Heyoooo I'm not 70% red anymore WOOOO!!!!!!!
GO $AEGY!!!
There's all kinds of stuff in there about the merger. That should keep hope alive!!!
Thanks for posting this! There is some huge information in there!!!
Wow she's climbing now!!!
GO $ANAS!!!
Good to have you back sir!
Big things coming to the already big things happening! Glad I'm along for the $MRIB ride!!!
DM
Found the info you mentioned, and now have him blocked. Nothing worse than relentless bashers (especially those types) when a stock is already falling.
Those of us long on $AEGY will soon see why it's been so quiet IMO!!!
Thanks for the heads up!
Is that considered a "Shooting Star," candle pattern? I am way too new to this to even know. That's a legitimate question before someone bashes me for asking.
I'm surprised it took this long! I've been checking the Breakout all morning! With this kind of increase I figured it would have hit way before now. Regardless, we hit it WOOO!!! I finally see green!!! GO $ANAS!!!!!
Luca!!! AWESOME call on PMRS/ANAS!!! She's FLYING on the news!!!
Man I wish I could have averaged down, I was simply out of powder. Still in the red here, but wayyyyy less red % than I was! This thing is going parabolic! Amazon news is HUGE!!! GO $ANAS!!!
I nominate this for post of the year!
This is all I care about here:
(3) Is it anticipated that any significant change in results of operations from the corresponding period for the last fiscal year will be reflected by the earnings statements to be included in the subject report or portion thereof? x Yes o No
That's a yes, and the word "significant," doesn't typically mean 2 dollars in profit.
Let's see some numbers!!!!
Man that would be nice! I'm looking down the barrel of $50k in student loans, and maybe $MRIB can at least help me out with those!
There are so many things still cooking that we don't know about that this can only go one way, UP!!!
Thanks for the link V!
And he said K before Q, so we should be seeing that real soon, unless I missed it and it's already out.
Morning Heroes!
New $MRIB MoneyTV today, Costco distribution in SoCal June 15th, things are finally starting to move!
WOO!!! June should be a good month for us here!
So I'm talking to my buddy who lives out in Murrieta, CA. He just told me that "Costco is the largest alcohol purchaser in all of California." Apparently all the small wineries out there gun for Costco because of the sales. This is going to be an AWESOME ride!!!!
this hasnt even really started. being pissed about debt when a company is just getting off the ground is stupid. it takes money to make money, I figured traders would know this better than anyone!!! let's see what there is to see at Q2 hey?!
FINALLY!!! I've been down 75% on this play for WAY TOO LONG!!! I kept the faith! Let's riidddeeee!!!!
Q is out for $ANAS, lookin at you Lucasharp2008!!! WOOOO!!! Time for bed so the rest of the Q's are a surprise! Night heroes!
Vapor Pens YO!!! Go $USEI!!!
Hah better to own down here than to have bought 50% higher. That's where I sit, red. I'm hoping for the best here, but to get out closer to even would be alright too. Rather than throw my money away, I'd like to see what comes of this Q and likely the next if I see something promising. They're generating revenue from the 4 locations, I just hope it's something to talk about when the Q is finally released!
Totally agree. Didn't sell when it tapped 5, certainly not selling now!
Is the Q only due tomorrow if the company is Pink Current? or does this apply to Pink Limited as well?
Colombia is the country, but the reason that a lot of American's spell it Columbia, is because of Columbia, Maryland (at least for those of us in the DC Metro area). The US city is spelled with a U, not an O. Can't use that excuse for everyone in the U.S., but that would be the reason I wouldn't spell it correctly anyway.
That PR didn't seem to be written by Marani. It seemed to have a certain 3rd party detachment about it, like it was lacking emotion/excitement. Anyone else feel this way?
This breaks down the patent process:
http://www.uspto.gov/patents/process/index.jsp
This is the information on the patent they're likely applying for:
"Utility Patent- Issued for the invention of a new and
useful process, machine, manufacture, or composition of
matter, or a new and useful improvement thereof, it
generally permits its owner to exclude others from
making, using, or selling the invention for a period of
up to twenty years from the date of patent application
filing ++, subject to the payment of maintenance fees.
Approximately 90% of the patent documents issued by the
USPTO in recent years have been utility patents, also
referred to as "patents for invention"."
Found here: http://www.uspto.gov/web/offices/ac/ido/oeip/taf/patdesc.htm
Notice the bolded text in the above statement. If they've found a way to do this that no one else has, they're going to rock and roll in my opinion!!!
