I have a feeling your right on the money regarding ATTD. Accumulation is key right now and the fact that you wouldn't tell anyone about this until today makes it that much more fun. I look forward to what the future holds regarding this play Quick.
Joe
I'm laughing!!! Something's definitely up, we'll just have to wait and see what it is though.
Joe
ATTD seems to be a nice call by Quick!!! The OTC has it listed at an estimated $1.00 and it's only at a penny right now.
Joe
After reading today's PR from GERS, and reading this, I feel pretty confident with where this is going. This is what caught my eye. It's under EPA-420-F-11-018, June 2011
http://www.regulations.gov/#!documentDetail;D=EPA-HQ-OAR-2010-0133-0101
In today’s action we are also proposing a number of changes to the RFS regulations. These proposed changes are intended to:
• Clarify certain provisions because we have learned that there is some confusion among some regulated parties
• Clarify the application of certain provisions to unique circumstances
Office of Transportation and Air Quality EPA-420-F-11-018 June 2011
Regulatory Announcement
• Provide greater specificity in the definition of certain terms
• Correct regulatory language that inadvertently misrepresented our intent
Finally, today’s rule also proposes to make a minor amendment to the gasoline benzene regulations
regarding inclusion of transferred blendstocks in a refinery’s early benzene credit generation
calculations.
I'm getting a flashback of another stock I'm invested in. The company started doing all the right things and certain investors ended up going away. Now the company is set to drop zero's as it continues to follow through on it's plans regarding its dividends and buyback.
GERS could end up receiving a decent settlement that could in fact wipe out there debt and follow on the same path without issuing dividends of course. An R/S don't make sense to me, not with all the added revenue and the potentially drastic increase of residuals from the Marksman Trial.
With huge risk comes huge rewards, I'll continue to increase my position and see how this plays out. I have a pretty good feeling about this one, and my feelings tend to make me pretty happy when they end up being right.
Joe
The first paragraph in this PR gives me an understanding of the possibility of the Marksman Hearing going in the direction most here hope for.
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- GreenShift Corporation (OTCQB: GERS) today announced that its patented corn oil extraction technologies were featured extensively in the proposed amendment for the Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS2) published by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) on July 1, 2011.
I think that the PR represents a lot more than most understand. With that being said, the EPA acknowledges the benefits regarding their Patent and their technology increasing in by 60%... Do the math on that!!!
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/The-EPA-Substantially-bw-3347680735.html?x=0&.v=1
Buying these shares continue to put a smile on my face!!! I actually feel bad for the person that keeps selling me there two's.
Joe
I bought and continue to add to my position waiting for this report to come back. I rather own my shares, than to chase into them when the report comes back.
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/TWDL-Doing-Geological-Study-iw-166491695.html?x=0&.v=1
Joe
Thank you for this buying opportunity guys!!!
Joe
For a company on the OTC creating this much revenue, a hundred grand is nothing in regards to their future earnings.
Remember this quote in the coming months!
If we maintained current gasoline consumption levels, blending E30 into all United State gasoline would equate to 36 billion gallons per year. To fuel up our cars with E30 would require the production of more flex-fuel vehicles between now and 2022, the final year of the Renewable Fuel Standard. In tandem with flex-fuel vehicle production, we would need a significant number of blender pumps and studies show that the majority of U.S. pumps could be blender-pumps over the next 7-10 years. Finally, on March 30, 2011, President Obama called for a one-third reduction of petroleum imports.
