Agreed, volume before price, the chart looks great. IMO this will be back above .10 in the next few days
Agreed
This is a legitimate company that is way undervalued and just needed a catalyst to bring her back up to its value. SVFC got it today with it's patent being published. I hope we stay under the radar for a while and get a slow and steady rise. I'm going to be holding on to this beast for a while.
There are many factors that have changed the sentiment about why FnF should be allowed to operate as they did pre 2008, especially the profitability, but I'm not sure members of Congress care. I hope you're right about the tide turning in our favor. I'd love to make even more money on this beast :)
If Corker's bill was brought up for a vote tomorrow and it passed FnF stock price would plummet the same day to new lows. FnF would continue to operate as normal for years until they were wound down and replaced with whatever frankenstein entity the goernment puts together. During the transition time the stock would be worthless but our economy would be just fine. This notion that our economy would be hurt by FnF being wound down is an idea that some people have on this board to make them feel more secure in their "investment". I'm not trying to bash anyone I'm just stating facts. Our government doesn't have a great track record on doing whats smart and right. They tend to lean to doing what suits them. I hope you're right about FnF surviving.
I know just as much as anyone on the board. I'm just one of a few not cheerleading and taking the government hurdle seriously, because they are not on our side obviously
You can take it to the bank that Corker and friends don't want you profiting from their cash cow and his bill will pass.
Because the government will liquidate FnF. Like Sen. Corker said “I tell them it’s a lottery ticket at best,” he says. “I just don’t see any appetite in Congress for Fannie and Freddie ever being returned to the private market.”

The U.S. government doesn't want the "common" people to get rich that's the only reason why FnF will be liquidated and it's ridiculous. If any good news about corkers bill comes out I'm all in but doesn't look good.
This was trading around .15 recently for a while. IMO it should reach close or above that level in the next few weeks
Yup, could close above .05 today and will def gap up tomorrow
This might break .10 by tomorrow or today I agree. News just started getting out
Same here
Yup legit company going to do big things with this news
This is going to run big these next weeks
The lawsuit filed is filed for shareholders who held fnma or fmcc shares on or before sept. 5 2008
Very few caught the news before close. This should make another great run tomorrow
Great info on tcps
Lol, you can add me to that list. I wouldn't mind picking up some more shares under 1.80
I agree with you but imo the government wants this cash cow all to themselves. The path of least resistance and most logical way to end this whole debate would be to release FnF from c-ship.
This lawsuit is not a "game changer" like some are saying on this board. These organizations realize the government will not release FnF and the only way out is through the courts. FnF fate will be in the hands of the court. Hopefully we get some real news soon because it's not even worth it to scalp trade FnF anymore. I hope PPS goes up but I'm realistic. It's not going to shoot up again until we get some real news on the c-ship or another huge quarterly profit.

"While shareholders have filed unsuccessful lawsuits challenging aspects of the government's conservatorship of Fannie and Freddie in the past, Monday's suit is believed to be the first to challenge the most recent amendments to the government's bailout arrangement.
Investors have argued in recent weeks that the shareholders—particularly those who own preferred stock with a face value of $33 billion—should be able to share in any profits that exceed the amount the government has injected into the firms. That argument hasn't won any support so far in Congress and isn't backed by the Obama administration, leaving a legal challenge as perhaps the only way for investors to seek a payday if Fannie and Freddie are able to pay back the government and recapitalize themselves."

"Hedge funds including Paulson & Co. and Perry Capital, which have invested in the preferred shares, have been lobbying Congress to consider allowing Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to become independent again. Republican and Democratic lawmakers and President Barack Obama have called for both companies to be liquidated.
“It’s probably dawning on some of these investors that the political branches of government aren’t going to provide them with any relief,” said Jeb Mason, a partner at The Cypress Group, an investment consulting and research firm based in Washington. “The courts are sort of left as the one potential avenue for success.”"
Yup good looking chart, spinning top after a small downtrend. Should make a big run tomorrow
Nice volume today, small float, company has revenue, recently updated to OTCQB. Looks pretty good... i'll be buying some tomorrow if it goes over .063
Lol I almost fell out of my chair, great post :)
I've made a lot of money on this stock and if the c-ship ends ill make even more, but the facts are there are only people with a vested interest in fnf calling for a release while Congress(Corker and company) is looking to do the opposite. I want them to end the c-ship but that isn't where it's headed right now and a lot of people missed out making a lot if money because they believe the hype on this board. Trade this stock it's not an investment unless it gets out of c-ship, that's my point.
No thanks ill be lurking here for a while sir.
That's not a fact that's your opinion. The c-ship calls for FnF to get wound down. You cheerleaders have twisted your hope of it being released because of it profits into a "fact".
The payments made are dividends they aren't toward paying down the infusion of money given to them.
They have paid zero back they have only paid dividends. The ignorance on this board is of epic proportion.
All the "DD" on TCPS is based off of what people are posting.
Pizza with weed baked into it billion dollar idea
Awesome post. Said phone may even have multiple line capability as well as hold and call forwarding.
"The bill would wind down the existing investment portfolios at the GSEs at 15% annually until they are liquidated, likely leaving nothing for current preferred or common shareholders."
Ouch....Can you say timber?

I spoke with Delmar and he said him and Jay P are going to team up and make a 5g streamable online video device. Possible merger with Apple and Xumanii and first stream of French Montana will be huge. Buy up guys take this to the moon.
LOL!!! I think RJDG$ may have killed a man
Yup it's getting so strong now. We had a super strong close today and the gap down tomorrow will only strengthen us. When we hit $1 next week it will just be consolidation and making us more powerful and then to the moon
When Corkers bill passes, and it will, it's going to take years to wind down FnF and create a new entity. Do you think this will go on trading as it had been. The minute they vote in favor of that bill FnF go to pennies. Hide behind your twisted "facts" but you'll have to face reality soon. People like you make me money so I hope you keep trading.
