put it back in your pants, remauto. Back in the 1930's the next wave of gloom came from European banks. Their failure led to Glass/Stieglle act of 1932. Which was dumped by a majority vote after Clinton refused to sign in 1999. Gramm–Leach–Bliley Act of 1999 was enacted. The major banks lobied for 20 or more years to change it. Payed major bucks.

By far the most voting for were Republicans but the Dems added. Soy is just revieling current events that may be a blast from the past.