That's why I said it would be foolish for someone to do that. This is a buy and hold situation. Buy now and enjoy the ride to the top!!! GERS is becoming extremely undervalued. http://finance.yahoo.com/news/GreenShift-Licenses-Its-bw-20504916.html?x=0&.v=1
Joe
That would be foolish!!! GERS is a real company that continues to increase revenue by the millions. On top of that they've been cancelling shares and paying off their debt.
Joe
That would be smart if one was only looking for a 100% gain. The smarter thing would be to pay attention to the prior PR's and understand that a few thousand % in the short term would be more realistic with what GERS has going.
Joe
Perhaps he couldn't, which in my opinion must be killing him considering all the speculation. I'm guessing he will be telling everyone soon enough, there is that new IR.
Joe
Congratulations on getting some ones today, I get the feeling your purchase will soon be acknowledged as being a great investment in a growing company.
Joe
Them real quality products and the years of experience are the reason we're all here today. TYTN is by far one of the best investments that I continue to add to my portfolio. I'm more than excited about all the factual PR's which led me to invest so heavily in a company with this much potential.
Joe
I personally feel that Kevin Kreisler is a very wise businessman that did whatever it took to fight for his company's survival from the infringing companies and Dave Winsness is a genius that continues to impress an industry in which he set out to improve. When you put these two men together, as determined as they are, what you'll get is a company called Greenshift Corporation. GERS in my opinion will revolutionize an entire industry, we have the need and they've created the solution.
Joe
The issues of TYTN'S past has nothing to do with taking advantage of shareholders.
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/Tytan-Holdings-Inc-TYTAN-iw-3684506024.html?x=0&.v=1
This was an issue that created a major issue on the PPS and has since gone away. The future of TYTN is as green as the money used to issue the factual PR's that really matter to investors.
Joe
TYTN is just getting started. The part that everyone seems to miss is the fact that there presence in Australia being managed by a hundred year old manufacturing company could in fact set an upward movement on the PPS by itself, never mind the network in which Mark already created in the USA. It takes money to make money, and I'm betting that Weir & Harrod have the funds and business knowledge to not only stay in business for a hundred years, but to set up a network within their Global market that they've already conquered.
The moral of my story is that the quarterlies will eventually speak for themselves. The fear of the unknown obviously isn't for the weak and the making of this company will soon prevail.
Joe
In the last four months since I started investing in GERS, I've had many kind people give me there two cents regarding my investment decision.
The thing that continues to intrigue me the most is how the bid dropped twice. I'm willing to guarantee that someone doesn't want this to move considering there investment strategies don't necessarily match mine considering I'm in the States and I'm retail.
My only advice to them kind posters are to pay attention, I've been told by other investors how costly it can be when you wait to long.
Joe
Weir and Harrod are bigger than people realize. They have the ability of reaching markets with there Global presence. We're all watching the making of a giant in the tractor and implement industry throughout the World.
Do your homework on TYTN people!!! This is as rare as it gets and this PPS is a gift to the future gains.
Joe
GERS-I've been buying a few million here and there at the two's all month. I'd rather buy two's then get caught chasing three's and so on. The upside potential here exceeds the risk of bid sitting and not getting two's all together. Realistically, there's only sixty thousand dollars at the ask right now. What's to say that the two's don't get bought up and then GERS makes another announcement like the one in which they signed with Sunoco.
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/GreenShift-Receives-Notice-of-bw-554454109.html?x=0&.v=1
These aren't small companies signing with GERS, this company obviously has all the proper documents needed to have a judge shake his head at the marksman trial.

