In My Hand I Hold A Ball,
White And Dimpled, Rather Small.
Oh, How Bland It Does Appear,
This Harmless Looking Little Sphere.
By Its Size I Could Not Guess,
The Awesome Strength It Does Possess.
But Since I Fell Beneath Its Spell,
I've Wandered Through The Fires Of Hell.
My Life Has Not Been Quite The Same,
Since I Chose To Play This Stupid Game.
It Rules My Mind For Hours On End,
A Fortune It Has Made Me Spend.
It Has Made Me Yell, Curse And Cry,
Hate Myself And Want To Die.
It Promises A Thing Called Par,
If I Can Hit It Straight And Far.
To Master Such A Tiny Ball,
Should Not Be Very Hard At All.
But My Desires The Ball Refuses,
And Does Exactly As It Chooses.
It Hooks And Slices, Dribbles And Dies,
And Even Disappears Before My Eyes.
Often It Will Have A Whim,
To Hit A Tree Or Take A Swim.
With Miles Of Grass On Which To Land,
Finds A Tiny Patch Of Sand.
Then Has Me Offering Up My Soul,
If Only It Would Find The Hole.
It's Made Me Whimper Like A Pup,
And Swear That I Will Give It Up.
And Take To Drink To Ease My Sorrow,
But The Ball Knows ... I'll Be Back Tomorrow.
Stand proud you noble swingers of clubs and losers of balls....
A recent study found the average golfer walks about 900 miles a year.
Another study found golfers drink, on average, 22 gallons of alcohol a Year.
That means, on average, golfers get about 41 miles to the gallon.
Kind of makes you proud. Almost feel like a hybrid
If it was me would make sure I had bail money with me just waiting for the day I meet the thief in person, many questions for him and he better have the right answers
we should dilute him
Not everyone is stuck TS raped commons when he sold wisebuys to seaway and again when he paid himself 260K. Preferreds he hold are just a bonus if he ever gets to sell them so he his way ahead of the game as are his fellow bedmates at YA.
I actually believe he believes his own lies since he lies so much especially to common shareholders, can't recall the last time he spoke the truth.
similiar to the missed legacy CD he knew nothing about, typical lying by the CEO
I can't believe I invested in a stock where the CEO is a little twerp afraid to show his face and doesn't answer the phone. Talk about a chicken $hit those classmates at Taft had his number when they said he was a wining coward. TS I can't wait for the day I run into you face to face you won't have a chance I will get my answers to my questions on this scam you have running.
I wish everyday that the worst possible scenarios in life befall you, your family and closest scaming friends. Hope your passport is up to date you will definitely need it to get away from those you scammed.
BBB do you have a link to a site that shows short interest on a company as of yesterdays date (any company)
WALMART INTERVIEW
A manager at Wal-Mart had the task of hiring someone to fill a job opening. After sorting through a stack of resumes he found four people who were equally qualified. He decided to call the four in and ask them only one question. Their answer would determine which of them would get the job.
The day came and as the four sat around the conference room table, the interviewer asked, 'What is the fastest thing you know of?'
The first man replied, 'A THOUGHT.' It just pops into your head. There's no warning.
'That's very good!' replied the interviewer.. 'And, now you sir?', he asked the second man.
'Hmmm...let me see 'A blink! It comes and goes and you don't know that it ever happened. A BLINK is the fastest thing I know of.'
'Excellent!' said the interviewer. 'The blink of an eye, that's a very popular cliche for speed.' He then turned to the third man, who was contemplating his reply.
'Well, out at my dad's ranch, you step out of the house and on the wall there's a light switch. When you flip that switch, way out across the pasture the light on the barn comes on in less than an instant. 'Yep, TURNING ON A LIGHT is the fastest thing I can think of'.
The interviewer was very impressed with the third answer and thought he had found his man. 'It 's hard to beat the speed of light,' he said.
Turning to BUBBA, the fourth and final man, the interviewer posed the same question.
Old Bubba replied, 'After hearing the previous three answers, it's obvious to me that the fastest thing known is DIARRHEA.'
'WHAT!?' said the interviewer, stunned by the response.
'Oh sure', said BUBBA. 'You see, the other day I wasn't feeling so good, and I ran for the bathroom, but before I could THINK, BLINK, or TURN ON THE LIGHT, I had already shit my pants.'
BUBBA is now the new greeter at a Wal-Mart near you!
