Expect dismal 1Q-2021 Report! When?
Took over a year for UAMA to come out of the closet and issue reports!
OTC Markets and AMF still have "flags-up" and likely for good reason.
When will UAMA issued 1Q-2021 Report. It's due this month I believe.
What will it look like?
Likely horrible as YE-2020 Report showed no cash and crumbling revenues. Solid losses if you ignore the one-time impact of a prior customer abandoning assets in place.
What is UAMA Plan?
How will they fund it, without raising capital?
Who will lend or lease to a company run by a CEO labeled as a convicted criminal by The Canadian Press.
1Q 2021 Report? When?
Will we need to wait for years for this report as well?
Likely poor and continuing slippage.
Expect new big vision and empty promises!
No capital no future for UAMA!
UAMA lacks management talent, plan and capital!
Pathetic and can't articulate any plan.
Cryptocurrency mining was the flavor of the past couple of years and then we find out it was all a fraud. UAMA was never a direct miner they did it as a service.
All the while complicit posters kept trying to tie the value of UAMA to Bitcoin. Pure fraud as UAMA not a direct miner and not even on the list of major miners in Canada. Look at Hut 8 to see what's possible.
Now it's back to wireless which was a total failure of management. Took a market-ready cellular carrier with a 3G network and roaming agreements with AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint and Verizon and in negotiation with Bell Canada and they blew it all. Fired the well-known and well-connected CEO and tried and end-run with the investors he had term sheets from. Once they met Benoit Laliberte that killed their interest.
So what's the plan for UAMA? Where is it? When will shareholders see any results?
There's no plan, no working capital and a skeleton crew of Benoit Laliberte and Lawry Trevor-Deutsch, a team who have never built a business of lasting value.
It's no secret that Benoit Laliberte is a convicted criminal per The Canadian Press. As CEO he makes it impossible to grow the business. Look back at 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020. Company has made no progress and it may be close to failure.
CAVEAT EMPTOR
UAMA financial distress! Huge 70% drop in Revenue.
Precipitous drop! (-70%) in revenue, UAMA dying!
Read the 2020 Annual Report
If not for one-time gain on abandoned in place miners by former client (Woodland?) the loss would have been enormous.
Read that Cetaq, UAMA et al actually stopped mining in 2020 and seems like they are not a miner, in fact, but only rent facilities to miners today. Lawry Trevor-Deutsch said as much in an industry article in August 2020.
Seems like everyone now wise to that fraud and now it's back to wireless to deflect from the obvious and astounding failure of Blockdomes. It was always a joke and recent revelations of land-use violations and seeking creditor protection from the local power company truly illuminates the depth and breadth of management incompetence and their fondness for astounding levels of fraud.
Mr.Trevor-Deutsch can't even get through one Press Release without making a fraudulent statement. Claims that TNW, UAMA et al owns spectrum licenses for all of the province of BC and the Yukon are untrue and falsehoods.
Read the latest Press Release of April 19, 2021.
Predictably UAMA will fail as an MVNO as they don't have the talent or the capital to successfully enter the field. Truth be known the existing and new MVNOs will eat them alive.
Results will come fast though as operating an MVNO all about "Net Adds". That is how many subscribers at end of day, week and month based on new additional sign-ups minus those who cancel service or migrate to another carrier or MVNO.
Among those in the industry the average cost to acquire a new customer (a single cell phone account is $300 USD). That reflects costs of advertising, acquiring and activating cell phones, selling commissions, etc. etc. This number from a mature industry so no easy way to get around this reality.
Why is it important?
UAMA has no cash and market entry will take plenty of it. Just Google MVNOs in Canada to see who the incumbent competitors are. Many have well known household "brands" that are trusted.
UAMA enterprises have never been accused of being trustworthy!
UAMA Revenue drop 70% (2020), not a miner!

