Well, out of fairness, you said on November 10th it would drop to a penny (or thereabouts) within a day - and of course it did not. Then you said it would be sub-penny at the end of last week - and it wasn’t. So if you did get one right out of many, I’ll chalk it off to even a blind squirrel finds a nut occasionally.

Valid point of view. As you mentioned, I’m far more optimistic than you are, but your position is a valid one to have.

Here is an example of a manipulator. Knows nothing. Flips back and forth as a bull and/or bear on the stock to make some money flipping while we await FINRA. No problem with him making money - only have a problem with him outright lying to you that he knows anything about FINRA's timetables.

Most people here have lost their minds with this ticker. Here's the truth - NONE OF YOU KNOW WHAT'S GOING TO HAPPEN WITH FINRA!! You're all making educated guesses, or worse yet, you're trying to manipulate others with outright lies. Stop the madness. Until/Unless FINRA approves the name/ticker changes, the stock is going to be stuck in a cycle of being flipped and manipulated. If you're a long, WHO CARES! If you're a flipper, go make some money while it's stuck in this cycle. If FINRA refuses to approve the changes, it's finished here. If FINRA does approve the changes, the flippers better hope that they happen to be holding at that time or they miss out big time. That's it - that's all there is to it. Longs are hoping that George will be able to convince FINRA that the new regime is worthy of a fresh start and that they shouldn't be held accountable for the "sins of their father." Sharp-haters (and there are some that are only here because they detest him) are hoping that FINRA rules against George. We will find out fairly soon I'd imagine which way it's going to go. Ok - except that the tweet doesn't say that FINRA has rejected - just says it is asking for more info. So we're not in the same position as prior management.

That being said, this tweet certainly does create the real concern that FINRA may not approve the name and symbol changes (maybe they will, maybe they won't). So, I would agree that the second tweet was created to soften the blow somewhat. Overall, a net loss from the 2 tweets imo - not a net gain. Time will tell what happens. I still will hold due to the risk/reward ratio. However, that ratio is a bit less attractive this afternoon then it was this morning.

Don't get me wrong Smitty - I own SRNW too and would love to see it pop. But the volume today does not appear to be suitors swarming.

Very true. I have said all along that I may be wrong and if I am, I'll own up to it here. This is "gambling money" so to speak and I'm making a speculative play with GVSI because I think the risk/reward is favorable. But I'm not trying to deceive anyone on this board unlike some others.

He/She (a/k/a, "The Whale") is specifically stating that Sharp lied to a Judge under oath - meaning that he committed perjury. That is classic defamation assuming Sharp did not lie. So, what I'm saying is that if George is doing what I happen to think he is doing - meaning, he must wait for FINRA prior to moving forward with the merger, then he is NOT lying under oath and would have a civil defamation lawsuit against this BS artist the Whale.
