You are right about HHSE and no audit. That's more than well documented. The last I heard they are now quintuple checking the numbers. I have a little more confidence that NTEK will come thru. We will all see come Sept. 30th.

I wish that the management, knowing it wasn't going to happen, would get out in front of it and say so. I think the optics are much worse to let another deadline come and go and then make a lot of excuses as to why.

VODwiz not launching on time? Now there's a real shocker. I think if you are going to be long in this stock you just have to accept the fact that whatever they say is going to happen it will be two or three months, or years, before it actually does.

Note to Fred, Launch VODWiz on time, deliver an audit, and then sit back and watch that does for your share price. Trust me on this one, Fred. Do that and you won't have to worry about the "absurdity" keeping the share price down.

I think if they produced the audit that has been coming "soon" for the last 4 years, they could spare themselves the trouble of having an Investor Relations department. I think they would be amazed at what would happen to the share price once an audit was released. JMHO

And you know for fact that Hogan Taylor has been contracted by HHSE for the last 5 years to perform an audit? Seems kind of silly to pay somebody for 5 years to do an audit that you never had any intention of doing? Or are they just so stupid that they needed HT to tell them that they're cooking the books? They couldn't figure that out for themselves.

Hogan Taylor was just hired, if I'm not mistaken earlier this year, so HT has not been looking for 5 years. I agree they will not sign off on cooked books. I would think that goes without saying. They have a very good reputation in the auditing field. What HHSE has been doing for the last 5 years, who knows, but it wasn't getting an audit done. The company does seem to be showing a bit of urgency of late in producing audited financial statements. Seeing is believing, and I will believe it when I do see it. I'm not taking a leap of faith that it's coming "soon". It's been promised for far to long to think otherwise. JMHO.

I hope my patience will be rewarded. I am no techie by any stretch but I thought from the time I bought in the technology was sound. I think they just need to get the product out in the field and prove it's worth.

Not to be Debbie Downer but if you look at last years report it's essentially the same list. I've been waiting over a year and a half to see some significant contracts. I hope it happens, and sooner than later.

Last week I called 2016 as the date that the audit finally gets done. Until then I'm afraid Eric and Fred will keep reaching into their bag of excuses and pull out one after another. It's a shame because if their numbers were real and verified the share price would at least 3 to 4 times what it is now. I think that is being conservative.

Hopefully, this will draw some attention to the company. I have been holding since February of 2013 waiting for something to happen.

I think if they have some success with their Fall releases and then again in 2015 we might see an audit at the 2016 shareholders meeting. Not holding my breath, but I don't see it happening before then. I'm sure if they could validate the revenues they claim to have they would have done so long before now. The audit fiasco has been going on how long now?

I will believe it when I see it. I hope it comes sooner than later, but I'm not going to stress over it. Until then, I will accept the fact that the share price is not going to make any significant gains. If I am wrong about the current share price moving then the better for me.

An audit would validate the numbers and give the company real credibility. You may be willing to take a leap of faith that all the numbers they have put out are accurate, but there are a lot of others that are not entirely convinced, and will not take that leap. Given what goes on in pennyland in general I can't say that I blame them. JMHO

Nothing is going to significantly move this share price up other than the completion of the audit that was promised at the last SHM and before then. They can put out all the blogs they want and it's not going to matter. I think that's pretty evident to all. So if you believe an audit is forthcoming now is probably a good time to buy. If you don't now is probably a good time to sell.

I live in VA and ordered from Hi Times in CA. It took about 5-6 days to get to me. The shipping on 1 bottle was like $15.00 so I ordered 2 and the shipping was about another $2.00 so it was more cost effective.

I guess you could say I'm new. I got in back in June of 2013. Let me go out on a limb here and guess that since 2009 the audit has been coming "soon", or "any day now". I sold most of my shares back in February after the SHM when there was no audit. I kept a few just in case "any day now" actually arrives.

I hope you are right about the audit, but deep down I don't think it's going to happen. They said in December they would have audited fins at the shareholder meeting in February, Didn't happen. Three months later still hasn't happened. It doesn't take 9-12 months to do an audit. Especially for a company this size. JMHO
