Hope you're right...(I'm heavily invested...)
C
Ditto...
Where is the post stating that the re-file takes place today?
For some reason I can't find it...
C
Fair point...
Since--among other industry behemoths--we've already secured contracts with the Pentagon, Visa, Lockheed and NASA, it would have taken an earth-shattering announcement on today's conference call to propel the stock price much higher...As things stand, weaker hands got shaken out by today's underwhelming news, and eventually the price should begin creeping upwards once the larger investment community discovers what this company's technology can deliver...
C
If the stock price does submarine down to $1.25 I intend to load even more...My reasoning is twofold: The cybersecurity arena is, if not recession proof, fairly recession-resistant--since almost every aspect of our lives from flying planes to personal banking is influenced by computers--most of which are hackable. And while most software protections shield data "at rest" or in transit, from what I've read no company's protections other than HUBC's can actually firewall data while it's in use...That's a huge competitive advantage....
So while I'm not exactly thrilled with today's significant price drop, I feel this company should do quite well over the long haul as its technology becomes more and more well known worldwide...
My three cents,
C
Not based on the sizable tank in the stock price that we've been witnessing thus far Tuesday morning--a development that doesn't make much sense to me considering our growth prospects, not to mention federal contracts forged with industry giants like Lockheed, NASA, Visa and the Pentagon, among others...
What happened???
Puzzled & Dismayed,
C
Who is Adelstein and when did the fraud occur?
News about verified contracts signed with industry whales like Cargill or Archer Daniels Midland would help considerably...Anything less--as far as the stock price is concerned--will probably be interpreted as chaff by investors rather than wheat...
That stated, IFUS--to me--is one of the most intriguing pink sheet plays in the OTC
C
Agreed on both counts...
As we've only been saying FOR SEVERAL MONTHS now...
Mark Schmidt's resume reflects that of a seasoned executive with significant experience in C-level positions as CEO, COO and CFO, along with operational roles in manufacturing, engineering, finance, business development, marketing and sales in enterprise and entrepreneurial organizations. Our CEO is also a former IBM executive with over 25 years of consumer marketing, business management and venture startup experience.
With all of that in mind, his mistakes which have resulted in a black eye for Cyberlux with the OTC--as well as an extended delay in correcting them--are all but unforgiveable. He's been sloppy beyond belief for someone with his background, and comes across as someone who'd much rather deal with macro-issues rather than administrative micro-issues...But the last time I looked a chief executive is responsible for both...
Disgusted, but still hopeful
C
Even though I agreed with most of his conclusions I found Sam Aker's criticism of the grammar in CYBL's report a bit comical in view of the following sentence which he authored:
'They do not disclosure the return to treasury in the “Issuance History” table...'
Does anyone else see a smidge of the Pot & Kettle syndrome operating here?!?
Just Sayin'
C
Has anybody heard from Brett Rosen vis a vis the removal of CYBL's Caveat Emptor designation which he said would come off in a matter of weeks late last year?
Just curious...
C
I'm afraid there are very few valid expectations when it comes to pink sheet stocks...only hopes--all too often vain...
Fingers and toes remain crossed that DVLP turns out to be different...
C
When\why would they stop?
Thanks to that brain dead, self-serving jackass Jerome Powell I'm afraid our bear market is just getting started and figures--like the recession we're already in--to last for (at least) two more years...
C
I hope that your job situation improves markedly and SOON...The Fed Chairman's senseless rate hikes have made things unnecessarily hard on people like us who don't have hundreds of thousands of dollars in the bank--or private lobbyists on Capitol Hill advocating for our financial interests...
C
I certainly hope I'm wrong but I'm not counting on HUBC reaching the ten dollar mark until late Fall at the earliest...Should it occur sooner than that I'd be agreeably surprised, while keeping fingers & toes crossed that it actually does...
C
I'm pretty certain that the shorts have plenty to do with the current bargain basement prices...Hopefully not for much longer though...
C
You were saying?!
Anyway, HUBC has to be one of the best up and coming stocks I've seen in quite a while...
C
And how high do you feel the ceiling on this stock is down the road?
Just curious...
C
Has thee been any talk from the CEO about audited financials and an uplist to a higher trading platform for this stock?
C
If I had a nickel for every time I've heard that said about a pink sheet stock I wouldn't be in the OTC!
C
How do you arrive at an eventual stock price of thirty five cents--and how "eventual" are we talking????
C
Where are you getting that forthcoming press release intel from?
Inquiring minds would like to know...
C
OK thanks!
So when are DVLP's financials due to be published?
Are shares of Optilan still on the table for shareholders of record (as of who knows what date)?
Just curious if anyone knows...
C
THAT, the mushrooming share count, and his rambling, aimless Looney-Tune monologues finally got me to wave the white flag and sell most of my holdings despite the technological prowess this company appears to have...Perhaps we'll be bought out at some point by a group that actually knows how to run a company and turn a profit for longsuffering investors...I'm not optimistic...
Good Fortune to all with this one
C
If history is any guide the answer is a resounding NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Do you also provide alerts about when to dump horsesh*t stocks with little likelihood of fulfilling their original promise prior to their complete implosion?
Just curious,
C
DPLS???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
Ok great, Just; Thanks!
Where can I find a couple of his most recent podcasts (if any) or posts?
C
AGREEEEEED!!
One more thing: Contrasted with earnings, how much debt are we carrying?
C
Yes; that was good, detailed analysis; Thanks! But I must ask once more just to double check: Has our CEO mentioned the dreaded Reverse Split possibility or does he intend to grow this company organically without one since monthly sales and projected income appear to be so robust thus far?
Thx again,
C
All right then! I'll keep adding!
C
May God--or any other Deity--hasten that day!!
C
Ok THANKS, Cal...Very much appreciated!
