MVNO just "Bait & Switch" for UAMA CAVEAT EMPTOR

2020 Annual Report clearly illustrates failure of Blockdomes. Time to convert to marijuana greenhouses! Maybe better fit for convicted criminal CEO.

But no! Wireless MVNO now new direction. Bury the Blockdomes and TNW Wireless history UAMA off to prove it can build successful MVNO.

UAMA CEO is known convicted criminal according to The Canadian Press and nobody wants to lend UAMA money, joint venture, or otherwise knowingly enter into a business relationship with them. Any other current officers will be seen as complicit.

Which carrier will they buy wholesale service from? Telus? Maybe but only under onerous terms as Telus big debtor in $47M bankruptcy of Teliphone-Navigata-Westel (TNW Networks et al). Bell also a debtor. Rogers can read and likely won't touch even answer the phone to them.

UAMA management is incompetent and has the track record of failures to prove it. Nobody on the team has ever built a business of lasting value.

TNW Wireless has already failed though now trying to resurrect it by saying MVNO can open up opportunity. That's pure FRAUD. Fact is TNW Wireless already died. NO working network and likely just a matter of time before ISED revokes their spectrum licenses. They'll say don't need spectrum to be MVNO though they will need copious amounts of both capital and talent.

Competitors already on the scene with respected brands and ability to handle challenges of advertising, marketing, store fronts, large stock of desirable devices (iPhones, Samsung, et al) and the talent and know-how to manage it all. I built the largest cellular resale business in the US at the time and I can say that the level of management talent required to set and stay the course is totally missing at TNW Wireless, UAMA et al.

It's a rock and roll business with results measured based on "Net Adds" each and every day. Measures how many new subsribers signed MINUS those who cancelled. Yes, you need to have really good customer focus and orientation to keep customers happy with excellent customer support.

It will become very evident very quickly that TNW Wireless (UAMA) have failed as an MVNO and it will be a very good barometer as to the fate of UAMA. If they don't post "Net Adds" numbers regularly you know the business is failing.
