I would be able to accept the drop in shareprice if it hadn't been an orchestrated play in such a way that TS lost nothing, while his friends and family reaped large rewards during it.
I know the legacy CD has been beat to death but the fact that TS reused YA after they screwed us shows he could care less since they didn't screw him personnally, did he gain something for himself that is the question. To me that was a real shady deal which points to the possible kick back scam otherwise why use them after their screwing of us.
What has he lost in the last year financially nothing, his preferr's cost him not one dime in fact if you factor in the overpayment for wisebuys and his salary he could surrender more then half his preferr's and still be 1000% ahead of the game at todays prices with no monentary loss at all.
His arrogance around not communicating to common shareholders can be traced back to his Taft days since a few classmates from that Watertown CT school mentioned privately that he was very arrogant while there and had a hard time fitting in.