I've worked with both Design and Utility patents, which is where my time-frame of approval comes from in a previous post. It's a long process, requires a lot of hours, but in the end it's worth it because once you've been granted the patent, anyone that tries to do the same thing pays you because you got there first.
Again this is all based on what I know of the system, and I'm not telling anyone to do anything or buy anything with the information found here-in ;)
Good luck everyone!
Danny
Yesss!!!!!!!
If I were to speculate and give my opinion, what you said makes the most sense, and would be smart on W2 Energy, Inc.'s part for sure. You don't want to show your hand before people start betting. Get the paperwork in, then show the world, because anyone that tries to catch up is already 5 steps behind.
We can't search patents pending which is bogus (however the USPTO has updated their site since I visited last), but I'll keep an eye on the USPTO to see if anything pops up at all. If they got the paperwork in, this is a very, VERY good thing for us as shareholders and them as a company with a good design in my opinion. It is not cheap to put together a patent filing document. Lots of money goes to a lawyer at the very least. No one files for a patent without a good plan and/or a solid product because it just costs too much and takes so much time.
Well, like a lot of you, I packed my bags over half a year ago for this ride. Might be time to step on the train and get higher than .05. Like Skelator said way back, we're boarding the space elevator to the moon! Now let's do it!
Hoping that Q shows us something promising (maybe surprise us?!), and after that we hear about some Brazilian waxi... I mean vodka shipments!!!
Go $MRIB!!!
Correct, but the good thing is that the second their patent documents are marked as received from their patent attorney to the USPTO itself (typically by certified mail), that provides protection for the design and method/process. Sure, someone could easily replicate what they're doing, but once WTWO's patent is approved, that puts all the power in their hands from a legal standpoint.
And you're welcome! Let's go $WTWO!!!
A guy I did patent drawings for was recently awarded his patent. Total time from the second it was accepted into the USPTO until now, 4 years, 8 months. We/he submitted in early 2009 and received the patent late 2013.
The USPTO has a MASSIVE backlog regardless of what the patent is for. His was for outdoor entertainment for a very niche market. It doesn't matter how specific the product/idea/design is, the USPTO just doesn't have the resources to crank patents out.
That's the honest to goodness of it. I'll try to dig up the patent submission/approval dates to show that this isn't opinion.
If they submitted for the patent now, or even 6 months ago, it's still going to take a good deal of time to get the patent approved. Now, keep in mind that once the documents have been received by the USPTO, this provides a layer of protection that most people refer to as "Patent Pending." All that means is that they got their patent in first, and trying to snipe a patent for the same design/idea would never happen because the USPTO uses the first in/first out system. No one gets precedence, no one gets to cut in line. A "Patent Pending," simply means that it has been accepted into the patent office and is awaiting approval/denial.
Just wanted to add what I knew from the industry.
Danny
I'm up 101% but then again I haven't sold a single share nor averaged down. Bought in, buckled up, waiting for launch.
That shows that they were open at one time, that's better than nothing!!!
You were faster than I was with the link ;)
They ship to Virginia and that's good enough for me!
Thanks Belgian!
Danny
Well and good that it's on this coast, but not so good that it's 16 hours driving time from me ;) I need it local! WEEE NEED IT LOCAL!!! For the time being, I think I'm going to finally break down and order a bottle if I can.
That would get the product to those of us on the East Coast. We have Total Wine's all over the place here in Virginia.
They likely pulled it from online listing because it has to be sold in dispensaries like was said. I couldn't imagine how many people tried to order that stuff while it was up, like they were going to skirt the system.
Smart move on the company's part to pull it. Having the information regarding the product back on their site would be a good move, but even that would cause a flurry of phone calls from people not in a medically legal state trying to buy it.
Unless 5 Hour Energy specifically trademarked "5 Hour," exclusively, which from the sounds of it they might have since Innov. Vent... has sued other companies using (number)-Hour type products. The trademark that 5 Hour holds is for the entire word as the R sits after the word Energy. I'm not sure the trademark law for partial words of a whole trademark. Someone might be able to chime in on this. If this were a question of patenting I would be more knowledgeable.
Think of it like this, Microsoft is a trademarked name, but that can't stop people from using the world Micro or Soft in their name. They can still get sued, but it doesn't mean they're going to automatically lose.
All in my opinion of course since I'm at work and can't spend the time to link all the laws to trademarks.
You do bring up a good question though for sure.
Danny
Man that's an awesome idea! I'd do that in a second if this gets back to where it was in '09!!!
Yuck, and I thought I was upside down. Let's hope this thing at the very least lets you out even, but even better would be green $ GRAS!!
