Mornin babe. Hangover's gone now so I can trade today! How was your H-Day?
Heh Mil it's not a day off if you're on the puter!
Keep it down we're sleepin!
OkeeDokee me gonna hold ya to that!
I have no problem with that unless they get greedy and dump into the rise!
A bit perplexed myself on this one. With all that volume and the bid stacking through the afternoon I honestly expected a close at $.46 or better.
Guess that's all part of the one armed bandit fun!
Stockwire's been calling for a run to .60 for 3 weeks so I'm not holding my breath for that level. By the looks of level 2s I think we'll see maybe .54, .55 then back to .40, .42 or so.
As long as the lows are higher and the penny fundimentals stay positive then she'll climb and fall and climb and fall which is good. I like stock pops as well as the next guy but a slow setp ladder climb is better.
I think some of it could be short covering but I would agree I expected the PPS to move higher on the action... a bit perplexing....

Hi all hope you had a great holiday....
Ha ha, yuk yuk, I just spent the weekend on the boat. LOL
Stockwire email: In order to be a successful trader, you need to be aware of all the indicators that could help move a stock higher. I have discovered 3 solid reasons why I believe VVWT’s PPS will hit $.60 and more by the end of next week.
The first reason this might happen is because we are getting to month’s end and most of the shorts will be forced to cover their positions. Many brokerage houses force illegal shorts to close out their positions because they do not want to show the short positions on their books and report them over month end. This week starts a new month and a lot of stock needs to be purchased to close out their short positions. I believe the short position according to Tom Ronk is now around 1.5-2 million shares.
If some of you were watching Time and Sales on VVWT on Friday, you could see blocks of stock being bought at around the $.40 level. In one minute, more than 100,000 shares were purchased for no apparent reason. This was a big indicator that the shorts know they have to clean up their positions in a few days, so they started the process.
If they have to buy back around 1.5-2 million shares by the end of next week, the stock could literally go straight through $.60 without any problem.
The second reason is because the chart is technically in a bullish pattern. As you can see by the chart to the right, we now have higher lows, which is a bullish pattern.
We also have a technical breakout in volume. Thursday’s volume totaled 212,596 and Friday’s totaled 481,236. That is a 126% increase in total volume and this confirms the move higher.
Lastly, the Company put out a press release on Thursday two hours before the close. They announced that they have recently signed sub-distribution agreements for the Mexico City area. These agreements are with Circle-K, AM/PM, Go-Mart, and many smaller independently owned convenience stores.
There are very few times in a trader’s life that you get the opportunity to stick it to the shorts like the opportunity we have right now.
Those blocks of stock being bought on Friday were a huge sign that the time has come for them to close out their positions. If the stock begins to move higher at a fast pace, they could be closing them out at a major loss and a big profit for all of us.
Next week should be a fun week!
Hi board, greetings from the middle of Lake Ontario, having some great weather here so enjoying the holiday weekend. Launched on friday and decided to take the season "test run" and never came back! Got a storm coming in so just dropped by to say hi before heading for shore.
Hope everyone is having a good weekend and for those veteran families (3 serving in my family); Happy Memorial Day.
Congrats to CS for winning. Good thing she picked a studly for display! K gotta run, waves are about 3 - 4'. Getting hard to type with all this rocking!

I'm playing two games right now; Short on GM with Jun. 30 puts and long on TM 130 Jul. calls. This week I also added some RWC and SIX.
PR only draws traders for flipping...revenue and growth draws gambling investors. In the mean time we flip to make money and DCA core holdings down but until we see some numbers pinky or otherwise we will trade in a range.
Just because it's a pink sheet does not mean they can not report revenues. They're not required but can if they like.....
Just venting a bit but at this point honestly who cares what added delay might be caused....We have a stock that is worth a fraction of the value most of us have invested....shall we just keep waiting and waiting and waitin????
At this point I may advise Dennis that I am going to explore a shareholder litigation avenue. It seems like we have been misled previously with regard to progress and OTC listing as well as dilution.
All we really need at this point is sales data and revenue $$. There is no reason that this info should be delayed any further.
Like I said before the company needs to post forcasts of sales and revenue based on positioning.
Viva World Trade Signs Sub-Distribution Agreements for Mexico City Area
2:07p ET May 24, 2007 (Market Wire)
Viva World Trade, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: VVWT) and its Mexican subsidiary Canmex Imports (the "Company," "Viva" or "Canmex"), an importer and distributor of premium alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in Mexico, are pleased to announce that the Company has signed product Sub-Distribution Agreements for Mexico City and the surrounding suburban areas.
Under the Agreements, "mike's hard lemonade" will be distributed across the Mexico City area to a potential network of over 4,000 retail outlets. This impressive distribution network includes such notable Mexico retailers as Circle-K, AM/PM, Go-Mart, and many smaller independently owned convenience stores.
The three independent beverage distributors included in the Agreements are: Tiendas de Descuento de la Central de Abasto S.A. de C.V. (1187 retail liquor outlets), Surtidora de Bebidas y Alimentos S.A. de C.V. (2100 retail liquor outlets), and Gato Volador S.A. de C.V. (1200 retail liquor outlets).
Product inventory has already been delivered to two of the distributors, with the other distributor having placed an order which is currently being fulfilled by the Company. Terms of the Agreements provide for an industry standard thirty days credit to the distributors.
"The signing of sub-distribution agreements for the Mexico City area is a key component to our strategy for complete market coverage within Mexico. In the near future, we expect to penetrate other major market centers within Mexico through similar agreements with other beverage distributors," said Neil Mikkelsen, President & CEO.