http://finance.yahoo.com/news/GreenShift-to-Receive-Another-bw-2151473623.html?x=0&.v=1
With huge risk, comes huge rewards!!! I'd rather be the guy with all the shares, then the guy trying to buy them from me.
Joe
EMXC and TYTN are also set to make a grown man smile from ear to ear...

Weir & Harrod are a manufacturing company that has been in business for over a hundred years in Australia. The discussion about the increase IMO was and still is a deterrent over the real questions people should be discussing, like how many dealerships will Tytan be sold at in Australia, or how many rental yards are in fact taking possession of Tytan's implements right now?
How about the fact that they intend on doing there own financing? One day people will fathom the opportunity Yak, when they do, they'll end up paying a whole lot more for the opportunity.
Joe
I wouldn't cancel your vacation, I would just make sure you have enough shares for the future of GERS. It's one thing to have a feeling about what's next to come and have the ability to add at these levels and it's a horrible feeling to say you could've, would've and should've.
Follow your instincts and your DD!
Joe
IMO-They've been investing in TYTN for well over a month. They're not getting a single share from me, that's for sure. Tytan has way to many positives in there future and anyone that's foolish enough to fall for there abusive trading techniques will hopefully realize how they continue to buy everyone out by continuing to sell to themselves while dipping the pps. Does anybody care to tell me I'm wrong? Screen shots!!!
Joe
I wouldn't count on it!!! Today is the speculated date of the Marksman Trial and IMO, the patent makes sense to be ruled towards GERS.
I personally think them sells today were just a smoke screen to prevent people from pushing it forward. I stopped bid-sitting weeks ago on GERS.
I'd hate to be the Short Guy in the court room, especially when the ruling takes place.
Joe
Great Post Jim!!!
Slashnuts, your a wise man!!!
We actually have few things in common, I also climbed Pikes Peak and my friends Uncle has a house on Lookout Mountain, which I've been to a few times. I've love Colorado!!!
We also follow the same investment strategies! I have a feeling your DD on GERS will make us all extremely fortunate to buy at these levels.
Joe
I read the blog! It makes a lot of sense to me. Then I looked at today's update and did a little DD.
This is what caught my eye, especially considering when Obama called for the reduction, the average volume on GERS was over a hundred million a day, which in return hit the scanner. (BB)

I disagree with you on that. I'm just waiting for my dividends so I can buy more shares.
The problem with a lot of investors in the pinks is that everyone wants the quick gains. I'll take the slow and steady gains any day over the quick push. Accumulation is what you should be paying attention to right now my friend.
EMXC continues to get stronger every day it's traded.
Joe
It all continues to add up to the fact that GERS is in fact becoming a major player in there marketplace.

The puzzle continues to come together!!!
Joe
Welcome to TYTN Sunnybank!!!
Joe
For the last week, I spend a considerable amount of time trying to piece the puzzles together. The end result for me always came back to the fact that Greenshift Corporation's Patent does in fact make or break anyone in the Ethanol Industry regarding everything from the commodity prices to the production costs involved in making ethanol lucrative to begin with.
I'm very grateful for my position thus far, and if GERS is in fact doing the things that the board speculates. An investment made tomorrow, could in fact change a lot of people's portfolio's for years to come with there growing stance on there market place.

Have a great day everyone!
Joe
TYTN is looking like a great buy to me to right now too!!!
Have a great night!
Joe
You ain't kidding Wolverine! I've heard great things about where it's going.
Joe
What's PC stand for then? The up-lists will continue to happen and I'll always be here. I've never used anyone to get to where I'm going and I've been successful in life because of it.
TYTN'S A WINNER!!! Mark's character was judged once and it didn't work out well for that man now did it?
Have a great night!
Joe
I think you should take comments like that for what there worth. At the end of the day, everything that made TYTN on the top five most board reads for the last six months on I-Hub was based on this company being real and really being one of them companies that people dream of finding down here.
The main issue down here in the pinks is that people forget things pretty fast and believe nonsense, when all along they should've been believing in there own DD and the actual PR's from the company.
Tytn's fully reporting for a reason and the cross-listing on other exchanges is on the horizon.
People want in, they just want it cheaper. The long term gains are endless once every piece of the puzzle is set in motion.
Joe
My man concern with TYTN hasn't been the PPS, it was always the issue of people doubting what's going to happen. The true longs will always understand that as things continue to unfold.
Have a great weekend everyone!
Joe
Yea, I've been here for a year! This isn't your normal pink and you'll understand why I've been here so long soon enough.
Joe
Great Post!!! I heard the same thing a month ago.

I prefer to buy and hold on investments that are grossly undervalued.
