He/She (a/k/a, "The Whale") is specifically stating that Sharp lied to a Judge under oath - meaning that he committed perjury. That is classic defamation assuming Sharp did not lie. So, what I'm saying is that if George is doing what I happen to think he is doing - meaning, he must wait for FINRA prior to moving forward with the merger, then he is NOT lying under oath and would have a civil defamation lawsuit against this BS artist the Whale.