Memorial day comin so gotta relevel the concrete flower boxes, open the pool, clean the deck and launch the "lake float"
Happy trading hope evry one goes green for the holiday.
Until we get the next catalyst we will probably hover here to down a bit. Like I said before I will accumulate on dips but not above my DCA of $.27 without news.
We've got great weather so I'm "gardening" this week as Memorial day three day weekend is usually slow EOW.
PS I'm am also on the GM $30 Jun. puts and TM $130 Jul calls
Yes and no, I flipped some and held some. All the pr hype from stockwire has been traded so now I'm waiting for the next catalyst.
My dca'd base is like $.27 so we're still green.
True but we're up!
Hi chickies. Been too busy to even do drive bys lately! Was at a friend's "Tiki Bar" today....sunny and warm here.
Am I winnin?
Sort of a holding pattern here. Post 343 spot on. Been crazy busy here (Limo's and prom season) lately. I will be around tomorrow but as of now still long and strong with my core.
The company at this point needs to start talking #s for the next move.....
VVWT Weeeeeeeeeee.....eom
VVWT Weeeeeeee.eom.
OK so I'm latewith my pick. I have not even read the rules or considered the prize but I'll take VVWT...
Been one of those weekends! I must have transported 20 brides and probably nearly 2500 prom kids....wheh I am exhasted!
Since I'm probably the first one here today GM all. See you in the daylight!
Stockwire update; "What a battle it has been with the shorts these past few weeks. Just the other day, I felt like I had gone 12 rounds with Tyson after the market closed. After coming to, I realized I am long around 480,000 shares of VVWT. It is definitely going to be very interesting to see how the next few weeks turn out.
I just got an email from Tom Ronk about the total short interest in the stock and if his information is as accurate as he says it his, the stock could explode. From January 2007 to May 2007, the total aggregate number of shares shorted in this time period is approximately 2.8 million shares. This equates to a possible $980,000 buy in from the short side.
This is not guaranteed, but as you can see, I have decided to take a pretty big gamble on it, because it could turn out to be a very profitable one.
This type of investing is not for everyone, because it is very volatile and is only for the seasoned trader.
I am a risk taker and I believe that in order for me to be able to make a lot of money, I need to be willing to lose money. It is the nature of this beast that we call “The Micro Cap Market”.
This past Friday, Viva put out a press release stating that they have secured a $1,000,000 Funding Agreement with an original investor. What a lot of people will breeze by in this press release and not recognize, is the part where it says the following:
“In addition to the signed Funding Agreement, the Company has also received unsolicited offers from professional investment firms to provide funding for its ongoing business operations. These unsolicited offers were unequivocally rejected by Company management as they did not add shareholder value or benefit to the Company's current business strategy.”
Now why is this paragraph important to VVWT shareholders?
What many micro cap investors do not know, is that there are a ton of very shady investment firms out there that are looking to give away money to small companies. This may sound weird, but trust me, it happens all the time.
What usually occurs when a shady investment firm sees a company like VVWT begin to trade with a lot of volume, is that the firm will go short the stock and try to pound it down. Now in order to close out their position, they will need to buy back the stock or they have the option to offer the company financing in exchange for stock. Ah haaaaaa! Now you see where I am going with this.
So they will call the company and offer them money because they believe their company is one of the best companies on the Pink Sheet market. Riiiggghhhhhtttt. What they really want to do, is to send over a term sheet right away, so they can secure their stock position and close out their trade. Most of the time they want free trading stock. Now isn’t that convenient.
You go short stock on a small public company and then offer them short term financing in return for stock. What a great idea!
Most small companies jump all over the opportunity, because hey, they need money to survive. What the companies don’t realize, is that the firm that is offering them money is already short their stock.
One must truly understand, that legitimate money almost never comes searching for anyone or any company – especially a small company like Viva. When a fairly new company is starting out, they will have to knock on many doors in order to find legitimate money. Small Hedge Funds are notorious for doing these shady “PIPE” fundings.
So now that this has happened, what does it mean for shareholders?
In my opinion, these are most likely the people who are short in VVWT right now and are worried about their current position. After all, no one likes to lose money.
So what I am hoping for, along with many other shareholders, is that they are at the end of their rope and that they need to buy back in. If and when this happens, is when we could see the stock price move sharply higher.
This is not guaranteed, but I have decided to take a chance on it – knowing I could be totally wrong.
Again, this type of investing is not for everyone, because it is very volatile and is only for the seasoned trader.
Stay tuned!"
Good morning, Yes early AM here. Have a safe trip.
Well said, thanks again for your charts and insightful T/A
You too...Not too shabby today I'd call it a positive signal and I think David's T/A will submit same.
As a general rule of thumb I don't open or add to long positions on Fridays. Come monday however I would not be fearful of adding more between .36 and .40.
