You hit my button right there when you said this company consumes too much of your attention. Guilty as charged, I am. There's a vision of potential I can almost taste. The fact that a gold company would expand into agriculture and then into carbon credits and kiri trees just as a way to maintain a little income and adapt to the people/land of Sierra Leone shows the management is hell bent to win. I just wanna be there as they do it and enjoy the ride.
Yea, well , the question I have for you is: will I have to buy 'cause I see you have no pockets in your profile? Don't answer. First round's on me.
Horse I think I'm with you. "There's no buck like an honest buck"
I know you understand that there's others who exploit the system. I HAVEN'T a CLUE what they're thinking.
I got robbed last year and in November the guy was sent up for
6 to 14 with 4 years probation after. That's about 100 bucks a year for no sex and no steak and Bubba.....I almost feel sorry for him. Maybe Bubba will buy dinner anna movie.
Point is: I need Cork to identify this BS. I've had friends who pointed a gun to my head (biker types, okay, I have a history) and just as long as I could see down the barrell (filled or not) I knew thier intentions. These wall street guys wanna smile and ask about the family and stuff it up my pink cheeks with out a "you want fries with that".
Ain't it funny how the day to day brings out the cheerleaders or the bashers? Momma told me to hitch your wagon to a good horse.
I think Doug is that horse. Giddy-UP!
Yo Cork! Glad to see your responce. Guess I'm slow but I gotta give you my support.
Wow....Thank goodness you feel so much passion about this, me too.
I still feel that .002 is support:

Maybe I'm off 10% but I'm Okay with being 90% right.
So far.
I don't think Squeeze is reliable. There was a time when shorts had to be filed, I think it was the 23rd of each month. I'm not sure about the date but all that changed and your link to FINRA is the best.
ShortSqueeze? They update their data twice a month. I haven't looked for months. Your data is real time. Thank you for the link.
Please don't look too deeply into the sharp rise in share price today. At .0032 X 1 billion shares = $320,000. My local Poppa-John's can get that. This company is undervalued.
You saw an 'over sold condition' on the charts (I missed it). The market has to drive up share price 'cause as we all know, this company has real potential. SGCP has value over the .0032 end of day quote without any news.
Do I have to sit next to Swamp Rat at the bar on rich guy island?
Long IS Strong!
You called this move last Sunday, G. Good eyes.
We're up 20% today. Quit your crying. If you don't believe in the stock you can sell. If you don't own any don't post.
G---What I shoud have said was I see a nice small pop in share price for no good reason and then a small drop-----IF-----there isn't a production report. No matter how modest the report, we longs hold the majority of shares. That short intrest was the Market Makers trying to provide liquidity for buy/sell orders on an hour to hour basis. They have to make a little money for their employers and they should. But they have to borrow shares to do it. So they do. The longs hold SGCP. I HAVE THE POWER! (don't tell Cathy, my wife)haha
Please understand------
I stare at the charts for hours and beat myself without mercy 'cause I know we as humans, just like the mice we subject to study, will respond to patterns. It's our nature to identify patterns that offer rewards. We repeat these patterns over and over because we win, over and over. Then one day they don't work.
This is the statistical/technical delusion of charting.
I like to think of a story I read as a kid- Moby Dick.
Quay-Quay a tatooed nar-do-well was thowing chicken bones accross the deck for two days as the boat was subdued in a mire. Then, one day, the pattern changed, of all the combinations, not that we might see, there was a deferance from norm that struck an epiphany in the eyes of an enlightened who might be sensitive.
Quay-Quay lifted his head and asked for the ship's carpenter to build a casket...one sealed against the tides of the sea. One that would be the life raft of the only surviver of the ship.
It is there....that change. If we can discover that moment, my brother/sisters.....chartists, the best of them are good 80% of the time.
Big G, here's my take:
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=SGCP&p=D&yr=0&mn=1&dy=0&id=p64346752166&a=191982056
This is all so verry short term but it looks positive. Ya wanna day trade? Threes (.003) can satisfy your lust for easy proffits.
If the share price goes higher we better have the bucks to buy at a higher price 'cause when production numbers come in....Hahahaha
Here's gold:
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=$GOLD&p=D&yr=0&mn=8&dy=0&id=p71530541268&a=117202153&listNum=5
My number short term is 1115.00 and it's holding. There hasen't been investment for support to drive gold higher but I like $1115.00. It's good money for proffit in production.
Two weeks ago I was 50% in cash and I'm buyin' but I'm scared 'cause the Bullish Persent Index is flat lining:
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=$BPGDM&p=D&yr=1&mn=6&dy=0&id=p81791656040&a=179484206
The RSI is oversold
The MADC is averaging lower over five months
So if production were to reep rewards will the investors come in to buy???? I've got money on it!!!!
The company is OK. But this messageboard has lost any imput.
Here's the ticket: Eagle is doing what it has to. They've been up-frount with their filings. We all know the problems that face us:
YNG refused to pay for costs related to their agreement and our mill got an offer from a buyer who hasen't been heard from since.