You probably will think of this every time you enter a Wal-Mart from now on!
And no fear of losing money since he overpaid himself and family for Wisebuys, collected a 250K salary for half a year. If Seaway goes belly up he loses only free shares he gave himself. Plus who knows what certain CD holders while converting may have throw for bones his way just for taking out those ridiculus CD's. What other back door deals did he make to fill his and family pockets? He doesn't fear hanging out with those similiar to himself since they are all involved in such deals also. Old saying of look who is calling the kettle black comes to mind
LB wasn't there a post from someone showing he used paid pumpers from here while diluting? I seem to recall someone posting that.
Mav thats news to me at least I haven't run into him up north wish I had the time to just hunt for him 24 X 7.
Jim I for one would love to have a search and find on TS as he has not shown his face in public up here. If anyone spots him I would appreciate a heads up as to when and where. If anyone knows of a social function he is attending by chance please post it or PM me , I am hunting him for answers since he will not respond to e-mails or calls. I want a face to face confrontation and my questions answered. Until the day I die I will hunt him.
As a common shareholder I expect the CEO of a company to explain his actions that have cost commons millions of $ while he has propered in its wake.
The above statements are not threats just facts and this posting is not a violation of TOU, I want answers and I will find him no matter what just like other companies I am invested in I believe in getting answers from the horses mouth when none are being PR'd that answer my questions, as a stockholder I have that right even if I owned 1 share TS works for me not himself.
There are quite a few of us wishing that but seems he is not in his so called office for that fear mostly. He has screwed and pi$$ed off some of the really wrong people and the fact he thinks he is free from repocussions shows his real arrogance. Evidently his family feels what he has done is justified since they have not put any pressure on him which shows his families true values. If that was my brother or son or close family member he would be hearing about constantly in fact I would notify those he screwed of his wherabout but that is because I value my family name and what it stands for.
He should be thankful he lives in this country otherwise he would be in deep crap in some third world court of law.
Many feel most will chaulk up losses to experience I could agree if it wasn't caused by the CEO directly and if he had suffered such losses also. It may be stinky pinky land but it is still a loss caused by a scam under management's full knowledge and control. He wanted to lay down in bed with YA and KK so he is responsible for the shareprice not the economy, not the common shareholders but TS all by himself. He needs to pay the piper one way or another.
By the way TS if you read this your classmates Tim P and John M said to say hello they remember you and have had nothing good to say about you.
but if he is indicted and found guilty there are less places to hide from public view while wearing orange and inside restricted spaces. LOL
Each year the golf league I run includes diff scramble tournaments. This year (2009) we have a 4 member scramble, 4 member 3 club only, and a 2 member trifecta tourney. Anyone out there have any other ideas involving scramble play tourneys either for 2 member or 4 member teams.
Lucky have you heard back on any of your e-mails to gallo? I would think that even if half the ihubers for this board fired off an e-mail it would draw some attention.
I would be able to accept the drop in shareprice if it hadn't been an orchestrated play in such a way that TS lost nothing, while his friends and family reaped large rewards during it.
I know the legacy CD has been beat to death but the fact that TS reused YA after they screwed us shows he could care less since they didn't screw him personnally, did he gain something for himself that is the question. To me that was a real shady deal which points to the possible kick back scam otherwise why use them after their screwing of us.
What has he lost in the last year financially nothing, his preferr's cost him not one dime in fact if you factor in the overpayment for wisebuys and his salary he could surrender more then half his preferr's and still be 1000% ahead of the game at todays prices with no monentary loss at all.
His arrogance around not communicating to common shareholders can be traced back to his Taft days since a few classmates from that Watertown CT school mentioned privately that he was very arrogant while there and had a hard time fitting in.
2-4-6-7-10-11-13-15-17-20-22-23
There are many of us that took a ride so far with TS and his plan
I have gotten a laugh regarding the Maduff ponzi scam though, what he did is small potatoes compared to the Social security ponzi scam our government is running. Social Security is not much different, collect money from people now to pay people who paid in previously. How is that any different? LOL
well as I said in a previous response to another I lost on the big boards but don't feel they scammed me unlike this stock so my judgement is much harsher on TS and my search much deeper for him.
