I have 3 TDAmeritrade and 1 ET doing this with MPNCE.OB
this is my first one to do this... I'll let ya know how it works..
Tampa.. needin half ft seas....
Bravo's... night out on da town...
but next week Grouper fishin!
This is normal food for a cajun and folks in TX... LOL
10K out and better then my expectations!
EPS of $0.145/share
OS shares of 6,416,856
On track for over $50 mil in revs
At $7.50 trading at about PE of 50
$850K x 4 = $3.4 mil... thus $7.50 pps would be trading forward PE 14 based on 10K with assumptions..
Pretty sure it going to make it to the AMEX..
Thanks for the follow-up on EFTI and GWE...
as to the term "institutional trade" refers to size... I'm gonna learn something here.. that is not how the et lady explained it to me.. but I'll have to call again and get more detail... She just said that institutional trades have a "priority" over my offer.. We discussed who this could be? and MM was one... she did not say anything about size... so your saying since my size was only 5K if someone had a 10K.. they take priority?
Hey CyGuy.. You've seen with your own eyes? TIA
Me too.. I'd sign an agreement even to the fact that I will only test BTU
This would eliminate the fact they are technically capable.. in my mind.. I still give credit to Alcorn though...
Then comes the business aspect... Some companies work hard for years making profits and income only to become public for rewards...This management should not have the same thinking.. IMO.. All shares sold should go toward operations! not high salaries and limo rides. private jet tours and the likes...
What kinda car did JR have before and now?
Well yeh.. wanted peoples money....
they were a developmental company...
You been down to see this stuff?
- Saw the 5 gallons?
- grabbed a sample and sent it out for test?
I guess anyone from Alcorn is not worth listen to. huh?
It would be fun to go visit...
of course this has been over... over and over again...
All this has really peeked my interest since I've discovered a poster at RB was a market Maker.
Was GW ever public?
I think what we need to happen right now is another acquisition... My bet is most of the flippers are out right now and should more subs get added we'll pop...
Just thinking round up for many stocks...
buying "X" shares pre split to end up with 1 share post split then you get rounded up 100...
In most cases do you know or think you come out with a gain... TIA
Can these special treatments be fruitful?
Maybe they have new test results...
here is the old results... is there error in the test +- 2K btu's?
I did say believe you or belive Mr. Rivera.
Do you think this fraud is worthy of prosecution?
Was doing my rat race thing yesterday driving down I-35, knew I was close, so I entered Eagle Grove in da GPS. It was about 5:38 pm when I got there. A bit disappointed know one home… but ncaa game night so not all working late.
It was a nice building and could be well seen from the road. Some very large grain companies are in town. I peeked in all the windows and saw one office with a folding event table and folding chairs. The windows were deep tinted so couldn’t see what was on the blue prints that lay across that table. A few parts and couple zip lock bags of white powder too.. The conference room had a big conference table. They appear to be refinishing the table… plastic drop, compressor, and boards. In the warehouse, it was empty except for a truck with a crane in the bed. Nobody across the street knew anything about what the company was doing.. Sorry could add much of anything… didn’t have time to do anymore lookin… needed to get to da capitol.
NO CD.. paid off after court battle and settlement a couple years ago... only dilution was when they bought Netrover last year and CEO coverted some debt from when he used his own cash to buy subs.. conservative mgt with just ok balance sheet.. tough business but give them A+ for the job they've done... CEO started in the biz a age 16... CEO pays himself by salary, wife salary, rents out HQ building he owns to the company and interest on cash he's loan the company... very responsible IMO... owned this stock since '03 and FRE has never let me down.. good luck!
Of course they are selling shares...
It does depend on how the company is spending the cash....IMO
Limo rides or tubes... How can ya know?
Fishin in da false river....
yep
That Cajun is my neighbor.. LOL
really!
Giff's from Baton Rouge... geaux tigers!
you gotta burner for that super Bar-B-Que-Smokin, Jokin, Grillin and Chillin machine in da box?
cause this da only thing giff knows how to cook!
PS.. modified for a hoosier of course.. LOL
Jap... This board is...
in good taste!

Obviously, something in the plan has gone wrong.
The company expected revenues by year end? last year was it?
Not many company's ever come out with PR's that say...
"We have some technical issues that need to be resolved" or "The process to get government approval is our delay" or "The ability to get funding is.. blah blah" That kinda PR is just not going to happen...

NEWS... New TiO2(TM) Automotive Protectants
Wed Mar 14, 7:10 AM
Email Story IM Story Printable View SEAFORD, Del., March 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Nano Chemical Systems Holdings, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: NCSH.OB), announced today their latest entry into the $1 billion automotive appearance chemical category, TiO2(TM), a "nano-enhanced" automotive protectant. Unlike other automotive protectants, TiO2(TM) (titanium dioxide) actually absorbs harmful UVA/UVB sun rays whereas others only reflect the rays.
TiO2(TM) automotive protectant reaches consumer's shelves by the Company's previously announced agreement with Marketiquette Inc. (www.marketiquette.com) and its nationwide sales representative network consisting of 100 plus industry professionals. This multi-channel, national retail and wholesale representative network provides access to the automotive chemical decision makers throughout North America representing 100,000 retail locations, including AutoZone, Advance Auto Parts, CSK Auto, O'Reilly's Auto Parts, Strauss Auto Parts, Pep Boys, NAPA, Carquest, Costco and Wal-Mart.
"TiO2(TM) acts as an absorber of ultraviolet energy and is virtually transparent to visible light," says Dr. Mathew Zuckerman, President and CEO of Nano Chemical. He went on to say, "Only small quantities of these nano-enhanced particles are required to achieve effective UV protection because these small particles have a much greater surface area than larger particles with the same chemical composition used by our competitors."
Where other manufacturers put particles into their dash board and tire dressing products that reflect light like little mirrors, TiO2(TM) places nano-sized Titanium Dioxide that is tuned to accept and absorbs ultraviolet (UVA and UVB) rays. The slight blue haze visible during application indicates that the nano-enhancement is present and working to absorb these rays and convert them into harmless heat energy thereby protecting underlying surfaces.
Titanium Dioxide, the active ingredient in TiO2(TM), is the key ingredient found in sunscreen lotions and like sunscreen lotions, TiO2(TM) delivers a sun protector factor of up to SPF 50. The product also delivers a long lasting shine while it protects and prevents fading and cracking on a variety of rubber, vinyl and leather automotive surfaces. An automotive fabric protectant with similar properties is being formulated, and Nano Chemical expects the product to launch shortly.