Hardball? Yea, well, that's what they call it when they want you to believe the saying: "don't hate the player, hate the game" but they're only looking to proffit on the productive efforts of others. Any Way They Can.
This is an investment in a company with real assets. Real potential. Risk your money if you can because you may be rewarded.
Isn't that why they call us "Investors"?
I hate RATS! But you don't remind me of my ex-wife at all! LOL
Here's the ticket: we're gonna buy a 90 HP tractor and the Pres. of Sierra Leonne supports the Carbon Credits. That fullfills requirements of the World Bank to justify support. Read that Field Report, share holders, and understand how the price of CC futures (or forwards)
can multiply when supported by real kerri trees planted on real land.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=SGCP&p=D&yr=0&mn=4&dy=0&id=p27792572038&a=117202162
Geez...it's a fact: a guy goes down, gets thown to the curb, and there are those who will step on his neck. It happens all the time in the market. When a share price is flyin' high everybody wants to hold onto the string of that kite. When the price drops...
all the 'I told ya so' speak loud and clear and 'truth' is on thier side. The answer from main stream pchyology:
"Don't play with it, you'll go blind"
I bought half mill @ .0018 11:57:31. looks like 730000 was traded at that point. Time to put my money where my mouth is, move over Jack Daniels.
It's about 90 degrees in Sierra Leone today and I know poverty I can only remember warmth.
Thanks Pro---It's time to move back into Gold stocks
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=$BPGDM&p=D&yr=1&mn=6&dy=0&id=p81791656040&a=179484206
This is a great indicator, but the pennies seem to make thier own rules.
Soy, ya gotta sell. When you know the price will drop below .002 and you keep holding it's called self-destuction.
November 22,09 the price range was .0015 to .0025 and ended the day at .002. for me that was support, untested.
Get control. You're breaking down. That's what I see.
I deleted your posts. All the cheese WILL be mine!
A little bit of charting here: .002 is a strong support and we bounced off that a little but without real production numbers and with two dredgers the up-side is limited by the fundementals.
$200,000 is what SGCP is worth.
We need World Bank approval for our CC prodject. That's where the money is. For that we'll have to outline commitments for the people of Sierra Leon. Jobs for sure. Anything to advance their lives and reduce poverty will comply with the ideals of the Bank's mandate. Futures are okay, maybe get us $.20 on the dollar.
We need more production. Don't worry about delution just yet.
And QUIT HAVING FUN, damn it!
put it back in your pants, remauto. Back in the 1930's the next wave of gloom came from European banks. Their failure led to Glass/Stieglle act of 1932. Which was dumped by a majority vote after Clinton refused to sign in 1999. Gramm–Leach–Bliley Act of 1999 was enacted. The major banks lobied for 20 or more years to change it. Payed major bucks.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glass%E2%80%93Steagall_Act
By far the most voting for were Republicans but the Dems added. Soy is just revieling current events that may be a blast from the past.
Starting to add today; half mill at .0026. Fingers crossed. God Bless
Looks like we got another assistant on the moderater board, Bullishtrade. Well good luck to ya. But we lost a member, Pro-Truck. I know this ain't a perfect world but when sgcp does blast off and we're all filthy, stinkin', self-absorbed rich bastards will it change us or will we just be as self-important as our needs make us? I'd like an appology sent. Reaching out is a sign of strenghth. Blindness forces us to make the same mistakes.
Oh... and another thing....There's a survey to squash soy and his 'uncle'. How 'bout we just forget about the survey and let the two golden rules prevail:
You are posting to the Sierra Gold Corporation (SGCP) board. Please keep your post about the stock and company. Do not post about other users or other stocks.
Your post may be removed if it contains off-topic or other content that violates the terms of the User Agreement.
Hell, maybe I violated them. Sorry for the rant to all.
Maybe this can back you up,Eye:

Dear Pro-Truck, love your posts. I'm Teamsters. Local 626. I'm a 'Profesional Truck Driver' I are! I'm been takin' da' test an every tin! Ex-ceptin da eye exam. Hahahaha! I know you talk the truth but this is a forum and opinion can be just as important. Let it out Bro...
I'm a free rider on this forum but everyone here would like to hear your views. May-be I shud-a-na-not started this post with
"Dear" . Not a guy thing but I'm okay with dinner anna movie. Hittin' and pitchin'.......as long as I'm in the game.Hahaha.
Truth be known: I posted before about 'holding Doug's feet to the fire' and that is just wrong. I have every respect for the vision of the management of this company. I won't call Doug, if I were in a position such as I envision for Doug, I would be all smiles. I think it's important to let the future take it's course. I do not own 5% of the company.
Speculation or investment? Two years ago I made a speculative purchase in the shares of SGCP. Now, the management has turned that purchase into an investment.
