Benoit Laliberte, UAMA CEO a legal US resident?

Benoit's apparently run off to Florida though I wonder if he has any right to US residency. If he claims he's invested $500,000 in US that's a lie and maybe somebody (me) needs to advise US Immigration and Naturalization Service. Has he hired the requisite number of US-based employees? If he actually applied I wonder if he fully and truthfully disclosed his criminal convictions and personal undischarged bankruptcy status for the past ten (10) years in Canada. Big trouble if he lied on that application.

Any Canadian can stay in US on basis of tourism or visit for up to six months, though living in the US does not give that Canadian any right to work in the US.

How about it Benoit? Tell us about your green card if your have one or special work visa or business exemption due to investing and employing required number of US residents and citizens.

I'll bet he's screwed up that as well as Blockdomes his most recent failure, though to be fair, nothing tops the $47M bankruptcy of Teliphone-Navigata-Westel (TNW Networks). With 44 convictions for stock fraud, market manipulation and deceiving investors, Benoit's in a class all by himself.