MVNOs already launching and UAMA (or TNW Wireless) not even on radar!
Maybe a early warning sign that UAMA and TNW just another line of BS.
UAMA et al will be eaten alive by MVNOs that know what they're doing.
And there are already a few of them including: Virgin,Fido, Koodo, Lucky, Public, Chatr, Fizz, Xplore Mobile and Dot Mobile.
MVNOs action in Canada. UAMA absent!
Surprise!
The BS already becoming evident.
Other MVNOs will each UAMA alive.
Lack of money and expertise will kill UAMA on launch pad!
Is UAMA CEO legal resident of US?
Given Benoit Laliberte, UAMA CEO was convicted on 44 counts of stock fraud, market manipulation and deceiving investors in Canada. Has he legally taken up residence in Florida as suggested in some publicly filed documents. Does he have a "green cards" or other visa according him the privilege of US residence or has he simply overstayed tourism access which allows most Canadians to stay in the US for slightly less than 1/2 year?
Given Mr. Laliberte's record it would not be surprising to find out that he is not a legal resident and faces deportation.

Benoit Laliberte, UAMA CEO convicted criminal.
He has been labeled as such by The Canadian Press. You can rest assured it is true as Mr. Benoit Laliberte has not filed suit against this news organization.
Mr. Benoit Laliberte is President, CEO & CFO of UAMA! All three positions held by Mr. Benoit Laliberte who was found guilty on 44 of 48 counts, stock fraud, market manipulation and deceiving investors.
What kind of a company has convicted criminal President, CEO and CFO? CAVEAT EMPTOR.
evidence:
"Montréal – In a decision handed down on April 28, 2009, Judge Richard Wagner of Superior Court (Criminal and Penal Division), district of Montréal, found Benoît Laliberté guilty of three of the four charges under an appeal launched by the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) in September 2008.
At the request of the AMF, the Court thereby quashed the acquittal verdicts issued by Judge Céline Lacerte-Lamontagne in February 2008 in respect of charges 6, 9 and 38. Specifically, the AMF succeeded in its appeal in respect of two charges related to an insider's obligation to report transactions within the time period prescribed by law and in respect of one charge related to making misrepresentations in a press release."
and more evidence:
Then there's the FAILURE to properly disclose material PERSONAL BANKRUPTCY to investors and in SEC filings. Evidence in CCAA Proceedings before the Supreme Court of BC produced the following:
Ask yourself, "What kind of company has convicted criminal President,CEO and CFO?"
Then ask yourself, "What kind of a company has a bankrupt President, CEO and CFO"

Fraud permeates UAMA. CAVEAT EMPTOR
You never have to look far to find the fraud.
Sometimes it is subtle like the most recent t Press Release wherein it is claimed that TNW Wireless holds province-wide spectrum licenses. That's a falsehood plain and simple. TNW Wireless holds spectrum licenses in a very small portion of British Columbia and the Yukon.
This writer is filling a complaint with the CRTC to illuminate the fraudulent claims made knowingly by TNW Wireless and UAMA. TNW Wireless is neither a provincial or regional-sized carrier. In fact their cellular network is known to have been inoperative since 2018. They have no subscribers, no roaming agreements and they are not carrying traffic for compensation. Indeed UAMA has never claimed any revenue from its wireless operations.
It seems like Benoit Laliberte is fond of stretching the truth and this trait seems to be shared by Lawry Trevor-Deutsch.
Probably difficult to work for a President, CEO and CFO who was convicted on 44 counts of stock fraud, market manipulation and deceiving investors.
For the record neither has any relevant experience in wireless and that characteristic is shared by the complicit posters who frequent this board and support this fraud.

Where's the trustworthy brand?
Where's the value proposition?
Where's the aggressive advertising program?
Where are their stores?
Where's the flashy web site where I can look at phones and devices offered?
Where's the interactive coverage map so I can determine if my areas of interest will actually have a signal.
Where's the price comparison vs Bell, Rogers(wFreedom) and Telus?
It's nowhere to be found and UAMA can NEVER muster any traction in this business.

