenty of time to wait to buy, but I'm willing to bet people who are not traders will regret selling here when Q3 and Q4 are reported...
I agree it is ugly, but when there are a lot of unknowns it leaves room for volatility and big moves one way or another...I know 3 flavors of Bellissima are available in 45 States and ON Canada...I know prosecco is the fastest growing category in the entire wine industry in the U.S., I know prosecco sales surpassed champagne sales for the first time ever in 2016, I know we have a product that will appeal to organic market, vegans, diabetics and frankly anyone who enjoys a top end prosecco...the global market for prosecco is huge and growing rapidly.. if Bellissima captures just a small sliver of market share in what's pretty much an unbranded category and doesn't have many significant players...I'm okay waiting another year or so to see this play out because of all the positives mentioned above
No significant dilution, no reverse splits and the next run will be bigger than the first one...just keep posting here and pretend you're not wasting your time doing so to find out
14 million shares is not all that much...how many of those sells actually dropped the price 20%? Wasn't much, happened early and quick and price couldn't recover by day's end...this is a tremendous buying opportunity IMO for those willing to hold to the end of the year...buying will return at some point in second half of the year after more verifiable info is released and more distribution/retail deals are announced as we move into 2018...anyone selling now will be regretful at the end of the year
I guess it depends on whether your assumption is Rich is taking advantage of shareholders to make himself rich or not...I don't believe he is and you might think differently...I believe he's doing what he has to do to try and grow this brand successfully...if that means more toxic financing and/or stock issuances in doing so in the face of lack of alternative financing then so be it, but I don't believe it's to fatten his own pockets
We should know soon how Q2 was funded, which will give us an explanation on if the shares issued were for the debt settlement or for something else...
This isn't shocking since we all know the OS is going to 1.4 billion based on the debt settlement agreement...Per Rich, the shares are being issued in tranches and that's why the outstanding is steadily going up...not cause Rich is issuing, dumping and buying strippers and cocaine
It's coming...the problem right now is it's JUST one store, but my gut is if it's one on the shelves and not just special order then it's a trial run for the product and if it sells well, then more stores will come on board...that's when the lift will come
I personally never thought Q1 and Q2 would blow our socks off, especially because of the delay in CA coming on board ..it was initially announced and February and wasn't finalized until mid May...these things take time to finalize from negotiating deals to product hitting shelves...doesn't happen overnight as much as most want to think it does...Rich has been going through the process with LCBO since December 2016...this stuff takes time and I that's one thing I do have on my side
I agree...until we get a year under our belts it's too difficult to say whether the brand will be successful or not...people aren't considering seasonality in the first half of the year where product was only LARGELY available in the North East..Bevmo and Erewhon came on in early June, so only 30 days of sales for Q2...Binnys was announced in Chicago but it wasn't until late Q2 as well that people were saying the could find the product there...Q2 is going to disappoint many because of the logistical issues encountered by Rich...much of this sorted out, I think, as people are starting to product on shelves where PRs previously announced placement...Q3 is gonna be the banger where we will see the expansion starting to take hold
Yea and growing at a rate of 30% a year...prosecco outsold champagne for the first time ever in 2016
Weekly chart looks awesome...bollys have finally bridged the gap and MACD should be getting ready to turn back with a slow move by the RSI
Nice...how the hell do you get in only one store? Presumably this is simply a trial run for rollout to more stores in the future?
How many Targets sell alcohol? I know none of them do in NYS because of regulations against it, but what about other States? Is NYS unique in this regard?
Pic of Target end cap display is awesome!!! It's coming in folks, this is the ground floor of something special

I took it as such because you stated CB doesn't own the other 49%...we don't really know that she doesn't...I don't think she does but that's not known information
Where does it say Rich owns the other 49% of Bellissima Spirits LLC?
If you don't see the difference between that and this then I don't know what to tell you, but good luck in all your business ventures and investment decisions
Buying DOC from my local store and they RAISED the price...must be doing well
Still holding 20 day MA, for now this is in really good shape, plenty of support at .15 and bullish pennant flag on chart
Reverse splits with no revenue stream will lead you dry because they are splitting and issuing simply to cover operating expenses...reverse splits that are designed solely to increase share price or are being done for accretive purposes and not dilutive purposes will not bleed it dry...liquidity could become an issue depending on the split ratio however if product is successful this is a non issue as demand will exceed supply further ramping up the PPS
