Ok - except that the tweet doesn't say that FINRA has rejected - just says it is asking for more info. So we're not in the same position as prior management.

That being said, this tweet certainly does create the real concern that FINRA may not approve the name and symbol changes (maybe they will, maybe they won't). So, I would agree that the second tweet was created to soften the blow somewhat. Overall, a net loss from the 2 tweets imo - not a net gain. Time will tell what happens. I still will hold due to the risk/reward ratio. However, that ratio is a bit less attractive this afternoon then it was this morning.