Orca.....ya surf! Holly Mole-ly. The only thing we ever got from the left coast was Double-Domes. Too young to be experienced? Still hoping for those flash-backs we were promised. Oooooops, those Dancing Bears. Yes, i think we as a country SHOULD bail Cala out! LOL!!!! :- )
Just in from the night shift, east coast. Thanks for the reply whatchettbubb, I'm just letting my imagination roll inspired by the many posts here.
The World Bank will want to know where the money goes and SGCP has to fill in the blanks on the various forms before CC's are credited. They gotta answer to the eyes of the world.
We'll plant trees and in seven years we'll harvest and we'll need to mill and export. At this present time we will have to plant and care for our investment. Next step: Roads aren't tough to build; clear and level. Dress with fines and gravel (river bottem from dredging) This is how it starts. Modestly, perhaps. But as one industry develops another is born. Banking is key and construction/infrastucture is the reality.
I'm an invester and I can hold the candle to Doug's ass. I think he knows just how much he and all the management can offer. I think we will all be rewarded.
Bulldozer, Front end loader, Heavy lift Helo...Maybe Doug wants a Gold company but he's opened up a construction/banking industry that the people of Sierra Leon will trust only him! He can be the best bidder on any construction/infrastucture job and the funding will go though First Sierra Bank (AKA...SGCP)
I'm with ya, my brother!!!!! I woulda sold 10% @.012. never made it..never sold any. My imagination is going crazy: 10 Million and we build new roads in Sierra Leon. Next year we build Rail Roads, Electric Generation, Tellecom, BANKING! Hell, hospitals and even cable TV! We can transform a nation. All with CC's. All with a management that has vision and integrety.
I gotta bid in for .003 Good 'Til Cancel. I don't think it's gonna fill if a field report comes. Doug will talk when he something to say. Maybe someone with Level 2 can confirm.....today's action is about buyers bulking-up at a discount.
Great posts from everyone. I find myself spending more time here day after day. I'm hoping we got the dredgers set-up now and they may be on the job doing thier thing. I'm not convinced the World Bank will move quickly on the CC prodject. It will come but we should look to another 4 to 6 months. If we sell futures they will bring a smaller price. We can be pleased with that, too. Netherlands ? who ever, will be Very happy. I believe the US will pass some legislation on Cap and Trade this year and that's gonna be a huge help. IMO: I can wait.
Great vid, Orca! HAPPY NEW YEAR to ALL! I'm gettin' pumped-up. New production, Great potential. Lotta work ahead for sure but I love the management of this company. No matter what potential the numbers show these guys are gonna make it happen. It takes a lotta integrity to be so forthright and candid with all the field reports and six months ago who woulda thought to sell CC's? To your health, All Longs!
Sounds like 'It's Wonderful Life' on the sea, Muaythai. I read some news and it probably had a negative effect on our share price:
http://www.bloomberg.com/apps/news?pid=newsarchive&sid=a8TD.WeBNprk
It's dated December 21, 2009 and I was reluctant to post it but perhaps it's best to know all the news.
I've been up all night, talked to Santa and He assures me Sierra Gold will have a merry and prosperous new year and so shall we all.
You're talking about the fraud article?
The bulk of our legislative governmet, you know, the guys that make the rules, are infuenced by lobyists who represent groups that wish to make thier opinions important. Look what's happening to Health Care.....over 600,000,000.00 (yea 600 Mil) has been spent to infuence thier bill. Even the Teamsters are spending to fight it. Every human will need health care at some point in thier lives. It would seem the human thing to do; provide the talent to see to the needs of the constituency. If only at a basic level. And here we have carbon credits. A nice capitolistic answer. A "carot and stick" : you make polution (burn fuels emitting carbon and toxics) to make a profit and some of that profit must pay to reduce the human cost you've burdened. The carrot: if you serve the ecology of the planet and reduce polutants you will be rewarded. Real simple. Brimg it to Capitol Hill and the lobyists are droolling over the cash that Coal will pay. That's why nothing has been done with Cap and Trade. They talk about a free market and here we are at the birth of a new commodity yet there's the lobyists representing intrests who stand to loose. Exxon just bought EXO, a Natural Gas Producer. Whatch how fast Cap and Trade goes to law now. Gas produces 30% less carbon than oil. Instantly complying with Kyoto protocalls for the next 20 years. Gas is abundant.
Thank you for letting me vent on this subject that's so important to me and humanity. I do believe it's important to SGCP also.
Thanks Tough, you explained my sentiments. There's traders looking for bargans and holders unwilling to sell. The LONGS hold the advantage. Let's hope this continues until we start production. I just don't have a lotta faith in the World Bank's ability to get the job done quickly. I think they get 11.5 months vacation per year.
Yea, you're right, for now. The carbon credits-futures-whatever- are relient on the World Bank. I wouldn't have an account with them. Sounds negative? They're a bit of a knuckle-head org. Reminds me of a groupe of guys more interested in covering thier "A" than making a mark on world social order.
I never type this much. You're probably right. 650,000,000 shares.
Perhaps we've sold more. I'm thinking the longs have bought. Perhaps I'm wrong but the lack of trades today tell me different. There just isn't anyone willing to sell.
