I wouldn't count on it!!! Today is the speculated date of the Marksman Trial and IMO, the patent makes sense to be ruled towards GERS.

I personally think them sells today were just a smoke screen to prevent people from pushing it forward. I stopped bid-sitting weeks ago on GERS.

I'd hate to be the Short Guy in the court room, especially when the ruling takes place.
