hey ssracer... assuming you include giff in all that...
you don't really take all this seriously do ya?
It's too bad that all these boards are set-up so that folks could share great DD info making for good intelligent buy selling info.. But ya gotta be very careful.
you have the manipulators... some, I'm sure are paid.. (BTW.. Some are honest about disclosure but most are not)
then you have the nut heads.... The saviors, "do gooders" the worlds full of them! Folks that want to tell you and I how to spend your money.
I personally like the skeptics.. makes me think...
I like the very Optimistic’s... they guide you
Some of the engineers that have posted have great info...
So you know why giff (same people) respond to that... I personally pick-up new DD stuff every time... Plus very entertaining, funny, thought provoking..
So now you know... It's all in good fun...
That's the bet... Those of us that validate early
stand the most to gain.... some already know fer sure...
You gonna be at the show?
larice.. All that is progress, agreed...
but damn.. we're breaking new ground here... And in my mind validiy is not proven.... who else is not 100%?
We have Dynamotive Energy Sys Corp at mkt cap over $200 Mil
and we do near the same thing... but "so said" BETTER! Tells me, USSE has some work to do.
That would be good too...
but not near as good as a show.. IMO
Wonder if the press will be down there?
I think it's clear JR has said there is stuff they don't know about the fuel...
If that is the case then you.. make it... a known... then you test it.. a known
It's tough to accept stuff you don't understand.. I got an aunt that won't fly cause she says that kinda stuff shouldn't happen.
A good verification test would need the following...
1) make that 5 gallons in 8.5 min
2) Take that same 5 gallons.. mix it 50/50 and place just enough fuel in a generator to go for about an hour.
3) Measure the kWh or watts from that generator during that period
4) Have a guy from Summit there to do a BTU test. Don't have a copy of that ASTM and not sure if you'd need to let the sample sit 24hr or something but even if it was done and got close results it would be credible...
after all that.. what would be your negativity??
PP.. why focus so much on the BTU?
Cause if we all see 5 gallons made and placed into a gen....
see it working.. won't that tell ya something?
Interesting to note that 4 tubes should be more then enough biofuel to power Vidalla, LA.
So maybe the progression of business...
proof with lab line
proof with production line
start building all production lines
start building gens
Start production to generate power
Make $6 million with a .12 Kwh green tag.
http://www.geocities.com/syte.storage/RiveraCostModelUSSErev6.xls
enter your own assumtions...
All IMO
WSR assume a $.12 green credit...
why?
TIA
That credit is another big deal...
Even if he gave away the fert, they would only need to price the fuel under a dollar and still make profit.
Here's my latest...
http://www.geocities.com/syte.storage/RiveraCostModelUSSErev6.xls
as for revenues generated.. where to sell it is very key.... those turbines better work using this fuel
Still looking but thinking some money to be made here...
Wasn't GW a private company?
Check this... didn't gw have this?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carbon_black
True that was GW company... tires.. this is soybeans
It seems to find a buyer for the carbon black was the problem with that company...
They could not get the revenue from that..
Have you compared to the prices from that company to this one?
Humm? just went to web page and see no indication they are?
thanks allwaysright...
So the rev streams as planned right now...
1) Sell to the grid
2) Sell these tags
Do I understand this to be correct?
SSTP buys Biodiesel from USSE. SSTP makes electricity. They sell electricity to whoever.. like Vidalia, LA. at competive prices. Since they generate more then used, it goes to a "grid".. like Louisiana Energy and Power Authority at competitive rates....
THIS IS THE KICKER! Since SSTP makes a "green" electricity.. it can sell a "green tag"? Just become certified...
Companies like...
http://www.green-e.org/docs/2005-Green-e_Verification_Report-forweb.pdf
details about green tags or Renewable Energy Certificates (REC)
http://www1.eere.energy.gov/femp/newsevents/fempfocus_article.cfm/news_id=8305
Can SSTP set-up web site to sell green tags?
https://www.greentagsusa.org/GreenTags/offset_average.cfm
that is the funniest thing I ever seen... LOL
What do ya get in return? Might buy 1 just to see what ya get.
Does anyone know how the "green" credits work?
if SSTP sells the extra power to Louisiana Energy and Power Authority, who then owns the credits?
Just updated my spreadsheet to reflect the confirmed tax credits....
PP got me off track with all those BTU calculations... some unknowns possible...
I think should I witness the 5 gallons made in 8.5 min.. and that very same 5 gallons mixed with diesel... It will verify in my mind that this spread could be possible.
http://www.geocities.com/syte.storage/RiveraCostModelUSSErev5.xls
If they weren't making electricity... possible near 30% net income! That's huge for a company IMO
SSTP spread needs work... All input is welcome...
Also.. very much appreciate the opposing view...all IMO.. and I will take PP off iggy to view comments.. His timeout iggy punishment may be about over.. LOL... TIA
Gotta go to big soccer event but will be back later tonight!
PS.. act stupid and get stupid response.. (I read that somewhere around here on IHUB.. LOL)
Great link! and I believe the ALLEGRO 10K makes me feel good this will be source of income...
Working on updating my spread....
Just heard on the radio soybean price $7.37
Anybody find the $.20 tax MS tax credit for verification? TIA
I'm assuming it is correct give validation of the Federal.
More on the reasons for 50/50
Page 3 of Allegro Biodiesel Corporation 10K 2006
"Biodiesel Tax Credit"
Biodiesel’s potential to reduce dependence on foreign petroleum imports in the United States and to support domestic agriculture has prompted the introduction of favorable legislation to encourage its use and production, and to spur investment in the industry. In October 2004, Congress passed a biodiesel tax incentive as part of the American Jobs Creation Act. The incentive allows diesel “blenders,” as registered with the Internal Revenue Service (the “IRS”), to claim an excise tax credit of $1.00 per gallon for biodiesel made from virgin vegetable oil or animal fats, and $0.50 per gallon for biodiesel made from non-virgin oil. This tax credit allows producers of biodiesel to compete effectively with petrodiesel. Originally scheduled to expire at the end of 2006, the tax credit was extended by the Energy Policy Act of 2005 (“EPAct”) to the end of 2008."

