Viva World Trade Signs Sub-Distribution Agreements for Mexico City Area

Viva World Trade, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: VVWT) and its Mexican subsidiary Canmex Imports (the "Company," "Viva" or "Canmex"), an importer and distributor of premium alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in Mexico, are pleased to announce that the Company has signed product Sub-Distribution Agreements for Mexico City and the surrounding suburban areas.
Under the Agreements, "mike's hard lemonade" will be distributed across the Mexico City area to a potential network of over 4,000 retail outlets. This impressive distribution network includes such notable Mexico retailers as Circle-K, AM/PM, Go-Mart, and many smaller independently owned convenience stores.
The three independent beverage distributors included in the Agreements are: Tiendas de Descuento de la Central de Abasto S.A. de C.V. (1187 retail liquor outlets), Surtidora de Bebidas y Alimentos S.A. de C.V. (2100 retail liquor outlets), and Gato Volador S.A. de C.V. (1200 retail liquor outlets).
Product inventory has already been delivered to two of the distributors, with the other distributor having placed an order which is currently being fulfilled by the Company. Terms of the Agreements provide for an industry standard thirty days credit to the distributors.