Benoit Laliberte, UAMA CEO a legal US resident?
Benoit's apparently run off to Florida though I wonder if he has any right to US residency. If he claims he's invested $500,000 in US that's a lie and maybe somebody (me) needs to advise US Immigration and Naturalization Service. Has he hired the requisite number of US-based employees? If he actually applied I wonder if he fully and truthfully disclosed his criminal convictions and personal undischarged bankruptcy status for the past ten (10) years in Canada. Big trouble if he lied on that application.
Any Canadian can stay in US on basis of tourism or visit for up to six months, though living in the US does not give that Canadian any right to work in the US.
How about it Benoit? Tell us about your green card if your have one or special work visa or business exemption due to investing and employing required number of US residents and citizens.
I'll bet he's screwed up that as well as Blockdomes his most recent failure, though to be fair, nothing tops the $47M bankruptcy of Teliphone-Navigata-Westel (TNW Networks). With 44 convictions for stock fraud, market manipulation and deceiving investors, Benoit's in a class all by himself.

IF UAMA CEO cared, he'd hire turnaround specialist
That specialist would take CEO seat and fix this POS.
But wait, it never was about excellence or success just the sick egos Benoit Laliberte and Lawry Trevor-Deutsch whom I like to call Bert and Ernie. My apologies to Bert and Ernie!
UAMA BS right in this site!
The mind-numbing degree of fraud surrounding Benoit Laliberte and now Lawry Trevor-Deutsch really boggles the mind.
All is not right with UAMA. Look at the introductory to this site.
Blockchain data centers apparently no more and DOMAIN FOR SALE. Did they ever tell you that POS died? No of course they didn't because it cuts into the illusion of progress they like to propagate. All same for Blocknum another POS creation of Benoit and Lawry, or Bert and Ernie as I like to call them. That likely makes me guilty of casting aspersions on Bert and Ernie.
Management is cr_p and so is UAMA. Its all a fraud and a farce.
Every day some nameless MM buys and sells some stock to pretend there is some kind of market for this POS. Fact is UAMA is nothing but a worthless shell. Wait I take that back. A neutral shell with no criminal past of management likely worth more. Much more!
UAMA is trash biz with no future!
Look at the 2020 Annual Report
Revenues down 70%, no cash and even stopped mining in 2020.
UAMA likely to fail in 2021.
UAMA wireless lightweights. No talent only BS.
Starts at the top with Benoit and Lawry (Bert & Ernie) both truly ignorant of wireless, especially when in comes to managing a wireless business. They've proven their incompetence.
Latest BS Press Release is a joke!
UAMA blew Blockdomes and now trying to distract by suggesting the MVNO opportunity in Canada for them.
Pure fraud to suggest they even have a chance.
Consider:
-UAMA CEO is a convicted criminal per The Canadian Press
-Benoit already screwed up TNW Wireless NO WORKING NETWORK
-MVNO takes money (advertising, storefronts, device acquisition and activation) and great customer service
-Existing MVNOs are capable and already in the business
-Major carriers like Bell, Rogers and Telus well established
-Nobody gives a rats a _ s about the POS technology iPCS as its irrelevent to subscribers
Having a convicted criminal as CEO will make it nearly impossible to raise capital. Best Bert & Ernie can expect is a trickle of income as they use their huge ownership as an ATM.
There is no upside with clowns like this. UAMA will fail before end of year!

Latest correspondence from UAMA outside counsel shows they're getting desperate.
AMF won't let go as they know the convicted criminal (according to The Canadian Press) that is Benoit Laliberte.

That and Whistleblower Complaint filed with SEC and subsequent retaliation by UAMA et al may be all it takes.
For the record complaints filed with AGs in Florida, Quebec, SEC, and with Washington State Patrol, FBI and RCMP (Interpol) for personal treats made against me and my family.