I would think USSE qualifies as vegetable oil
Thanks aliangel... Just notice on the WSR...
says the reason for the 50/50 blend is so to qualify for the credit. Page 23
in addition, Federal Gov is $1.00/gallon and $.20/ gallon page 22
Can this be verified.. these amounts have huge impact on my spread..
and now I see why JR say bean price won't matter..
still looking
After reading over the Vidalia page of the WallstreetR
my spread is way off... Any help is welcome... TIA
Humm? Were the two companies separated because they can get more subsidies by making biofuel and then get a green credit when making electricity?
found this... Green Credit for SSTP
http://www.epa.gov/greenpower/buygreenpower/index.htm
Then this for USSE
http://carbonfund.org/site/pages/why_offset_carbon/
Gonna rework the spread later...
funny how only one responded to help giff... trying to decide if worth the trip to MS??
Speckulater.. or anyone...
what is a Green Credit worth today? sorry if repeat of other post..
btw... good post
Ok.. found this.. gonna call today and see what gif can buy...
http://www.epa.gov/greenpower/buygreenpower/index.htm
IDA.. Yep... alway send in advance...
you're not gonna be around?
Ida.. that stuff after the TIA is weird... LOL
Your IQ must be off the map... like in the north pole.
We got us a 13G filer...

I think once RB poster oculi pointed this out the pps shot up...
Anybody want to take a peek at this....

Make sure you watch the formulas... and see the sstp tab
Who all is planning to Attend/listen to the Chat?
April 25, 2007, 4:30pm EDT
It pretty easy... sign up and get a link to a chat site...
What kinda question do you plan on asking?
I'm thinking about putting some numbers to the treasury shares from past director and what it could be worth to us shareholders in new business....
why the did not release sub est with last buy?
What is in the NB future? future churn predictions?
Why not more Wireless?
I think ONYI did Steal/mislead or something from JR....
cause no way you release a softball PR if you were in the right.. notice this... "In addition, the Company has learned of other factors." What da heck does this mean?
Just think about it.. USSE calls you a Fraud...
If ONYI is in the right.. you respond with.. Attorneys are investigating slanderous remarks made by USSE and will use the full ... blah blah.. Maybe they are trying to be nice until the books are returned.. but tell me you don't have a copy.. legal to transfer back.. it's the asset USSE has.
Yep.. USSE no doubt has been wronged.. IMO... Good thing JR keeps that machine... until back to whole... Just my observation.
BTW.. What a saga! LOL
builder.. I'm not in EFTI at present.
I think we'll see OS share up at next 10K... by 4/17 or so to file?
I'm thinking they are/will be in a zero revenue situation due to the re-org. That Laurus Funder gonna take it way down should the company not do something fast... maybe due for major PR?
IMO
Cash flows from financing activities: ; YTD 2006 ; 2005 ; 2004 ; 2003 ; 2002 ; 2001 ; 2000 Total

I picked up some 8.70's and 8.60's
Got several limits in all the way down to 7... We'll see.
Passed a Whole Foods today and finally saw some on the shelf... Here in Indy, none at Mejier or Target. Bought every flavor that was on the shelf that was not out.. both Helios and Lifeway. I grabbed the last bottle of The Original Kefir, it's pretty nasty.. LOL.. it must be an acquired taste... but heck, none on the shelf? NonFat Blueberry Kefir was out... NonFat Strawberry Kefir was like drinking a dessert.. It was great and 0 fat! Makes me wonder if the flavors are the reason for recent success. Probugs was pretty good too... Noticed the Probugs package does not fit the shelf very well.. those pouches.. neat nozzle lid though... my teen were pretty cautious but they liked.. after they saw my face with the original, they were a bit shy.. LOL.. We'll see what those bugs do with my big belly!
I still cannot help but think should they announce a gen has been purchase for delivery on xx date... this one will fly....
I have not looked at mkt caps of similar type companies.. anybody know?
cause that would mean they have fully tested the fuel.. ready to go...
Yeh but your talkin to the fox guarding the hen house....LOL
Just pointin out my fears...
I think this market is super hot right now... so I'd like to think they are starting...
TwoEdgedSword now knows the marketing folks and may be better one to ask.
Humm.. I think that may be what we're seeing...
Near $57 mil cap with $50 mil revs or so...That's OK but Still risky IMO... Frightening is still those Trade Receivables... They are up 25% $3.5 mil yet growth in the Q up $1.5 mil... This fact is a warning sign...
All that kinda reminds me of my fish company I own...
this is a dish from the other side of the world
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=14182245
I thought this board was fer food talkin.. LOL
See'n all the post.. was thinking... gonna get the Appetite ready for tonite!
For all that
both of ya.. take a bit!
no offense taken...
