The company is worth almost Zero on paper. They wrote off most of the value in their intellectual property. Go look at the SEC filings from last year end as its all disclosed. The LED delays for years tell the entire story..Remember the Mexico sales that were coming several years ago, remember distributors on on every continent, remember last years announced shipments but no revenues. This is all a show me company now and the rumor mill is tired of back door over promises and under performance at this point.

Funman, I am not ready yet. The stock is streaky up and down and long term prospects look good. Unfortunately they dont make any profits yet and it needs to scale multiples of where it is volume for a good drop through to the bottom line. I think they can do it buts its trading at its longer term value today and not its current value. All my opinion and the Q1 miss was on the bottom was very telling.. Best of luck..

Where is the LED news? Strong interest you said and not a peep from the company? I smell 5 cents short term up next.

Are you nuts?? Do you believe everything you hear? How about what you read? Go back and read the PR they put out on 10/1/15. They said they commenced shipments on that day for the LED but since have never reported a sale. They put PRs out a year ago about orders that never materialized. They may give away a machine here or there to get an endorsement but they haven't sold anything and the machine has been around for years..International sales will require permits and licenses and I doubt they are equiped to file the required documentation. Thats all IMO but so far they haven't proven me wrong.

Why don't you tell us who you talked to and what hype details they gave you. That would be funny..

The stock is in the chitter for a reason. Can it go up again, yes.. but it will run before any news then go down when the news hits. Look at the history..

No update on LED means this is toast. Stealthmark is a joke with enormous potential. Ya ok...

Hi Clay, I looked at your MGT chart analysis today and it looks like the 200 day could have a date with the 50 day moving average soon.. I think thats a bullish sign and maybe even a golden cross. It looks like its only a few trading days away. I didn't here you mention that but thats what I see in your charts. Please let me know if you agree. Thanks

That's the likely source of the large increase in volume we see coming in on the buy side. That info is already stale as the buying has been steong in May so far :) Thanks again for the info..

The dividend will be declared soon and the specifics will be released as to ex divy date and payment date. The pr noted it "will be" declared lilely when the deal is sealed so no biggie :)

My bet iz that new shareholders get the divy. They will have to issue a plan for distribution maybe when final contracts signed imo.. this could be beyond copper by then. To me it doesn't make sense to sell before the divy ex date.. win win for those in :)
