I have no position here. I saw they filed the K today because the share price drop triggered an alert. Nominal top line growth.
Not intimate with this company but I think the main headwinds are the below-average management (family-owned) and competition from "faux kefirs" because no one is really sure what the hell a kefir is. 
It's not explicitly defined.
Kinda sits in a weird nexus, too. Milk consumption is down but yogurt is up. Makes getting a read on growth a bit tricky.
GT's put out a Coco Kefir (via an acquisition) a few weeks back, and if track history is any guide, they'll roll LWAY. A rising tide could raise all ships but I'm not inclined to wait around on this stock without overt trend data.

That lack of competition means that any sales in this market are Lifeway's for the taking. In addition, the firm can charge whatever price the market will bear, creating little to no pressure on the firm's net margins.