Falsehood in latest UAMA Press Release dated April 19, 2021.
TNW Wireless stated, "TNW Wireless currently holds Tier-2 licenses which include the entire Province of British Columbia and the Yukon Territory."
This is an unadulterated falsehood (or lie if you prefer) made knowingly to "puff up" a dead wireless initiative that failed on the 2017 launchpad. That statement was made knowingly and with fraudulent intent.
The fact is that the license areas are (1) and area in BC north of Vancouver Island and south of the Alaska panhandle, not including Prince Rupert the largest population center and, (b) a corridor along the Alaska Highway from Wonowon, BC to Beaver Creek, YT
The actual license area is far from "the entire Province" and the "entire Yukon Territory".
More fraud, to mislead investors. Look back and you will see this "pap" delivered by both Benoit Laliberte and Lawry Trevor-Deutsch in a pattern covering many years! The evidence of pumped up and puffed up press releases seems subtle and innocent enough until compared with the facts and taken in total. To that test they are lies.
The courts failed those investors duped in Jitec, when as The Canadian Press has pointed out Benoit Laliberte should have gone to jail.
Many of the practices he was found guilty of continue today by these fraudsters though the AMF, OTC Markets and the SEC seem to be slowly descending. UAMA is small potatoes and many in those agencies realize how close UAMA is to failing, though wheels of justice still turning and will likely be motivated by what has been described by other as "an astounding level of fraud"

No cash, no working capital, revenues down 70%.
So now comes "Bait and Switch"!
Blockdomes in trouble so need to divert focus to new wireless MVNO vision!
What a fraud! Pure puffery with no substance!
TNW Wireless couldn't get their act together to turn on a market ready wholesale carrier they bought back in 2017. RuralCom CEO had signed roaming agreements with AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile and Verizon, had 3G network operational and committed investors to expand. Stupid and arrogant UAMA CEO decided to fire that CEO and do and end run with the investors. Oops they weren't interested in dealing with a convicted criminal (per The Canadian Press) nor someone with no wireless industry experience.
Same clowns now think they can be successful operating as an MVNO. They don't have any experience running a highly dynamic wireless resale business and the new and existing MVNOs in Canada will eat them alive.
UAMA management has NEVER built a business of lasting value. UAMA's a fraudulent enterprise that has a history of suggesting "big things" like the cryptocurrency mining campus in Quebec back in 2019. That never happened because they only seek to create the illusion of progress.
Look back at all the Press Releases over the years and you'll see the same pattern. Promise big things, create visions of grandeur only in support of BS baffles brains approach.
Read the 2020 Annual Report to understand the precipitous financial condition of this business. They will fail as an MVNO and I believe that UAMA will totally crash and burn by the end of 2021.

2020 Annual Report clearly illustrates failure of Blockdomes. Time to convert to marijuana greenhouses! Maybe better fit for convicted criminal CEO.
But no! Wireless MVNO now new direction. Bury the Blockdomes and TNW Wireless history UAMA off to prove it can build successful MVNO.
UAMA CEO is known convicted criminal according to The Canadian Press and nobody wants to lend UAMA money, joint venture, or otherwise knowingly enter into a business relationship with them. Any other current officers will be seen as complicit.
Which carrier will they buy wholesale service from? Telus? Maybe but only under onerous terms as Telus big debtor in $47M bankruptcy of Teliphone-Navigata-Westel (TNW Networks et al). Bell also a debtor. Rogers can read and likely won't touch even answer the phone to them.
UAMA management is incompetent and has the track record of failures to prove it. Nobody on the team has ever built a business of lasting value.
TNW Wireless has already failed though now trying to resurrect it by saying MVNO can open up opportunity. That's pure FRAUD. Fact is TNW Wireless already died. NO working network and likely just a matter of time before ISED revokes their spectrum licenses. They'll say don't need spectrum to be MVNO though they will need copious amounts of both capital and talent.
Competitors already on the scene with respected brands and ability to handle challenges of advertising, marketing, store fronts, large stock of desirable devices (iPhones, Samsung, et al) and the talent and know-how to manage it all. I built the largest cellular resale business in the US at the time and I can say that the level of management talent required to set and stay the course is totally missing at TNW Wireless, UAMA et al.
It's a rock and roll business with results measured based on "Net Adds" each and every day. Measures how many new subsribers signed MINUS those who cancelled. Yes, you need to have really good customer focus and orientation to keep customers happy with excellent customer support.
It will become very evident very quickly that TNW Wireless (UAMA) have failed as an MVNO and it will be a very good barometer as to the fate of UAMA. If they don't post "Net Adds" numbers regularly you know the business is failing.
Zero probability UAMA can succeed as MVNO.
