Dumb move because it was a scam when you bought in originally so absolutely nothing has changed except your mind. (Allegedly)
The generic response is so common because the only way to get 1st hand information is from the primary source. This is a research and development company, not a mass manufacturer. Partners, patents and licensing is where QMC's money will be coming from in the foreseeable future. Maybe they'll get on board with displays, but the prevailing belief is there are many more applications for QMCs tech.
Live stream is awesome! 3-D stream is coming... Oculus will be our angel :)
The investor has more to gain from a stock promotion. That's why all these companies end up disappearing but the p&d never dies
If pharmaceutics is a mystery, you're gonna be glad we got a magician at the helm.
That's a good study! Is it time to start talking up the marketing points of subQ dosing vs a pill in terms of abuse potential?
I think that was the licensing agreement that they terminated with Geodon Richter.
Research company. Cant sell what doesn't exist yet. It wouldn't be this undervalued if they were already selling. Have fun raking the leaves.
Trending up.
Maybe, but ILMN has a 40 year head start in the counting to 10,000,000,000 game. ARYC may get there soon, but it will be from counting outstanding shares rather than base pairs.
Should have invested in lasers instead of this cluster
There's an old saying that it ain't over until the fat lady sings. We are still right in the thick of things. A technical bounce looks so obvious that the continued downward pressure is almost expected at this point. I don't invest with what you can't afford to lose and I don't believe the World Series is over after 2 games.
It was a stupid worthless scam at .30 two years ago, too
On the plus side, there will be a bottom bounce. There's always a bottom bounce.
You could be hoping for a long time... There's no real bottom for s company with no real assets.
Motive?
120 million worth of lies would still be quite the accomplishment. Don't you agree?
Even you admit CBIS has a leading sales team.
There's no free market for schedule 1 drugs.
Only way he's going to prison is if he turns out to actually have said mj labs... Or if he's a black man in America.
In general, it's called investing when longs are in control... Trading is a different game.
Prediction noted. To counter... Running a promo with an actual product is called advertising. I guess we'll see
Beatport launches its streaming music service to compete with Spotify and Apple Music, and Sillerman takes the company private on IPO shareholder losses... How is this legal?
It wasn't a question
Most on ihub are. Good luck man. Give us an update when you got one.
Quite frankly, I assumed the investor would have taken it upon themselves to dump... But since you brought it up, in what situation would a CEO ask an investor to dump shares on the CEO's behalf?
True, but at least he likely found an investor... An investor who doesn't mind cashing in 100,000 shares for $3000
It all depends on who sold those 100,000 shares and who's buying them. If it's inexperienced retail buyers (poor people), this stock is toast.
That's not a plan. It's half a thought. Stop selling stock and start selling ___? To whom?
What they are cooking has come from a bunch of university licenses for every aspect of their operations from the ground up. They can sell the dots to whomever to raise the revenue to keep these licenses intact. All I was originally asking for was their business plan...
You're literally saying you would caution SS.
Get those dots environmentally sound and cheap enough to mass-produce, then you will get the financing needed from solar to build the panels.
"Since November 4, 2008, the Company has changed its business plans and is no longer intending to pursue the mining of mineral rights located in Nevada. The Company intends to pursue the business plans of its subsidiary, Solterra Renewable Technologies, Inc. (“Solterra”). The following is a brief business overview of Solterra."
Writing mean words is easy, kind thoughts take thinking.
Again, I would like to welcome all the new debt-holders to the board. If you follow the clues and ask the right questions, you might just figure out what you did wrong to end up paying these guys their salaries. Let's keep it positive now, ya hear?
From February's 10-Q:
"Dr. Michael Wong is a director of our company and is the inventor of Rice’s patent application licensed by Solterra."
"Rice is entitled to receive during the term of each License Agreement certain royalties under the License Agreement of adjusted gross sales (as defined) ranging from 2% to 4% for photovoltaic cells and 7.5% of adjusted gross sales for quantum dots sold in electronic and medical applications. Minimum royalties payable under the License Agreement include $29,450 due January 1, 2015, $217,000 due January 1, 2016, $648,750 due January 1, 2017, $2,038,500 due January 1, 2018 and $3,738,600 due January 1, 2019 and each January 1 of every year thereafter, subject to adjustments for changes in the consumer pricing index. The term of the License Agreement is to expire on the expiration date of Rice’s rights in its intellectual property and the Licensee’s rights are worldwide. Our Agreement, as amended, with Rice provides for termination of each Agreement in the event that we are determined to be insolvent as defined in the Agreements."
There are no guarantees as QTMM could easily not pay the royalty and the license would be granted to someone else, but the growth opportunity looks so gucci.
It's a gamble people, we need to start hounding the company for insight into their business plans for generating revenue through Solterra.
That used to happen to APS plays all the time. Usually occurs when a non regulated stock smells fishy.
I see the censorship committee is in full effect. Must be those deeply instilled British values. I trade on my own merit, so no reason to keep bickering with you gents. Best wishes.
Well that does help my understanding. I appreciate the info.
I think you may be missing something... What's the benefit for the note holder to dial up a promo? I'm under the impression NGHT would benefit from a promo so they could pay off the convertibles without decimating the share structure and stock price. The note holder benefits if NGHT can't pay back the loan in time.