FSTEDDIE I agree but at least most of those didn't sway their verbiage as much as here, I lost money on some big boards that I am not in the least afraid of dumping more in currently unlike this one. Also the big boards CEo's loss also unlike here. What has TS lost nothing everything he currently holds was free above what we paid him for his share of wisebuys (which we really overpaid also) so he has lost nothing
Geo you feel that people who have lost 10's of thosands will just sit by idle and not attempt anything letting him off scott free? If enough people complain enough times someone will hear it and maybe take action.
i agree with you 100% I wasn't defending him by no means
I am a firm believer he new about the missed debt and recieved fiancial gain from it on the side. He may have even planned it from the start as a way of helping to support his lifestyle at the cost of commons.
Preferred shares he owns should be split between common longs who still hold shares from prior to the R\S which he wasn't going to perform except to uplist another lie. Yes he stated or should I say Investor relations stated the R\S was needed to satisfy outstanding CD's, but who kept signing those death warrants at no cost to his shares Good old boy TS, he should forfit his pay as well. If I owned a business and someone who worked for me cost me what TS has costed the commons in value while helping this employees friends and family reap huge rewards I would definitely fire that employee. No one on this board would keep and employee that has cost their business this much in the last year and a half.
I lost money in other stocks yet that doesn't bother me like this one since the CEO and other insiders didn't lie, swindle and hide the facts from me while they dumped cash into their own accounts to support their families high end living.
gee a little over $1g in buys today hows is TS going to keep his family in the lifestyle they are accustomed to? Maybe he will give himself a raise and a bonus for a job well done last year. He was successful in many ways so he does derserve a bonus, lets see he may $ for YA, himself, friends and family, other CD holders while all along not sacrificing one thin dime of his holdings. They must be all patting themselves on the back for a job well done and now with the newly public hacketts he can double his income so his family can rub elbows with the high and almightly mongels. Watching the history channel last night and he seems to fit all the topics they where discussing "7 deadly sins"
I sure don't intend to average down in fact I feel TS owes me for supporting his and his families lifestyles for the last year or so. He has not by any standard earned any of his salary last year, in fact he should be kicking back his profits from the sale of Wisebuys to longs and giving up 49% of his preferreds as well. Evidently the powers to be that have police ability over this manipulation\shareholder theft have bigger fish to fry but I will continue to e-mail them weekly regarding the theft by deception of my money in this stock until the thief comes clean. His misrepresented PR's and backdoor dealings only benifited himself and family. He may have had good intentions at 1st (I am unlikely to believe that) but in any case mix good fruit with bad as in his case and the hold bucket becomes rotten. Only way to fix it is throw the bad fruit away wash the bucket with a good cleaning product and put new fruit in. He should resign and forfit all his preferreds, residences and other material possessions he has purchased using our stolen funds. IMHO
LB I agree with that point you only lose if you sell but then don't forget the other "you also only lose if you die before it actually goes green which may be the case with any of us over the age of 50 LOL
Lightbeam in order for TS to sue him it would require TS to eventually show himself in public which at this time he is definitely wetting his pants about doing that. He probably is so afraid of being seen that the lights in his house stay off with curtains drawn as he moves about. Acually spoke to several of his classmates from Taft and they all said is was a little scrawny twerp while attending school there and would run and hide as soon as any trouble came his way for fear of getting the crap kicked out of him.
Seems nothing has changed from his Taft school days.
Soapy a little humor for the day
A Japanese company (Toyota) and an American company (General Motors) decided to have a canoe race on the Missouri River . Both teams practiced long and hard to reach their peak performance before the race.
On the big day, the Japanese won by a mile.
The Americans, very discouraged and depressed, decided to investigate the reason for the crushing defeat. A management team made up of senior management was formed to investigate and recommend appropriate action.
Their conclusion was the Japanese had 8 people rowing and 1 person steering, while the American team had 7 people steering and 2 people rowing.
Feeling a deeper study was in order; American management hired a consulting company and paid them a large amount of money for a second opinion.
They advised, of course, that too many people were steering the boat, while not enough people were rowing.
Not sure of how to utilize that information, but wanting to prevent another loss to the Japanese, the rowing team's management structure was totally reorganized to 4 steering supervisors, 2 area steering superintendents and 1 assistant superintendent steering manager.
They also implemented a new performance system that would give the 2 people rowing the boat greater incentive to work harder. It was called the 'Rowing Team Quality First Program,' with meetings, dinners and free pens for the rowers. There was discussion of getting new paddles, canoes and other equipment, extra vacation days for practices and bonuses. The pension program was trimmed to 'equal the competition' and some of the resultant savings were channeled into morale boosting programs and teamwork posters.
