I have TDA and although I am able to buy and sell, no bid and ask are displayed. I can only see it on my level II. People with Scottrade are unable to trade at all.

Also wanted to let you know that no one called me to get my email address as you told me they would. Now you have it.

Those Finra rules only require compliance from Finra members. Also, even Finra members do not have to show actual numbers if they are shorting, covering or buying/selling their own shares. The rules have been in effect for a few months now.

Sorry, I'm a bit lost, here. The Ibox says the float is 927,022,615. Now you folks say it's ~228,000,000. So where did ~700M go and when.