The next year the Japanese won by two miles.
Humiliated, the American management laid-off one rower, halted development of a new canoe, sold all the paddles, and canceled all capital investments for new equipment. The money saved was distributed to the Senior Executives as bonuses.
The next year, try as he might, the lone designated rower was unable to even finish the race (having no paddles,) so he was laid off for unacceptable performance, all canoe equipment was sold and the next year's racing team was out-sourced to India .
Sadly, the End.
Here's something else to think about: General Motors has spent the last thirty years moving factories out of the US, claiming they can't make money paying American wages.
TOYOTA has spent the last thirty years building more than a dozen plants inside the US. The last quarter's results: TOYOTA makes 4 billion in profits,
while GM racked up 21,986 billion in losses YTD 2008. Look for yourself;
http://finapps.forbes.com/finapps/jsp/finance/compinfo/CIAtAGlance.jsp?tkr=gm
GM folks are still scratching their heads and collecting bonuses...with their tin cups in hand looking for bailouts from the tax payers.
IF THIS WEREN'T SO TRUE IT MIGHT ACTUALLY BE FUNNY.
Though it isn't golf you folks may want to try your luck at this pickem

It would have been if TS didn't cheat all the commons for his own gain, even with the money he has made I would not for one second want to be in his shoes, there are many that don't take to being ripped off the way he has done it to commons, he has to be looking over his shoulder every time he ventures out in public that is if he ever does. Maybe he throws the little kid next door a bone to get his grocieries or run his errands since he is definitely a coward when it comes to facing his disgrunteled shareholders. He has definitely put his immediate family in the crosshairs of public outrage and they deserve it so for not forcing him to come clean.
By the way even his fellow classmates from Taft say he was a little crybaby complaining all the time when others picked on him for being unlike those his age.
Time is on our side he can't hide forever his family will lead someone to him and he will then be cornered and have to answer to those he can't worm away from.
BBB without having the law on our side someone would need to spend many days just waiting to locate him I have wasted days trying to track him down but costs involved and time off from my work, (because I just can't issue shares to pay myself like he does) prohibit me from spending 100% of my time tracking him. Maybe if I was independently weathy I would worry on how to pay the bills while looking for him day and night, actually just want one of the ommediate family so they can be pushed to give him up where ever he is hiding and he is hiding thats for sure haven't seen him at any public functions but will keep trying as time permits.
Guess I am temp insane at least that is what I am claiming that his actions have cause to me.
wonder how much TS gets kicked back for what he paid the new joker
Sangamon I missed the threat of a lawsuit against you, when was that and by whom TS? Over what reason if anyone should recieve a threat I would think it would be him for causing all commons who actually paid for the shell to lose everything while he and his cronies made out like bandits.
Viva enjoy the holiday, maybe you recall isn't there a tomato festival somewhere in the states where they actually have a huge free for all tomato fight? Maybe Eric sure be there with a display for removing stains.
bbb one of these days I will have my chance to pay back TS for his crap I will be sure to include some pay back for you.
Soapy wishing you and everyone else a Merry Christmas.
For TS and family, and any others involved in the screwing of common shareholders to benefit themselves that TS has so graciously involved, they I wish the most ill will, ill health and financial ruin possible at Christmas and through out the New Year.
Hey Mav or anyone else could this be the reason for the shares currently being dumped and bought:
Some on this board have stated it is possible to short this stock from an offshore account so with that thought in mind if for instance TS, YA , or other insiders knowing full well TS’s intentions down the road allow the CD holders to convert while they borrow the shares being converted offshore and wait for the next R\S which will be when they repay the shares.
I could be way off base but if someone ordered say 5B shares from an off shore location which would require the offshore location to actually purchase them to lend them and if the order to purchase was an ongoing amount till filled could that explain why not many have said they got some 0001’s. YA would be allowed or for that matter any CD holder to convert at the % in the CD stipulations and at the same time knowing full well TS’s intention short those shares to oblivion.
Just a theory which could be all wrong and sorry I can't respond have used my allottment for today already.
Has anyone been able to personally come face to face with our greedy leader, I have been unable to find him for a face to face confrontation regarding what he has done to my investment while his is the same. I have face to face questions for him that I expect him to answer.
Someone let me know when they actually see him as he is not where we think he is or should be running this company.
I expect massive more dilution so he can pay for christmas presents to family and close money making friends at YA.
